• Paolo Giuseppe (5/5): Soggiorno buono, servizi dei gestori pessimo; non tornerò sicuramente qui e non consiglierò nessuno - Non mi è piaciuto assolutamente che il ritiro e la riconsegna delle chiavi è lontano dalla struttura; e questa cosa non viene detta prima, in fase di prenotazione, ma solo dopo aver pagato. Inoltre poca flessibilità da parte di chi gestisce la struttura; avevo chiesto se potevo riportare le chiavi in check out un paio d'ore dopo, appunto perchè la riconsegna è lontana e dovevo andare in ufficio a lavorare; ma non mi è stato concesso; avevo chiesto di poter lasciare le chiavi in struttura o nella buca delle lettere e neanche questo concesso. Quindi valuto il servizio di queste persone pessimo e arrogante. Io per correttezza poi ho riconsegnato le chiavi in tempo; ma i gestori della struttura non sono stati altrettanto corretti perchè non dicono prima queste cose, ma solo dopo aver pagato.

• Judith (7/5): Good location than you . - The apartment is good , location very good , but to pick up and give the keys back was no easy , the staff lock like stressful , any way thank you . The property is good , I don’t have problems , but in night time is not silent from outside .
• Ana Maria (1/5): - Nada me gusto Limpieza deficiente. No encontré platos, vasos ni tasas. Busqué por todo el apartamento empezando por la cocina y no halle nada, por li cual tuve que comprarlo. Ante mi reclamo no obtuve respuesta. Para entregarme las llaves me hicieron ir a hotel Medici, alejado del apartamento..Instrucciones confusas, Secador de cabello no funcionaba al igual que la calefacción. Sentí bastante frío. Edificio ruidoso.

• Alesandra18 (5/5): - Очень удобное расположение квартиры. Место, где забирали ключи в 2-х минутах от вокзала. Вся красота Флоренции в 5-20 мин ходьбы. Хозяин сразу же отвечал на возникающие вопросы. Посуда в наличии, полотенца, кастрюли, микроволновка, (сначала не нашли, но она на кухне в сундуке). Есть горячая вода. Сама квартира огромная. Очень холодный пол (тапочки обязательно нужны). Отопление включали сами. Ванная нуждается в ремонте и сантехника тоже. Шум с улицы в одной из комнат есть. Квартира не такая яркая и светлая, как на фото. Кровать скрипит.
• Hui (5/5): - L'appartamento è situazione in una zona vicina a molte attrazioni ed è ben collegata con i mezzi, in 20/30 minuti a piedi puoi arrivare pressoché dappertutto. Ho soggiorno lì per 10 giorni io e il mio ragazzo e ci sono stati forniti solo due rotoli di carta igienica in bagno, oltre che poco sapone per la doccia, il bagno era estremamente rumoroso a causa di un supporto attaccato al water, c'era la lavatrice ma non il detersivo, la cucina molti utensili erano sporchi e il pulsante della kappa olioso, non c'erano né café né thè, niente zucchero, una bottiglia vuota di olio, nemmeno sacchetti per cambiare i pattumi. Insomma molte comodità basilari mancavano che abbiamo dovuto procedere a nostre spese tipo sapone, carta igienica, ingredienti basi per la cucina. Il riscaldamento era assente o almeno non potevamo regolarlo e spesso di mattina c'era molto freddo, in più c'era una finestra dello sgabuzzino che si apriva sempre da sola, il balcone era molto sporco di feci di uccello. L'appartamento in sé è molto male illuminato. La luce dello specchio in bagno non funzionava.

• Karina Rojek (10/5): - Lokalizacja i klimat mieszkania.. jakbym przyjechała do włoskiej babci :) Trochę brudno.
• Davide De Capua (3/5): Posizione eccellente e alloggio spazioso, ma check-in, assistenza e pulizia totalmente da migliorare - Posizione centralissima e comoda per raggiungere tutto a piedi. Alloggio molto spazioso. Le indicazioni per il check-in non erano corrette. Mi era stato detto di recuperare le chiavi presso un supermercato vicino, ma non erano presenti. Il risultato è che ho aspettato più di 1 ora con zaino e valigia per poter entrare in casa. Quando ho contattato l'assistenza per questo problema, sembrava quasi mi facessero un favore a rispondere. Il balcone era completamente ricoperto di cacche di piccione e piume, non ci si poteva nemmeno mettere piede. Probabilmente era da diverso tempo che non veniva pulito.

