- Shivam (1/5): - The key provided for the apartment was incorrect, and despite multiple attempts, the owner did not respond. As a result, we were stuck outside the apartment for almost 2 hours, which caused significant inconvenience and stress. After finally entering the apartment, we found the room in very poor condition. The room was dirty, and one of the windows was broken. Due to the broken window, cold air (approximately 3–5°C) kept entering the room throughout the night, making it extremely uncomfortable and unsafe to stay. This experience is completely unacceptable and does not match the standards promised at the time of booking. .

- Alessandra (7/5): Zweckmässig gut. - Die Lage war sehr zentral, sehr nahe an der Messe. Parkplatzmöglichkeit ist sehr gut. Der Zustand der Wohnung ist "etwas" sanierungsbedürftig. Heizung unzureichend.
