• Anastasiya (10/5): Fantastyczny apartament i perfekcyjny pobyt – 10/10! - Apartament był przestronny, bardzo czysty i świetnie wyposażony. Lokalizacja była bardzo wygodna i spokojna, idealna na odpoczynek. Obsługa była niezwykle miła i pomocna, dzięki czemu pobyt był naprawdę komfortowy. Nie było żadnych minusów. Wszystko było doskonale przygotowane i zgodne z oczekiwaniami. Z przyjemnością wrócimy ponownie.

• James (9/5): Comfortable, clean and spacious. - The apartment was clean, tidy and comfortable. It had everything we needed. It was a little bit outside of the city but we were happy to walk or take the bus into town.

• firstbling (7/5): Nice cute apartment , well located in residential area - Gostamos da localização e do espaço da casa. O acesso e muito facil e o sistemas com codigos facilita bstt. A sala e simpatica, tal como nas fotos. Nao gostamos das portas da sala e do wc, dificeis de abrir e fechar, e das tomadas que estavam um pouco soltas da parede, e das torneiras do lava loicas e lavatorio que molham tudo a volta. O duche tb nao da para muito tempo, tem poucos litros para tomar banho.

• Bing (10/5): Good location and nice looking apartment - I like the modern look of the apartment and love the lights and the high ceilings. It was about 20 minutes walk to the Milan Cathedral. The noise from the traffic outside of the apartment which unfortunately no one has control of it.
• Amanda (9/5): Ideal para pasar unos días visitando esta increíble ciudad - Buena calidad/precio para nuestras fechas. Facilidad para hacer el chek in y el chek out. El anfitrión nos envió el día de antes toda la información del alojamiento y el enlace para pagar las tasas turísticas. El alojamiento es bonito (nuevo y moderno) y está muy bien equipado (cafetera, tostadora, toallas, mantas, secador, vajilla bastante completa…) ideal para pasar unos días visitando la ciudad. Está un poco retirado de la zona central (25 minutos al Duomo), aunque muy bien comunicado con línea de tranvía y metro cerca del alojamiento. Pero la zona es tranquila y agradable.

Wir waren etwas überrascht da das Zimmer nicht wie in den Bildern mit Galerie war, die wir uns gewünscht hätten. Anscheinend gibt es zwei Wohneinheiten A und B. Dies könnte man in der Beschreibung transparent machen.

• James (8/5): Enjoyed our stay and would book again! - Apt B is in the back facing the courtyard, not the Main Street. Very quiet. Easy walk to Porto Romano subway. Peter was very accomodating. We had trouble staying warm the rads were not easy to control. Apt A partied late.

• Kyara (5/5): - The location was perfect for us. Everything was nearby or easy accessible with the uber/public transport or even walking. The apartment was nice and cosy. The sheets for the bed in the living room were dirty with stains. We send a picture on the day of arrival and asked if someone could come and change them for us. The owner of the property was supposed to send someone but didn’t communicate with us. On our last day someone came so my friends had to sleep underneath stained covers for 3 nights as it was too cold to sleep without. Unacceptable if you ask me. Due to lack of communication and care from the owner this ruined our stay. They did not offer any solution and refused to give us a refund or discount. I am very disappointed about this.

There were problems with the keys; the owner only gave them to us in the evening and solved it when we no longer needed them.

The bathroom door doesn’t close. The hosts’ response was slow and unsatisfactory. In conclusion, a big disappointment.

• ali (1/5): Filthy, A.C, radiator not working also no hot water on last day. - Location was about good 15 minutes walk to the centre The radiator and air conditioning were not working. • The apartment was filthy, with visible marks on the walls and stains throughout. • The property management informed me that the Milan council had stopped the gas supply, which affects the radiators. However, this was not mentioned or advertised on Booking.com. • When I spoke with the property manager, I was told that the A/C in my room was not working, so I don’t understand why the room was still being sold. • On the last day, there was no hot water available. Recommend you to spent your money somewhere else

• Juan Enrique (8/5): Buena situacion , mala suerte. - Es un apartamento en buena zona ,a unos 25 minutos andando de zona turistica (Navigli) y 30/35 de plaza del Duomo .Para los que nos gusta andar y conocer la ciudad muy bien. Cómodo para una pareja y un hijo Tuvimos mala suerte ya que el agua caliente dejo de funcionar al día siguiente de llegar ,y si bien el propietario enseguida se preocupó de atendernos, debido a las actividades del fin de semana no pudimos coordinarlo . No obstante contaremos con el de nuevo.

• Vigan (9/5): Lovely Milan apartment design - I had a very pleasant stay at the apartment. Its location was excellent, offering easy access to nearby amenities and attractions. The design of the apartment was beautiful, with tasteful furnishings that created a welcoming and stylish atmosphere. Communicating with the host was straightforward and efficient, which made the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. The only drawback was the use of soft pillows, as I personally prefer a firmer pillow for better support. I should have requested a different pillow before checking in, as none were provided.

• carolina (10/5): Ideal para conocer la ciudad. - Espacioso, bien decorado, con mucho gusto y detalle. Todo nuevo. Toallas de ducha, manos y cara para cada uno de nosotros. No entiendo cómo alguien puede comentar que olían las toallas como si hubieran sido ya utilizadas. Hay que tener muy mala sombra para poner algo así. Señores, Milán es una ciudad con humedad como tantas otras. Antes de poner una reseña así, analicen dónde se encuentran y todos los aspectos a tener en cuenta. La ropa de baño estaba perfectamente limpia, lavada y planchada, al igual que la de cama. La estación de metro a cinco minutos. De Porta Romana al Duomo son tres paradas. Una zona muy tranquila y segura. Un patio interior ajardinado precioso. Lo único a mejorar a futuro sería el sofá cama. Para niños pequeños está bien pero dos adolescentes como los míos o adultos, no resulta del todo cómodo. De todos modos para una visita de la ciudad de dos o tres noches, perfectamente se lleva bien.

• Marcel (9/5): Für einen Kurzurlaub in Mailand absolut empfehlenswert wir würden wieder dorthin gehen. - Schöne saubere und gepflegte Wohnung mit Klimaanlage einer schönen Küche und komfortablem Bett. Wir hatten etwas Pech das in der Nacht ca. 1/2 Stunde die Polizei mit Blaulicht direkt vor unserem Fenster stand,dafür kann der Vermieter natürlich nichts und sonst hat die Straße auch nicht weiter gestört.

• Sandra (9/5): gerne wieder - in gedanken schon angefangen umzubauen und nach eigenem geschmack einzurichten und morgen einziehen, so hat es gefallen. ein bisschen weiter vom zentrum, aber mailand ist nun mal weitläufig. ich hätte gerne empfehlungen gehabt, wo man in der nähe gut essen kann, dann wäre man nicht so verloren dagestanden.
• Laurent (9/5): Appartement confortable à 30 min de marche du Duomo - L'appartement est bien situé. Nous avons rejoint le Duomo en 30 min de marche. La décoration est jolie. Bien équipé pour manger sur place. Bonne literie dans la chambre principale. L'appartement est en rez-de-chaussée, c'est pratique pour les bagages ou pour des personnes âgées. Le matelas du canapé n'est pas très confortable. Ok pour 1 jeune ou des enfants. En journée, on entendu beaucoup les voitures qui passent sur l'avenue.
