Ilija (1/5): Worst stay - The location, it is near the city center Basically i didnt like anything. The apartment itself was a basement with a horrible smell and bugs. The place was so dirty and there was no fresh air because there were no windows. We complained to the landlord about the bugs and they said that we would get a partial refund. We never recieve it. The place itself was nothing like the photos, it is without light and no proper ventilation. I dont recommend it at all. In the post for booking it doesn't says that it is a basement. It is really expensive for a place like this and even if it cheaper i wouldn't recommend it at all becauce it can compromise your health. Honestly horrible horrible horrible
Molly (1/5): Not comfortable and I would not stay again - Nothing it was awful Everything there was no daylight there was a horrible smell the entire time it was so dirty and there was cockroaches when I contacted staff about these issues they ignored my messages

Rodolfo (1/5): Nightmare - Nothing So hot, bad air circulation. Boiler flooded the place. I had to leave the last night at 2 am without power electricity and with the boiler flooding the place? So I had to quit the place at 2am! I don’t recommend at all. I had to spend the night on the streets of Firenzi with all my luggage because no hotel accept entrance on 2 am without reservation. A nightmare for me. Never again. And Booking didn’t care and didn’t want to know about what happened, they just refund the money of the last night (the night I spent on the streets). So I understand that Booking don’t care about client’s safety and hosting experience. Very different from other hosting platforms of renting apartments (air*}

Anna (3/5): As a summary, it was a very bad experience for us. - It was our worst ever experience with an accomodation. Apartment was bad smelling. Also there were bugs. No sunlight, and humid, cold. Not enough heating even after 2 ACs. Electric circuit tripping twice a day forcing us to go out in cold water on street switch it on again.
