• Anna (6/5): Well‑Presented Apartment Let Down by Poor Communication and Pool Issues - The apartment itself is nicely decorated, spacious, and well equipped. It was clean on arrival and the beds were very comfortable. The terrace is a lovely feature, and the apartment even comes with a paddle board, which is a great bonus and not something you often see. The property is located in a quiet residential area, around a 20‑minute walk to a beach with a bar and sun loungers. There’s also a local shop within walking distance, which is convenient. The team managing the property were genuinely lovely and very helpful, and they kindly offered us an earlier check‑in, which was much appreciated. We also received a bottle of wine and water on arrival which was very sweet gesture. This apartment has a lot of potential and several genuine positives, but the poor handling of the pool situation, lack of communication, and ongoing maintenance issues significantly detracted from our stay. Before booking, I would strongly recommend confirming in writing that the pool is fully operational. Unfortunately, the overall experience was significantly impacted by the fact that the pool was not working. The main issue wasn’t just that the pool was unavailable, but the very poor communication and lack of accountability from the owner. We were first told that the website stated the pool would only be open from mid‑May (which wasn’t accurate), and later told it was due to Calima sand damage. At no point was there an apology or clear, proactive explanation or rectification of the situation. We were travelling with a small baby and had planned our entire holiday around having access to a pool. Had we known in advance that the pool would not be usable, we would have chosen a completely different property. No meaningful alternatives were offered, only suggestions for a paid public indoor pool or a water park, and no attempt was made to arrange access to another local pool. In the end, I had to organise alternative pool access myself, which took time, unplanned expenses and effort and should not have been necessary. In addition, the value for money wasn’t great for what was offered. The upstairs bedroom is on a mezzanine level, which looks nice but offers very little privacy as noise from the living area carries through clearly. The terrace furniture is in need of maintenance: two large three‑seater sofas had broken legs, and based on previous reviews, this appears to be an ongoing issue, suggesting a lack of investment in upkeep.

We stayed 12 nights, all the beds were confortable and clean. We enjoyed the outside pool, good temperature of the water. We liked everithing.Meet our expectation!