• Susanna (4/5): Apartment does NOT look like the pictures!! - The only two positive things about the apartment are the location (Santa Croce) and the fact that at least the bathroom has been cleaned. The apartment does not look at all like in the pictures. It is VERY old, dusty and outdated and not beautiful or enjoyable at all. A window wouldn’t close properly, it is VERY loud (street, pubs and ambulances nearby) and the cleaning lady showed up 20 minutes before check out time, tried to enter and, since it was locked from the inside, she started to ring the bell in a very annoying way until we let her in. I would suggest Booking to remove this property from their website. It does not meet their standards.
• Doris (10/5): Beside the noise this place is great! - I love everything about the apartment. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. It was nice to have a small terrace. And a bonus that the tv had Netflix The hospital must be close by because you hear all of the ambulances.
• Raoule (1/5): Very unpleasant and dissapointing - Only the location I have photos to substantiate everything - including the whatsapp conversation between the host and myself: 1.) After a 30-hour travel stint, we had to sit and wait outside on the curb - the host arrived 30 minutes later despite receiving frequent updates o f our ETA 2)Shower blocked after 1 person showered. We informed the host, and he said it had to wait until the next day. There was only 1 bathroom with only a shower, no bath - the "second bathroom" only has a toilet and basin and was used as a store/laundry room 3) The only wardrobe in bedroom was filled with dirty linen, sheets, pillows and bedspreads, all bundled in. 4) Yellow stained pillows without pillow protectors. 5)Brown smudges and stains on bedspread. It was dusty and not washed before it was put on our beds. We had no other option but to check out after 90 minutes and find alternative accommodation at a hotel. We want to be contacted to get a refund as the apartment was uninhabitable. Also a previous guest who was there one week before us and had the same problem with the shower, and mentioned it in his rating on Booking.Com. so this is obviously a recurring problem.
• Varol (1/5): Worst host ever! - Good location and balcony. I've been using Booking.com for a long time, and this was the wort host I've ever seen. we let the host know about our exact arrival time, still he made us waited for almost 2 hours in the street. We called him multiple times in a row, he did not pick up- also we sent a couple of SMS and he did not reply back. There was no hair dryer and we asked for it-he did not provide us and he did not even reply our SMS. We went out with wet hairs. Kitchen equipments weren't enough. Apartment was cold and a/c was not working.
• Andra (3/5): Disappointing stay - The apartment itself is nice and it is in a really good location. The noise from the road is very loud however and close to being unbearable (The bedroom is at the front of the property and the street seems to amplify the sound of the traffic – windows and shutters closed made little difference). If you’re not a light sleeper and don’t like lie-ins this wouldn’t be much of a problem. We were very unhappy with the hosting which led us to complain to the host as well as booking.com. We are not fussy guests however the apartment simply wasn’t prepped for paying guests: -          On arrival we were shown the ‘trick’ to open the faulty front door which required a special knack to open – the host made sure we had the knack before going into the actual apartment. -          There was only one tiny bottle of soap/shampoo (a single 1-person hotel bottle) for the shower and we had to request more (2 of us were staying 3 nights). -          In the kitchen, there were no kitchen roll/sponges/cloths provided to do any cleaning which we again had to request (we did find an old sponge in the back of a cupboard to use on the first day however!). -          The shower immediately backed up with water which was sorted the day after we mentioned it to the host. We’re not ones for complaining and have stayed in far worse places however the lack of preparation was incredibly frustrating. To not provide cleaning items/consumables is basic and shows a complete lack of care. On a plus side the host left all of the previous guests’ olive oil, salt, coffee ect! If the host showed a bit of care it would have been a nice stay (if you can deal with the incredible road noise) however we will not be back and wouldn’t recommend.
