- Krzysztof (1/5): Die Einrichtung mag in Ordnung sein, aber der Service und die Kundenbehandlung sind auf einem äußerst schlechten Niveau. - Nichts Das war der schlimmste Ort, an dem ich je gewesen bin. Die Kontaktaufnahme mit der Einrichtung war fast unmöglich, das Personal war unglaublich unhöflich.

- Redha (1/5): AVOID IT AT ALL COST ! VERY BAD AND ANTIPATHIC HOST - The apartment is large et and full of many services and advantages 1 - To start with, the host never answered my questions or my requests prior to me arriving at their apartment.
2 - So I was at the address between 5.00 and 6.00 pm, and I didn't know yet what was the apartment whoich was assigned to me, how to get there and how to get the key to open it.
3 - I called the hoxt who was not onsite and she was very "cold" on the phne instead of being welcoming. She asked me to hang up and to wait a few more minutes sho she can check my reservation. To me who had driven for 5 hours tpo get there, I was hoping she would be welcoming and ready to guide me towards the apartment as I was very tired and only waiting to het in.
4 - I managed to give her all the information she needed during our phone call and she guided ùme through the key release and use it to get in the apartment.
5 - Once in, I couldn't find any indication on how to use the different equipements in the apartment. I checked her profile on Booking.com but there were no additional information theire either. So I had to call her and email her on whatsapp and she kpt answering me in GERMAN.
6 - Now the problem was that the 4G/5G network is very bad in that apartment and around it, as is the wifi network, so I couldn't translate 75% of her messages and she was answering the phone anymore. She kept texting me in GERMAN anyway.
7 - Among the very bad services in that apartment :
7.1 - A BAD WIFI CONNECTION (I needed to work for 2-3 hours).
7.2 - NO AIR CONDITIONING (I have a medical condition and I needed it). To my question on whatsapp on this point in particular, the host LAUGHED AT ME instead of being empathetic.
7.3 - IMPOSSIBLE TO HAVE HOT WATER IN THE JACUZZI, not ergonomic nor it is intuitive at all.
8 - I called Booking.com customer service (I am a Genius level 3 and a regular customer here) and asked them to call her and ask her to refund me what I had paid (140 EUROS) and I left the apartment.
