• Jelle (3/5): Good host, horrible accommodation - Manu the host is nice! But that is absolutely everything! The bed is horrible, almost looking like you are sleeping in a hangmat, it is broken and noisy. The room is too small and the shower is dirty as never seen before, hairs everywhere.

• Olha (7/5): Thanks, Manu. He's very nice. But I'd like a clean blanket :( - Manu was very pleasant to talk to and polite. He helped me get there. Unfortunately, I was unlucky with my bed. The blanket was covered in hair :( The duvet cover on the blanket was dirty and had hair on it.

Bagni in comune tra alcune camere ma molto puliti. Attenzione agli orari di checkin abbastanza limitati, se si arriva fuori dallo slot previsto ci sono extra costi da pagare

• Carmen (8/5): “A clean, convenient, and friendly place to stay for a short stopover near Valencia.” - The property was convenient for our needs as we only stayed one night before moving into our rental flat in Valencia city centre. We had a late-night flight and were travelling with our disabled child, so it was a practical stopover. The room was small but very clean, as were the shared shower/toilet and the kitchen/living area. The kitchen was modern and well-equipped. The soundproofing was good—we weren’t disturbed by planes in the morning, although my son really enjoyed watching them take off and land from the balcony, which was a fun bonus. The host was extremely friendly, gave us a tour, recommended a great local restaurant, and even drove us back to Manises to collect our luggage on a hot day, which was very much appreciated. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay. I hadn’t realised when booking that it was a room in a shared apartment, which isn’t usually our preference—but that was my oversight.

Прекрасный приём, полотенца и постельное в привосходном состоянии( чистые, мягкие). хозяева очень гостиприимны, очень быстроустроняют какие либо не поладки,, всигда потдерживают связь. Близко расположены магазин и метро, до моря минут 30 - 40 на метро. Окна и двери на балкон плотно закрываются, самолётов практически не слышно, а после прогулки по Валенсии темболие. Мне понравилось, детям тоже очень понравилось. Мы влюбились в испанко говорящего чебурашку 😍🥰. . Спасибо за тёплый приём. Претензий нету.

• Mikael (8/5): Väldigt bra att komma nära flygplatsen. Manuelo (chefen) helt suverän ! - Bra, men väldigt varmt på rummet, då man ej kan köra med air kondition hela tiden så man inte blir förkyld. Väldigt varmt att sova. Svart rullgardin drar åt sig ännu mer värme.

• Cynthia (1/5): A éviter - Une chambre de 5m² maximum et pour le prix c'est inacceptable, on entend le moindre bruit provenant de la chambre d'à côté.Il s'agit d'un appartement avec une serrure sur chaque chambre, donc une salle de bain pour 6 chambres pouvant accueillir minimum 2 personnes. Dans notre chambre pas de frigo comme indiqué. Le propriétaire s'occupe lui meme de faire les entrées, les sorties et le ménage. Il est la des 7h à faire le ménage des chambres venant d'êtres libérées et étales sacs poubelles, chiffons, produits menagés, et draps sales dans le salon cuisine donc autant dire que ça ne donne pas vraiment envie d'y déjeuner....

For a night if you have and early or late flight may be okay They facility is very picky with the check in. Since you make the reservation they send you a message claiming that after 15:00 to 18:00 check in has an overcharge of 15€. Next to an airport, only 3 hours of check in? Then only 1 toilet and a half for 5-6 rooms. Electricity due to the lack of powerness was being siwch off every half an hour and the it resulted every time and the cut of Internet and hot water. I waited and still the water was freezing.

• Alla Kokhaniuk (10/5): лофт, хостел, близько до аеропорту, зручні ліжка, кондиціонер, дуже приємний господар - Дуже привітний і готовий допомогти господар, зручні ліжка, кондиціонер в номерах, величезний телевізор, спільна кухня-вітальня, близько до аеропорту я мабуть, не розібралася в оголошенні, але це не був самостійний номер, це лофт, в якому спільний санвузол і кухня-вітальня і окремі кімнати для різних мешканців, тобто ванною і кухнею користувалися не лише ми. Дуже маленькі номери, якщо розкласти третє місце, не залишалося підлоги вільної зовсім, не було вікна в нашому номері.