• Vicki (8/5): Lovely - Lovely location, nice pool area. Great to have the hot tub available to use and wardrobe facilities in the upstairs bedroom this year. There are a lot of stairs to access the block the apartment is in, once in the block there is a lift but the number of stairs to the property will prohibit us from returning unfortunately.
• Jacqueline (5/5): Passable - I I asked before we paid for the property if the hot tub was clean and working as that was what we loved about the apartment this was at the time the water ban would have been in place I’d read comments on the apartment that it didn’t work and it was not clean months before I was assured it was clean and working I made a point that we wouldn’t want to stay if the hot tub was not ok to use when we got to the apartment the hot tub and swimming pool was out of use because of water restrictions they make be the case but we was not told of this
• Adam (1/5): CONTRACED SCABIES DISEASE HERE - AVOID FOR SAFETY. NO REFUND FROM BOOKING.COM OR OWNERS. BE CAREFUL - Everything I am writing is for your protection, a big warning. I take no pleasure in having to share my experience, but it’s my responsibility to warn other travelers. To protect others from the harm of this apartment and owners. The owners will write a reply and deny all of this, it’s what those types of people do. They’ve already told me they don’t believe me and have no empathy, even though their laziness is why my life changed for one entire month. They will and have avoided responsibility. If you want more info, please contact me. I will share more photos, doctors diagnosis, medicine, whatever to help. I woke up with bites all over my body after the first night sleep. I tried to just write them off as if they were mosquitoes. However, it was hard to ignore that the number of bites all over and the unusual places like the armpits, chest, waist, groin, bum, and entire back; places covered by clothes/blanket. Literally everywhere. Now I am in full freakout mode, because for every traveler, this is the worst nightmare. At first glance, the apartment looked clean. But as I pulled away furniture from the walls, cushions from chairs and sofas, you can see the filth that is hiding. One could identify animal hair all over, among dirt, sand, and what I can only assume were insect eggs. During the second night, I didn’t sleep from the constant itching and anxiety, I contacted the owners in this night on WhatsApp, I told the fear that there is something contagious like fleas, bedbugs, or mites & need help. We let them into the apartment while we were away (hint: bad idea) & it look clean, but I learn the disease had spread and no cleaning would save my body. I would have this problem for the trip and much longer. On the last day I had to make great preparations to disinfect my clothing and luggage. I purchased disinfectants, I vacuumed my bags, placed in sealed plastic bags. I did everything hoping I would not bring whatever home. I rushed to the pharmacy. The pharmacist could tell by the markings it was Scabies. I was given a cream against Scabies. I can share a quick study on what I learned. Scabies are microscopic bugs that live on, and in, your skin and feed off the human. The female mite creates a "tunnel" in your skin and lays eggs. You can never know how many are on your because they cannot be seen by human eye. Very unpleasant, imagine my position knowing that info. After diagnosis, I was forced to move my family out of the house, to keep them safe from disease. My 18-month baby was at paid care and my wife stayed with her parents. And for me? I had to live alone. I wash and disinfect every single cm of my home DAILY. Every time I change clothes, they go direct into the washer. If I have too many clothes or bedding, they go into a plastic bag. sealed with tape until next wash. I wash sheets, blankets, pillows, clothes, and towels EVERY DAY. Shower 2x a day. I’m to scared to sit on fabrics in case the disease spreads, so I sit in lawn chair. I wear latex gloves to reduce spread of scary disease. The worst part is the fear my family isn't safe. I don’t know the exact amount of money spent to eventually get rid of this disease, but well over 1000 Euro. I needed to visit the doctor. Our home energy, oil and water unusually expensive from all the cleaning. Yes, the extra money spent is bad, but it’s nothing compared to the mental stress and fear of keeping my family safe. At the time, it was a literal nightmare, with no end in sight. Naturally, I asked booking.com and the owners for my money back, or some meaningful compensation. I shared my story with the owners. I offered evidence, photos of the bites, doctors’ diagnosis, insurance, medicine, testimonies. And all that was met with being told they do not believe me. They assumed I am making up some story, and to that, I ask, FOR WHAT REASON?! Words cant describe the frustration of not being taken serious.

• Nataly (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent apartments. Very spacious with three bathrooms, which was important for us. The apartment had everything you need and even more 😊 The kitchen had a lot of appliances, there wasn't a situation when some stuff was not enough while we cooking. It was also important that there were 2 large beach umbrellas that saved us on the beach and, which is very cool, there were two SUP boards👍. A large terrace on the second floor and a nice courtyard with a swimming pool let us have a lot great time! Many thanks to Tomasz and Anna and also their son who met us during a late check-in because of problems with our car We highly recommend this place to stay
• James (10/5): We enjoyed an excellent stay in this apartment. The host Tomas was most helpful. - Spacious apartment in a quiet area, but not completely isolated, close enough to some bars and restaurants and smaller supermarkets. Not a lot!
• Romela (9/5): Superb - The location, amenities, the comfort of the penthouse specially spending relaxing time at the roof terrace with the sea view. Not a major one but would be good if the name of the place( penthouse) is added on the address as it made us doubt if 'we were dropped at the right place.
• Antonov (10/5): Pasamos día días muy tranquilos, descansando. Paseando por la playa y disfrutando de la terraza con - The location is good near the sea and the forest. The apartment is two floors, view from the terrace on the top floor to the sea and the park. The terrace is fully equipped for relaxing and sunbathing. Three large bedrooms with new mattresses, and three toilets. The apartment is fully equipped and has all the amenities. We were able to park in front of the house without problems. Excellent Wi-Fi. The landlord was great, attentive and polite. He is very nice, beautiful and super friendly! Great stay, highly recommended!
