Apartament ma osobne wejście bezpośrednio z ulicy, co było bardzo wygodne. Łóżka i poduszki były bardzo wygodne. Na wyposażeniu był telewizor, lodówka oraz wszystkie potrzebne udogodnienia. Dużym plusem była także wanna i stały dostęp do gorącej wody. W jednym pokoju grzejnik ciągle się wyłączał, mimo że go włączaliśmy. Prawdopodobnie był uszkodzony, dlatego w tym pokoju było zimno, podczas gdy w drugim było ciepło

• Christian (9/5): Prima Apartment für den Städtetrip - Schönes kleines Apartment, ausgestattet mit allem, was man benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Aufgrund der guten Lage konnten wir uns Dresden erlaufen. Viele tolle Restaurants und Cafés befinden sich in der Nähe. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war total nett. Hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis..

• Beate (4/5): Am Wochenende lieber nicht nutzen wegen lautem Club nebenan - Die Ausstattung war okay, die Lage ist sehr gut um schnell überall hin zu kommen, es war sauber. Die Wohnung liegt neben einem Club, wo die ganze Nacht extrem laute Musik mit hämmernden Bässen war, wir konnten kein Auge zumachen. Zum Glück war das nur am Samstag so, aber es wurde nichts davon in der Beschreibung erwähnt, das ist unfair.

• Matthias (8/5): Für einen Aufenthalt zur Stadtbesichtigung gute Lage in einem wilden Viertel. - Die Wohnung war für ein paar Nächte gedacht, das hat sie erfüllt. Die Lage ist super, wenn man, wie wir, in die Stadt möchte. Der Gastgeber war freundlich. Es hat soweit alles gepasst. Die Dusche ist super modern, allerdings war aus meiner Sicht zu viel Schimmel in den Fugen und Ecken.

• Lelytė (5/5): - The location, an apartment is very close to tram station We were told there were plenty of free praking spaces around, but we couldn't find one - neither free, nor for money. It was pretty dark in the kitchen-living room, beds were uncomfortable, pillows - disaster, basin instead of sink in the kitchen which was very uncomfy in washing dishes. I would say if you're looking for an adventure, try it on, but if you're looking for a nice apartment after a busy day in Drezden, i would rather look for a better place. The price was pretty high however.

• Estela (4/5): Beautiful but uncomfortable - The location is very good and the apartment is very nice and very pleasant The TVs don't work, the sink is actually a basin and very inconvenient, plus there's hardly any light in the living room and you can't see if you're washing the dishes properly. There are no hooks anywhere and you can't hang wet towels. The worst thing of all was the mattresses (horrible, incredibly uncomfortable, especially the one on the small bed) and the shower, which leaks everywhere. There was nothing to mop up the water; we asked for a mop and they never brought it. The worst part is that, according to the reviews, these problems have been going on for a long time. The owner always says he's going to fix them, but everything remains the same. The bathtub was also completely clogged, and you had to shower with your legs submerged in the previous person's dirty water. Before writing this review, I contacted the owner to see if he would have the decency to refund part of the price, but given his refusal, I'm leaving everything here.
• Jenny (6/5): - Gefallen hat mir das eine Waschmaschine da war ( umso weniger mussten wir mit nehmen). Die Lage war auch Recht gut, man hatte alles zu Fuß erreicht. Leider war die Ausstattung in der küche sehr mau ( Z.b keine tiefen Teller, kein Backofen oder ähnliches). Das Bett hat sehr gequietscht, das Licht im Flur war sehr empfindlich eingestellt und ging bei kleinster Bewegung immer an. Das Abwaschbecken ist in der Ecke ( und Höhe) unvorteilhaft. Der Abfluss bei der Badewanne fließt schlecht ab. Die fussbodenleisen mit den Schrauben könnte man Mal überdenken, weil einige sind lose oder gucken etwas raus ( Verletzungsgefahr, Socken kaputt).

• Karl (8/5): Jederzeit gerne wieder. - Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, gut von Bahnhof Neustadt zu erreichen. Für Menschen die sich jeden Abend laut unterhaltend vorm Fenster aufgehalten haben kann der Host nichts. Ist sicher auch wetterabhängig.

• Dennis (9/5): Tolles Apartment für einen Städtetrip - Schönes kleines Apartment in der Dredner Neustadt. Alles ist gut erreichbar. Ein Supermarkt ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man zum Leben braucht. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort einchecken.

Lage sehr Zentral, mit guter Verbindung in allen Richtungen, Bahnhof Neustadt, Fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Alternatives junges Viertel. Günstige vielseitige Restaurants. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Für mich , war alles in Ordnung.

• Igor (7/5): Good - The apartment is decent for that price. It is located in a nice area of a new town with many fancy cafes, restaurants and shops. The owner replies quickly. I had a problem with a shower. Probably something was wrong with a pipe, so it was flooding the floor in the bathroom. However, the owner informed me that he will fix it promptly.