Nos mandaron por WhatsApp donde teníamos que ir, y no nos recibió nadie de la empresa, sino que nos recibió la familia de latinos que ya estaba dentro.... Y por supuesto, el dinero pagado, no te lo devuelven..... Ni pasamos a la habitación.... Ruidos de aviones despegando y aterrizando continuamente..... En medio de un polígono inseguro..... Gente poco seria la verdad... Ni una recepción para recibirte..... Un desastre total

• Leire (4/5): Para un apuro. - Estaba muy cerca del aeropuerto, apenas a 10 min en coche. La habitación era muy pequeña, sin ventana. Menos mal que solo llevabamos mochilas. El aire acondicionado era fuerte (tanto que no usamos la cama de arriba, le daba el aire frio en la cara) permitió que durmieramos. Había una pareja extranjera que también estaban alojados y parecía que era su apartamento y les estabamos invadiendo. Nos llamaron la atención por poner la tele en nuestra habitación a las 8 de la tarde.

Die meneer bracht ons naar de kamer waar andere mensen waren. Toen ik zij wat doen deze mensen hier zij hij jullie delen samen de kamer. Ik verliet onmiddellijk de kamer met mijn gezin. Hij zegt ik kan niets doen ik geloofde het nog pas nadien zag ik dat hij de host is alles regeld. Ik kreeg geen geld terug had geboekt via booking.com. ogelelet mensen

• Anna Laura (10/5): Una bella casa a due passi dall'aeroporto - La casa di Manuel è graziosa e accogliente, lui è gentilissimo e molto disponibile. All'inizio eravamo un po' smarriti per la posizione della casa, situata in una zona industriale piena di rimesse e luoghi di lavoro. Ma una volta presa la mano, la metro è a poco più di 10 minuti a piedi quindi assolutamente fattibile.
• Sophia (7/5): Close to the airport. - The staff, Manu (or Manolo), was very kind and took me around to visit the places I hadn't seen in a couple of hours before my flight! Such a kind man who genuinely cares about his guests. The room was very small for the amount I paid for, and the walls are very thin.

• Manuel (1/5): Horrible, jamas volvería. - Nada No me gusto nada, reserve un piso y cuando llegamos era un departamento compartido como con 6 habitaciones. Llegaban nuevos inquilinos que nos decían que tampoco sabían que era un piso compartido. Una ESTAFA TOTAL. Cuando llegamos nuestra habitación estaba sin limpiar. La luz se iba todo el rato y los aviones pasaban cada 15min y se escuchaban muy fuerte. Y el hombre que nos atendió iba muy seguido al piso, era bastante intrusivo, todo el rato hablándonos y preguntándonos cosas cuando lo que queríamos era estar tranquilos y hacer nuestras cosas.

• Fernández (6/5): No es tan bonito... - El el sitio perfecto, las zonas comúnes ideales. Sitio para aparcar al lado. Y supermercados y gasolineras muy cerca. No me gusto, el no saber ni yo ni los otros huespedes, que el apartamento fuera compartido con más gente. Y una de las habitaciones alquilada, a tres chicas muy maleducadas y bordes. El no saber que tienes una habitación y no la casa entera molesta. No digo que me importa compartir, pero no esta de más saberlo. La habitación que nos toco super pequeña y sin ventanas que se habren. Las camas eran una litera de 90, de madera que crugilla mucho. El aire funciono, sino te moriras de calor, pero con problemas de goteras el cual, no se dio solución... El problema de compartir, entre mas de 12 personas zonas comunés, es que con dos baños uno solo con ducha, se hacia dificil. Aparte es la falta de empatia de no hacer ruido a las 23h, golpes en paredes vecinas a la habitación

Lo primero la señora que te atiende por teléfono fue una maleducada ,lleno de hormigas no podías dejar nada porque te invadían,y poca limpieza debajo de las camas.

