• Laura Graciela (9/5): ESTADÍA PLACENTERA - El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, cercano a diversos medios de transporte y a comercios . Es amplio y cómodo, posee variados utensilios de cocina y electrodomésticos e insumos para una estadía placentera.
• Maria (9/5): Muy buena estadía en Milán - La ubicación a 70 mts de la estación de metro para ir al Duomo y muy cerca de la estación central ..Apto muy acogedor y donde tienes todo lo que necesitas . Muy recomendable. Que hay pocos lugares cerca donde cenar .
• Artem (9/5): A great, convenient stay for a trip to Milan - The apartment was very cosy and had everything we needed. The location is a big plus - the metro station is very close, which made it easy to get around the city. Our host, Guido, was very responsive and provided a lot of helpful information. Thank you! The price was a bit high, likely due to the season, and the trash recycling, which was a bit tricky since the containers weren't all in one place
• Lauren (7/5): Great location but not good for light sleepers - The apartment was in a great location for the Metro and getting around Milan easily. Supermarkets, bars & restaurants nearby. The space has everything you need and the bed was comfortable. It was in a very noisy area, cars/trams/metro/people outside could be heard at all times - which wasn’t an issue as expected for the area. The neighbour in the flat next door played music/loud tv until very early in the morning. The shower could also do with an upgrade as there was a lot of limescale.
• Tati viajante (10/5): - Do apartamento espaçoso, da decoração, facilidade de self check in, disponibilidade de temperos, açúcar, sabão para máquina de lavar roupa e lavar louças. Tudo foi bem planejado no apartamento. A localização é excelente, ao lado de uma estação de metrô que dá acesso a todos os pontos de interesse para o turista. Nada.

• Theodora (8/5): Συνολικά, μια καλή επιλογή για όσους δίνουν προτεραιότητα στην εύκολη μετακίνηση και τη λειτουργικότητα κατά τη διαμονή - Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε πολύ βολική τοποθεσία στο Μιλάνο, ακριβώς δίπλα σε στάση μετρό και λεωφορείου (~50-100m), γεγονός που εξασφαλίζει εξαιρετική σύνδεση με τα μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς και εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όλα τα βασικά σημεία της πόλης. Η περιοχή δεν συγκαταλέγεται στις πιο τουριστικές και ίσως να μην προσφέρει την ίδια αίσθηση ασφάλειας και ζωντάνιας όλες τις ώρες της ημέρας, ωστόσο η άμεση πρόσβαση στα ΜΜΜ αντισταθμίζει σε μεγάλο βαθμό αυτό το στοιχείο. Η πολυκατοικία είναι ιδιαίτερα περιποιημένη, με οικογένειες και πολύ φιλικούς γείτονες, κάτι που δημιουργεί ένα ευχάριστο και πιο οικείο περιβάλλον κατά τη διαμονή. Στα θετικά συγκαταλέγεται επίσης η ύπαρξη πολλών καταστημάτων σε κοντινή απόσταση, όπως σούπερ μάρκετ και άλλα μαγαζιά για καθημερινές ανάγκες, κάτι που κάνει τη διαμονή ακόμα πιο πρακτική.

