• Rūta (8/5): Great value for money. - Great location near airport, spacious tidy rooms. Can get quite noisy during weekend, since lots of people go by during the night from pubs. As well location showed in the properties link are inaccurate, was quite hard to find not know the location. Even local person took a while to understand where that street is. Please amend the location in map.

• Emma (9/5): Buenas experiencia en general. - Buena ubicación, limpieza muy bien y casa muy espaciosa. El aire de la planta baja no calentaba bien y salía aire frío. A los niños no les resultaron cómodas las literas, se hundían los colchones.

• victor (10/5): - En general todo, tanto la ubicación como el sitio como el personal, da gusto encontrar a gente como ellos . El apartamento es muy bonito y cómodo, las fotos no engañan al contrario en persona es aún más bonito y todo al detalle, super limpio Volveremos otro año y sin duda lo volveremos a alquilar. Recomendable 100%. Por poner una pega que para mí tampoco lo es, las literas suenan mucho porque se mueven un poco pero mis hijos han dormido perfectamente y son las camas y el sofá super cómodos
• Fernando (8/5): - La ubicación, cerca de donde queríamos ir, que era el recinto de Majicas Navidades El sofá cama muy incómodo. A parte de que no encajaba ,con lo cual dormías a diferente altura las sábanas estaban sin planchar. Por otro lado se oye todo el ruido de la calle y las voces de los transeúntes. (Unas contraventanas o mejor acristalamiento resolvería parte del problema.

• Paloma (10/5): - Muy bien comunicado con todo y muy completo con muchas utilidades como jabones para la ducha, café e infusiones, especias.... Se podría mejorar un poco mas en la limpieza
• Mar (7/5): Mala relación calidad precio - La ubicación y el colchón de la cáma de matrimonio que era súper como La litera se movía muchísimo y era incómoda para dormir, olía a bajante toda la casa y sin mosquiteras entraban todos los mosquitos y bichos de la calle. Además la ventana del cuarto daba al baño y no a la calle. Algunas zonas de la casa no estaban muy limpias. Varios sitios de la casa tenían desperfectos y desconchones. Por las ventanas y puertas que dan a la calle entra el frío.
• Andrea (10/5): Szeretetteljes tiszta igazi otthont sugárzó , és minden kényelmet kiszolgáló . - Jó érzés volt belépni a házba , azonnal otthon éreztük magunkat. A szállásadó rugalmasan kezelte a késői érkezésünket.Tisztaság volt és szeretetteljesen fogadtak minket.Minden előzetes kérésünkre választ kaptunk. Ezen kívül az utolsó napon a csomagjainkat is ott hagyhatuk a szálláson addig amíg a gépünk elindult. Szívesen ajálom mindenki számára.Minden a közelben volt boltok éttermek,a környék biztonságos volt közelben busz és metró megálló. mindenki számára

• Ulises (8/5): - Acceso rápido al aeropuerto Mal olor en el baño de la planta de arriba, y sin aire la 2da habitación sin aires acondicionado que tuve que trasladar una cama para dormir con frío.

Tenìa de todo.La ubicaciòn es muy buena, cerca de comercios, restaurantes y el supermercado mas cercano està a unos 100 metros. De casa al centro de Madrid tardamos unos 25 min en coche y al estadio metropolitano no llegaba a 10min. Francisco es un anfitriòn de 10, muy atento. En definitiba, muy recomentable. Por ese precio es dificil encontrar una casa de esas caracteristicas por la zona de Madrid.

• Diane (9/5): Short stay - The accommodation was clean and we had a very comfortable stay.. The location of this apartment was perfect for our visit, and the entry system for the apartment was easy to operate. There was a lovely selection of tea available, which I loved. I tried to use the shower downstairs, but the shower head does not stay in the clip on the wall, so I had to hold the shower head in order to shower. Not ideal. The bathroom upstairs smelt nice when we arrived but didn't smell nice throughout our stay. The bed sheets and quilt covers were clean, but the cushion covers and accessories on the bed were not.
• Ján (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment was near of our working place. Public transportation and shops are near of the house. Apartment itself is very nice, clean and comfortable.
• Michael (3/5): Not what we expected - The apartment is very well appointed with everything needed except adequate heat. When we arrived at the apartment it was 9°C inside. There is a wall heater in the main living area and main bedroom. There is no heat in either bathrooms or smaller bedroom. Tried running the heaters and small space heater, but it tripped the fuse breaker. Wall heaters continuously running at max brought the temperature to 20°C by the following day, while the outside temperature was 10°C. Very cold night inside, especially in the smaller bedroom. The alarm system has 2 cameras inside the apartment which made us feel very uncomfortable not knowing who might be watching us. Previous reviews about outside noise and sewer smell in upstairs bathroom is true, but was not really that bothersome. The bunk beds in the smaller bedroom seemed very unstable and my son stated that if he moved at all during the night, the creaking and noise kept him awake. The surrounding area is mixed with a few stores and small food establishments, but really not too much within walking distance. For the same price per night, we probably should have rented 2 hotel rooms for the night and been more comfortable. We simple dealt with it since it was a one night stay before our flight back home.
• Michał (8/5): OK for 2 nights. - Price value relation. Enough space for family. Air conditioning was broken and was making noise even when it was switched off - we could not sleep during 1st night. The district was rather dirty. We had to buy more expensive tickets for underground due to the zone. Kitchen equipment not sufficient for large family.
• Maebh (6/5): Not a bad stay but could have been better. - Big space for 5 people. Very close to the metro and it was an easy commute into Madrid city. Close to Cívitas Metropolitano. Good washing machine. The house was quite dirty. There were crumbs left on the surfaces and most of the dishes in the cupboard needed to be washed again. There were also a few ants on the floor.