• Sazzad (1/5): Horrible. I just wasted my money. - absolutely waste of money. There was a false information when i did the booking. I just moved away from the apartment on the second day. This apartment is a shared apartment and not suitable for family for kids. wrong info on the internet.
• Lautaro (1/5): Devastadoramente cruel la noche. - Absolutamente nada Bueno, por donde empezar? Menos mal que fuimos única y exclusivamente a dormir... cosa que no conseguimos. Cuando entramos al apartamento ... nos dimos cuenta de que estábamos rodeados de habitaciones llenas de huéspedes ruidosos, incumpliendo todas las normal sociales de convivencia ( gritar, fumar, jugar, moviles con sonido, etc). Nuestra habitación en concreto, compartía pared con una clarabolla translúcida mal aislada, lo que dejaba pasar luz y sonido de la habitación de nuestros vecinos... unos vecinos que decidieron tener la televisión encendida hasta la madrugada a un volumen que nos permitió enterarnos de todos los detalles; y que además decidieron encender a las 6 am con un concierto de rock mientras salían al baño (que compartíamos toooodas las habitaciones) a ducharse y secarse el pelo. Total, a las 8, tras comprobar que no podíamos soportar más estar ahí, tuvimos que irnos. La cama, un 0, le faltaba el tropezón de mi abuela para desmontarse entera, las almohadas salidas de la postguerra y aquí paro xq me da vergüenza ajena. No vuelvo ni aunque me paguen

Chambre très petites avec lumière permanente et sans fenêtre sur l'extérieur. Liiterie plus que moyenne. Lit qui grince. Appartement partagé dans des espaces petits. Le Check in après 18h est facturé 15€!!! Jamais vu avant cela alors que cela n'était pas indiqué lors de la réservation !! On l'apprend par mail après!!! On peut trouver bien mieux à Valence et en Espagne pour ce tarif
• Manuel (1/5): La ambigüedad usada como arma de engaño - La persona q nos atendió, Manu. Un hombre super atento. El alojamiento no se lo merece La ambigüedad del anuncio. En ningún momento te específica que es una habitación lo q alquilas en un apartamento compartido. Mi opinión particular y que me confirmó lo que Manu nos dijo, que no eramos los primeros que le comentaba está confusión, es que el propietario utiliza la ambigüedad y la falta de claridad de lo que contratas para engañarte, que de hecho, así fue como nos sentimos
• Haydi (1/5): Muy mala experiencia 😡 - No me gusto NADA! , estaba sucio y las habitaciones muy pequeñas! Tiene escaleras para subir a las habitaciones, ósea q si tienes maletas grandes es incómodo, las habitaciones muy, muy pequeñas, está ubicado en un polígono al lado del aeropuerto (ósea mucho ruido) tuve un problema con el dueño cuando llegué me dio una habitación diferente al que yo había reservado y al dia siguiente me llamó para decirme que hiba a sacar mis cosas porq necesitaba cambiarme la habitación, yo le dije que no tocara mis cosas mientras que yo no esté ahí y se puso muy mal educado y me dijo que hiba a cambiar mis cosas y después hiba a cambiar la cerradura para que yo no pudiese entrar 😡 muy, muy desagradable No lo recomiendo y NUNCA iría otra vez!!

