• Heidi (7/5): The host is really accommodating and helpful. He answers any questions promptly. He gives clear instructions on check in - Quiet area. Lots of restaurants and a supermarketa nearby. Not really very near to tourist city area.

J’ai payé 171 € pour une seule nuit via Booking.com, et pourtant l’hôte s’est comporté comme si je logeais gratuitement, avec une attitude méprisante et déplacée. La communication a été exécrable du début à la fin. Les messages étaient secs, autoritaires et arrogants, sans le moindre respect pour un client payant. On a clairement l’impression de déranger, ce qui est inadmissible dans un hébergement professionnel. Au moment du check-out, j’ai demandé une facture pour mon entreprise, une demande tout à fait normale. L’hôte a tout simplement ignoré mes messages, malgré de nombreuses relances. Ce n’est qu’après l’intervention de Booking.com qu’il a répondu, en envoyant une simple photo bâclée, sans aucune explication ni document conforme. Ce comportement est profondément irrespectueux, non professionnel, et totalement inacceptable pour un logement payant à ce prix. Cet hôte n’a aucune notion du service client et fait preuve d’un mépris total envers ses clients. À éviter absolument. Je ne recommande ce logement sous aucun prétexte.

La ubicación es muy buena y el propietario fue amable y atento en todo momento. Todo funcionó perfectamente y la estancia fue muy cómoda. Sin duda lo recomiendo y volvería a reservar.

• Virginie (9/5): Propre et fonctionnel, thé-café à disposition même avec un petit chocolat - Une grande chambre spacieuse avec 2 lits simples confortables, fauteuil-lit étroit mais confortable.
• María Estela (8/5): - Casa amplia, limpia y cómoda. Los dueños muy amables, le comenté que mi hija era celíaca y nos dejó comida sin gluten para los primeros días. Además nos hizo una lista de supermercados y restaurantes para celiacos (su mujer era celíaca y los conocía), todo un detalle.. Estuvimos muy a gusto, pero por destacar dos cosas: 1. Hacia mucho calor (fue una semana muy calurosa, de las pocas en Ginebra) y aunque dejo ventiladores, como es un bajo que da a la calle, no podíamos dejar las ventanas abiertas por la noches y pasamos calor. Por ley, no pueden tener aire acondicionado. 2. Bañera muy alta, sin problema para nosotros pero cuidado con personas muy mayores.

Недалеко от основных достопримечательностей Женевы!! Везде ходили с детьми пешком. Прекрасный хозяин. Порекомендовал отличную недорогую парковку!!! Огромное ему спасибо!! Превосходный выбор кофе для кофемашины! Все понравилось!

It was super hot in the house at night, but there was a heat wave in Europe during the week we stayed in Geneva, and I guess most of the city is not yet well prepared to hotter climate. Unfortunately, despite the host had promised to send us a receipt that we needed for work to get reimbursed for the trip, the host never sent it, even if we requested it several times through Booking website and whatsapp. I am not sure on why, although I think it should be mandatory by law. In any case the receipt never came and we had some troubles at work to get the money reimbursed. So, if you need a receipt from the host, I would not recommend this accomodation.

• Andrei (9/5): Superb - Good apartment in the centre of Geneva. Walking distance to the lake promenade and all the main museums. The apartment is clean, high ceilings, great kitchen. Inside of apartment you will find everything you need for short and long stay, including Nespresso capsules, tea of different tastes etc. The apartment is on the ground floor, facing the street, but despite this it is quiet at night even with the windows open. Recommended.

• Raelene (9/5): Very satisfactory for a 5 night stay. - Easy to access. Good communication from host. Very clean. Good location - only a short (around 7 minutes) walk to bus & tram services. Supermarkets close by. Lighting in the bed/living room was very poor - however was good in other rooms. Extremely deep bath to step in & out of for the shower - even my tall & fit husband found it uncomfortable.
• ابراهيم (9/5): Amazing small apartment in a residential quarter - The owner was so cooperative and keen to help. The apartment was fully furnished and equipped.The kitchen was really amazing, in terms of things you would expect to find in the kitchen. Assorted tea and coffee were provided. In spite of being part of fairly old building, yet when you get in , you find it very well maintained and clean. - checking in at 3 pm out at 10 am. This is unfair at all.the rate is based on one day not on 19 hrs. I suggest that checking in before 2 pm and checking out at 12 noon. Parking can be annoying and expensive.
• ابراهيم (9/5): It was a unique experience,it worths it - Located in a quiet residential area. Close to restaurants,cafes and garden. Everything was in order. Affordable. The owner offered tea, coffee, candy and other culinary stuff. Owner was so helpful in giving instructions and guidance as needed. The building entrance does not reflect the actual standard of the apartment. The parking dilemma which is not something unique to this property. If you have a car you have to think about it in Geneva.

It was beautifully presented, clean, comfortable and well equipped. It was a little difficult to access the over bath shower around the shower screen. We couldn't work out how to use the heating and couldn't find any instructions. The weather quickly warmed up so we didn't need to work it out.

Free chocolates, tea, and coffee. I suggest for a medium type electric fan instead of the small that is available, specially if it is summer time.

• Christoph (1/5): No refund of money despite early cancellation of my reservation, customer service more 'pebble' than 'diamon - I wanted to cancel my resetvation well in advance, but the property did not respond to my twi messages. When I asked fir a cancellation and a refund through booking.com, they finally answered but showed zero flexibility. So I had to pay the full amount. I consider this very bad customer service.

• Maura (6/5): Nice stay, nice place, excellent location, but problems in the communication with the host - The location and the cleanliness of the place. Apartment very well equipped and information about the place and its services well provided. The communication with the host. The host always replied with plenty of details and on time, except when I asked for a clarification concerning if I could accommodate more than the 4 people I had originally booked for. I might have misunderstood that the apartment was for four people only, and not for five. But I asked the host and he didn't reply immediately. My request to the host was done about ten days before the end of the free cancellation period, and I did not get any answer before that deadline. The negative reply came after the free cancellation period expired and after the debiting of my credit card. If the host had replied on time, I might have clarified my misunderstanding immediately and I would have had the time and the opportunity to cancel the reservation for this apartment and looked for something bigger for 5 people.
