• Karlee (10/5): Will stay again! Room + location + pool EXCELLENT - Location excellent. Comfortable beds and good bathrooms with powerful showers and a spa bath in main bedroom. Kitchen had all equipment needed and had boogie boards and beach tents too!

• Lana (9/5): We loved our stay in Caloundra and the location of this apartment was ideal for access to the beach - Wonderful position near the beach with great sunrise views. The apartment was large and well set out. We appreciated the pantry staples and facilities. The pool wasn't heated and doesn't get much sun, so it was very cold even for us. Would be fine in summertime.

• JilliBritton (9/5): Beautiful apartment and so well equipped - great Kings beach location - Such an excellent place to stay. The apartment is so well set up! Great location. We loved out stay. Hard to dry things in the apartment - have to use the dryer which didnt always work. Would be great if there was an extra key so you could access the parking early to facilitate a beach day prior to check in (difficult to find parking nearby as busy).
• Jessica (9/5): - The property has everything you needed for kids. Lots of extras included for the kitchen. It was a lovely stay and would book this apparent again. The property needs a good deep clean. Hidden away in cupboards and behind the tv very dirty. Looked clean on first inspect but once sitting down could see fluff and hair under the couch. Also might need to check the washing machine/dryer. It washed well but nothing ever dried.

• Jasinda (10/5): Fantastic facilities and stunning views - Fantastic facilities, our room had boogie boards and other fantastic beach equipment for our use and it was all so well thought! Parking for any more than the singular park provided, was a bit hard but not a deal breaker!
• Aaron (8/5): Rolling surf is a great resort unit just needs a little care. - Unit had all the essentials that were needed for the week unlike the other units. Nice and close to the beach. Easy check in. Unit didn't have a balcony and windows don't open far. Wasn't one of the oceanfront units we should of read more into it not just the title. Cleaning was a bit poor as couch was full of crumbs and beside and under bed also. Unit is small you have to live out of suitcases as there isn't enough cupboard space. Kitchen utensils are all over the place.
• Andy33* (3/5): Incredibly dissapointed! - Very close to Kings Beach This property had so many things wrong. Dirty windows, hair on beds, window wouldn't shut so wind draft through to the lounge room, squeaky bunks, stain on cushion, hole in the window wall, washing machine with a busted plug so I couldn't use during our week stay, owner next door with barking dogs, neighbour hung their clothes on clothes airer & blocked entrance to the doorway...Carpark tiny even for my Mazda3, cafes downstairs underneath you that get noisy refrigerated trucks arrive very early every day. Dust in the aircon. Small second shower. Because of the shape of the front window the blinds can't touch & the sun is almost in your face very early. Didn't know it was owner owned, & managed by a third party, till I had to wait till the actual day of arrival to get an email to know how to get the keys. Manager of the unit wanted subcontractors to come DURING our stay to fix things (as 2 females by ourselves I was not having strange men I don't know there with us). New TV wouldn't show a free movie channel (I have the exact same one at home) & was pixulating the screen. Told them not happy at all with a "4 star" property via text messages, & should be reimbursed, to get offered only 1 day refund as compensation (which I accepted as they dragged it out a month to finalise things). Not the great holiday I was expecting for my daughter's 17th birthday! Won't be back, have stayed in better places in Caloundra that were cheaper than this :(

• Xin (10/5): Family holiday for 4 adults and 1 infant. - Fantastic communication with the hosts/WelcomeReady team. They were extremely helpful in having a package delivered to their office and they hand-delivered to our apartment during our dates. Proximity to the beach was superb, and great proximity to supermarkets. Well-equipped home with kitchen, cleaning, and laundry supplies (I didn't have to use the ones I purchased ahead of time). Kitchen equipment was very well-maintained. Surf boards and beach supplies were also available (didn't use). Very comfortable space for 4 Adults and 1 infant. Looks exactly as pictured. Food options at the bar/restaurant downstairs were not great. Apartment reception (main staff, not the WelcomeReady team) was not friendly and helpful about packages delivered during work week and working hours - my package was left by a corner in a very public area that anyone could have swiped it. If you're sending any packages - please reach out to the WelcomeReady team for an alternative address.

• Harrison (10/5): Exceptional - This property was incredibly clean and spacious for our family of 5. Everything had been though of including surf boards, sand toys and all cooking essentials. Waking up to the view of the ocean from every room. The Hello Ready Team went above and beyond for us during our stay. Highly recommend this beautiful beachside unit.
• Rebecca (10/5): The most thoughtfully provided apartment I’ve stayed at. - Everything - it was literally on the beach. But the really amazing thing - it had everything you would need for a fun family holiday - chairs for the beach, boggie boards, bucket and spade, you could just rock up to the apartment and only bring your clothes! Cafes and shops underneath, amazing pool and walks. It really doesn’t get any better - and I think this and it rained all weekend. Can’t wait to go stay when it’s sunny, can I give more than 5 stars? The only thing - with a two bed apartment, two sets of keys would be good!

The bathroom had water issues and which flooded to bathroom and needed repairs done whilst we were there Every morning there were tradesman outside cleaning the windows and painting whom were swearing at each other at 7am The host was rude and unaccommodating We had to find alternate accomodation
• Candice (10/5): Amazing unit & location. - Pictures don't do this unit justice (#53), it is spacious, well laid out and furnished with quality furniture and appliances. All the little extras that made the stay so convenient and most other accommodations don't provide. There is a Nespresso machine with plentiful pods, tea, coffee, oil, salt & pepper, laundry and washing liquid detergents, cleaning supplies, TP, toys for the beach, boogie boards, surf board, plenty of airing racks, dyson, mops, broom, dustpan, tea towels, pool towels, bath towels, mats and washers. The view is amazing, wifi, smart TVs, google nest, video games controllers. That is just inside, the pool is excellent, heated and spacious. Games room for the kids, bbq area downstairs. Location is unbelievable, we walked everywhere, to Bulcock markets, Caloundra, restaurants, surf clubs. Downstairs is a cafe, restaurant, fish & chip & gelato, and a beach bar. We've stayed twice now and booked again in March. Nothing, all so fabulous. A balcony was the only thing missing but not essential as so close to the beach.