• Sarkanyfonok (8/5): Nice for a few nights of stay! - It's a relatively small sized apartmert but it was perfectly fine for us for 3 nights! It has all the necesarry amenities for short stays in my opinion. One thing we couldn't exactly figure out how the radiator/heating works and turn it on for the chilly nights but it didn't bother us that much because the blankets were warm and cozy enough!

It was awkward to shower - the shower is in the bath and the shower head is low and in the middle and hard to contain the water from not going everywhere. Also, we thought we would opt for baths but couldn’t find the plug.

• Marjo (9/5): We really would like to visit it again. - We liked the location very much because it’s in Neustadt. ‘The place to be’ a very dynamic and surprising area. The lication is nearby touristic views but also ‘in the middle’ of creative Neustadt. You can mistelt walk to everything. Nice design, the books and all the information about, special, Neustadt. It was an efficiënt apartment and we liked the personal welcome.
• Alyxia (8/5): Very good - The location is within Neustradt, which is convenient for all types of cuisines (5min walks!), bars and local supermarkets. It's nestled within residential areas, being comfortably quiet in the nights although ambulances are frequent around that area. The nearest tram station is approx. 5 mins walk away, with a ticket machine available, this makes travel to other parts of dresden quick and easy too. The train station is about 15 mins away, down a straight road.
• Randi (8/5): Great location from which to explore a great city - great location, Apartment is ok, but could be better. Most uncomfortable pillow I've ever used. The kitchen sink is a bathroom sink and terrible to wash dishes in. Very hot inside. A fan should be provided at a minimum! Shower is not the easiest to use as the glass to keep the water from spraying everywhere doesn't stay in place.
• B (7/5): Good - The appartment in good location. The place was a little bit too small for our 5 people group. 2 people had to sleep on the sofa bed in entrance/kitchen/main tv room. Had trouble with kitchen appliences: there are two seperate stoves, but could use only 1 at a time; microwave is barelly working; dishwasher is'nt working at all.

Perfect location in gew minutes walking distance to restaurants and shops. 30 min walk or 10 min tramride to the old town with Semperoper etc. Free parking in the street. Calm appartment with everything you need for 1-2 people. Host reacts quickly and is helpful. Checkin with key box is very convenient. For us all was fine and we would for sure come back. If you are into thoughtful design and deco: the place is a bit a mixed bag of designs of furniture, wall decoration etc.

• Thank (1/5): Very disappointed and unhappy about the stayed & host 🤢 - Nothing is good about this apartment !! Dirty and smelly for our 2 nights stayed. Too many mosquitoes and didn’t sleep good. The host is vert rude & did not advise us the luggage storage information. Furthermore wanna charged us €80 for cleaning the left-over rubbish (by previous guests) that is really unfair !!!

Best place for a private stay with children (or even without) in Dreden Neustadt. Everything was great :)
• Themidz (9/5): Stylish apartment near by the city center (great for visiting Christmas markets) - - great location (near by train, tram and bus station), you can walk into the city center (30 mins) - clean, stylish and well equipped apartment - we were not quite sure if we could park our car somewhere on the street (at the end we parked our car near by the apartment on the street)
• Anna (2/5): disappointing, not for a family trying to get a good night sleep - location, close to the old town centre and the neighbourhood with restaurants noisy! next to the club and we could hear people outside the apartment all Friday night, I didn’t sleep a wink! plus, there is another apartment on the other side - you can hear everything, the walls are very thin. the dining area is very uncomfortable, specially the high chairs. I was disappointed that the dishwasher didn’t work, what’s point of having it in the kitchen if you can’t use it? plus, the owner did not provide us with any cleaning detergent - we found an empty dishwashing cleaning bottle next to the sink… some pots in the drawer were left dirty, we had to clean the, after previous users. disappointing overall…..
• San (9/5): Superb - The apartment is nice and clean, good enough space for 4pax. The entrance is not easily located, and is next to a club. Parking spaces in the vincinity is limited.

We highly recommend. Small note: the apartment is not in the entrance number 8, but slightly next to it by the stairs.
• Emil (10/5): Updated unit providing great value for money near Dresden Neustadt train station - Great value for money. Updated with nice new bathroom. Very clean. Good location 10 minute walk from Dresden Neustadt train station. Like many European accommodations, there isn’t a lot of soundproofing in the walls. Ground floor, so you will hear people entering/exiting building or other noise from outside.

• Julian (9/5): nice apartment - The apartment is located in a well connected area. I liked the comfortable beds, the fancy bathroom with bathtub, and the nice pictures of Dresden. Also everything was very clean and the host was very friendly. The high table and high chairs were not my thing. The dishwasher did not work. The apartment had no conventional oven, although it had a microwave oven.
