Robyn (6/5): Interesting, sleeping under the train lines! - The size of the room was very good and the bed was comfortable. I slept well despite the rumble of trains above. They provided ear plugs if required and breakfast was ok. None of the staff spoke English, the wifi didn’t work so we couldn’t use google translate and no communication had let us know they only take alipay or cash for payment. No other card. And there is no where close to change dollars into yen. Very stressful trying to pay for our room. Reception girls did their best.

Jackie (7/5): The hotel was clean comfortable, only small detail is the noise from the underground from 6am - I slept all the way thro - Convenient place, Was not the property it was the taxi who did not know where it was!

Robert (4/5): Big dissapointment about check in time rules - This property has a policy that requires you to check in by the latest of 4 pm. So, we arrived unfortunately later than that after an exhausting day and flight from Chengdu. Honestly I was not paying enough attention to the check in time detail, and by the time we got to the hotel our room was sold and we even ought to pay a cancellation fee that is the price of one night stay….. Very disappointing!!!! we have been traveling in China for over a month a no property had that kind of rigorous rules about check in time!
Abhishek (5/5): Passable - Cleanliness, Location and staff Very Noisy because it is just below railway track so every passing train disturb.
Carl (7/5): Rats in the rooms, not acceptable - Nice staff! Good location. Big rats in the room, this is totally unacceptable must be radically changed. Too noisy railway traffic, need to be better insulated.