• Tijen66 (8/5): - Very close to the Metro and shopping street. It was dusty, specially the plastik flowers in the sleeping room. Was not good for my alergy. And the shower should be renewed.
• Baki (10/5): Kellemes - Nagyon jól felszerelt, kedves szállásadó, rugalmas kulcsátvétel(széfből), szuper elhelyezkedés, nagyon közel a metró, buszmegálló, bolt, gyógyszertár, ami a legjobb volt, hogy a szállásadónk megengedte hogy maradjunk amíg szeretnénk a repülő késői indulása miatt. Az utca miatt kicsit zajos volt, az első pár napban a fürdőből folyamatos zaj hallatszott(szivattyú?), illetve a szomszéd éjjel hangosan nézte a Tv-t és áthallatszott a szobába.
• Ildar (9/5): Превосходная квартира в отличной транспортной доступности. - Отличное расположение, превосходная транспортная доступность (центральный вокзал 10 мин пешком, две станции метро и наземный транспорт в 3 мин пешком). Очень чистая и достаточно просторная квартира со всеми удобствами. Сильно мудреная система регистрации туристов (но это исходит от городских властей и не зависит от хозяина квартиры) и ограничение по мощности электропотребления (это было для нас неожиданно, когда нельзя одновременно включать электрочайник и электроплиту).
• KAIXETE (9/5): Muy buena ubicacion y comodo - Esta muy buen ubicado y con todos los servicios cerca, supermercado, restaurantes y metro. El apartamento esta equipado con todo lo necesario para la estancia, cosa que se agradece No aisla del todo el ruido del exterior
• Esther (7/5): Appartement bien équipé et bien placé pour les déplacements à Milan, mais très bruyant. - L'appartement est bien placé, à côté de 2 lignes de métro. La chambre est spacieuse. Il est bien équipé, surtout la cuisine (même si je ne l'ai pas utilisé). Extrêmement bruyant. L'appartement se situe à pied de rue et à côté d'un axe très passant. Il est très très mail isolé (fenêtre avec vitrage simple), et on entend tout le trafic, ce qui a été très désagréable et perturbateur du sommeil. Conseil: il faut dormir avec de bouchons anti bruits.
• Afke (8/5): Een goed gelegen compleet appartement waar je comfortabel een paar dagen van Milaan kan genieten. - Schoon en ruim appartement op een goede locatie, gelijk naast een metrostation. De keuken is erg compleet en er is een wasmachine. De badkamer was ook goed. De koelkast maakt best veel geluid en omdat er geen scheiding is tussen de keuken en de slaapkamer hoor je dat als je in bed ligt. Dit zorgt voor een redelijk luide zoem als je wil slapen. Ook sluit de voordeur niet helemaal goed.
• Luiz Carlos (10/5): EXCEPCIONAL, MARAVILHOSO - De tudo. Sr Guido maravilhoso, educado, orientou muito bem pra localizar a hospedagem e pra fazer o check-in e check-out. Deixou muitas informações sobre transporte, alimentação e passeios que ajudaram muito. Muito atencioso, respondia a todas as perguntas pelo WhatsApp muito rápido. Merece a nota mais alta no feedback positivo em tudo para o anfitrião, hospedagem, limpeza, localização e tudo. Esta de parabéns. Se voltar pra Itália quero ficar ali novamente. Nada....pois foi uma experiência muito maravilhosa.

• Natalia (8/5): - Хорошие апартаменты, недалеко от Центрального вокзала. Станция метро прямо рядом с домом. В пешей доступности несколько супермаркетов. Апартаменты оборудованы всем необходимым, включая посудомойку, стиральную машинку, сушилку, гладильную доску, утюг. Общение с хозяином позитивное, всегда готов пойти навстречу. Действительно, довольно шумно, иногда сложно заснуть.

• Gareth (8/5): A great value base for exploring Milan. - Location convenient for Milano Centrale via Loreto metro station (less than 5 mins walk to Loreto or 15 min to Centrale). Great value for central Milan with a very responsive host who dealt quickly with some minor maintenance issues. Apartment as a whole was clean and well appointed, though the shower tray could use a deep clean.

• Elr0ndk (9/5): Everything was nearly perfect, I'd choose it again without any doubt. - Cleanliness, easy check-in, comfortable bed, very good TV (useful if you find a strike in public transportation in a very cold and rainy day that forces you to stay home). Lastly, but not because it was less important, the location, perfect: it's super close to the metro and in a quite nice area. One final mention for the host: he was very gentle and made our stay really great. It was just missing some natural light, but I think it was also because of the renovation works on the facade. The pillows could be better.

• Mariia (9/5): Superb - We were very pleased with the apartment. The location is very convenient, just a couple of minutes to the metro, 17 minutes to the train station. There are many shops and cafes around. Guido is very caring, special thanks to him for that 🌹. The apartment is clean, warm, has everything you need. We will definitely come back 🤩 It might be worth considering replacing the pillows....

• Mehmet (10/5): Beautiful apartment, good location. - Location, spacious apartment, high ceiling, good shower, full kitchen, safe, new, modern. The bed could be bigger, i.e. queen or king size, I barely fitted as a 193cm man. The windows are made of wood, and all the sound from the street is inside the room, and earplugs don't help much with the traffic noise.

The apartment is perfectly clean and comfortable, convenient to public transportation, and close to restaurants and stores. The owner is extremely helpful with advice and recommendations. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit. Everything was perfect

There were restaurants and cafes nearby. The owner gave us many helpful recommendations. The apartment itself was lovely--clean, comfortable, and charming. We made good use of the various appliances and everything was perfect. The instructions to reach the apartment were the best I have ever received! Very clear with photos and good directions. We actually returned to the same apartment a week later because we enjoyed it so much. Everything was perfect. Nothing to add.

Outside there is a bus stop and lots of people around. Not complaining; however, if your are a side sleeper the bed will be too hard. Unfortunately, I am and ended up with pain. Other than that, I would absolutely recommend this property.