• Jose Luis (2/5): NO REPETIRÉ y seguro que volveré a Valencia..., no recomendable para familias. - El trato recibido por la persona encargada de la recepción del viajero y atenciones varias durante la estancia, MANU fue el paracaídas de la estancia de 3 días que tuvimos ocasión de experimentar. Sin él seguramente los comentarios serían mucho más negativos. Siento que una persona asalariada tenga que sufrir los comentarios/quejas mientras que el jefe/a exije una calidad que depende de el mismo, si en vez de 6 habitaciones tener 4 seguramente las quejas se reducirían o no se emitirían. Bravo por Manu y su profesionalidad de 10. La habitación que nos toco (2 adultos + 1 niño), super pequeña, teníamos que salir uno para poder vestirse el otro, era tan pequeña, que la nevera que nos correspondía estaba fuera en el pasillo. Era tan pequeña, que la maleta solo podiamos abrirla encima de la cama en un lateral, la niña subida a la litera y 1 adulto fuera de la habitación... El tener una ducha compartida no me pareció nada higiénico. Las zonas comunes serían perfectas si se respetasen las normas, como el hecho de fumar o los horarios de hablar. Las habitaciones (al menos la nuestra) no tenía aire acondicionado, de hecho los tienen sin montar y apilados en el recibidor, pareciendo la habitación un cocedero de marisco por las tardes. La habitación no estaba al 100%, el toldo estaba estropeado, pero menos mal que lo semi arreglaron y podia estar abajo del todo evitando la luminosidad exterior, pero solo permitía abrirse un 25% para tener luz exterior por las mañanas. A la litera superior le faltaba un soporte de sujección, menos mal que dormía en ella mi hija pequeña, porque podia haber cedido otro de sus soportes y haber colapsado. Las habitaciones estan comunicadas algunas con una ventana en la parte superior, lo que hace que hasta que el "vecino" no apague las luces no puedas descansar, como asi sucedió. Nuestra habitación y supongo que las demás, carecían de ventilación, así que para tener "algo" de aire nuevo, teniamos que dejar la puerta abierta para tal fin. Y para terminar, la cercanía al aeropuerto (está PEGADO), hace que no sea lo más apetecible, a partir de las 6 AM empiezan a "fluir" los aviones a sus diferentes destinos, y la verdad, si te apasiona ir a un aeropuerto para ver despegar/aterrizar aviones, pero también poderlos escuchar y notar sus vibraciones en directo, este es tu sitio..., pero no si quieres descansar despues de visitar la ciudad o hacer turismo como fue nuestro caso. Se que nuestra habitación no era la peor, había otra más pequeña aún.

• Zoe (10/5): Super ! - ¡Tuvimos una estancia excelente en casa de Manu! Fue muy amable, acogedor y realmente atento para que todo saliera perfecto. La casa estaba siempre impecable gracias a la limpieza frecuente. La habitación muy limpia, la ropa de cama olía muy bien, todo era muy cómodo. La vista con los aviones despegando es agradable, y el metro está bastante cerca. ¡Todo fue perfecto, lo recomiendo al 100 %!

• INES (4/5): Habitaciones ridículas pata su precio - La atención de Manu ha sido excepcional pero las habitaciones muy pequeñas no permitían moverse ni tener la maleta y además se comunicaban con otras habitaciones interiores , faltando ventilación e intimidad, además el usuario de la habitación contigua nos despertó a las 4:30 al encender la luz para levantarse. Era un apartamento con varias habitaciones q compartían aseos, los lugares comunes estaban limpios y adecuados. La información de booking era engañosa.

Apartment is very small, no outside windows, shared bathroom. Located about 25 min walk from the airport in a shady and unpleasant area. Very difficult to find the entrance and personell writes only in Spanish - as there is no auto translate in WhatsUp, it is rather tiring to copy and google translate every message.

• isabelle colon (5/5): Lees alle kleine lettertjes goed door! - De ontvangst door een zeer vriendelijke host. We mochten de bagage ook vroeger brengen dan de aangegeven inchecktijd. Het uitzicht vanuit het bed door het grote raam op de luchthaven was redelijk uniek. Ik denk dat het vooral onze eigen fout was dat het voor ons tegen viel. Wij zochten snel een accomodatie kort bij de luchthaven en hebben de kleine lettertjes niet goed gelezen. Het betreft hier een groot appartement waarin een vijftal piepkleine ruimtes verhuurd worden. Er is 1 gedeelde badkamer en beneden was nog een aparte wc met wastafel. Uit de snelle omschrijving begreep ik een appartementje te huren en niet een gedeelde accomodatie. De muren zijn filterdun dus je hoort alles en tussen kamers en gang zijn ook bovenaan niet doorzichtige ramen maar die laten wel het licht door van buren of van de gang. De slaapruimte was ook piepklein zodat we onze koffer op de gang moesten openen. Het was gelukkig voor 1 korte nacht dus ok.

Сами комнаты мизерные. Кривая система заселения: если вы прилетаете после 8:00 вечера, то вам придётся особенно связываться с хозяином предварительно и платить довольно внушительную плату за позднее заселение, что делает это жилье абсолютно не конкурентным с соседними отелями по ценам. Район конечно ужасный, Если вы прилетаете поздно вечером, берите с собой еду иначе останетесь голодными

Mi habitación no tenía ventanas ni ventilación. No tenía calefacción y pasamos frío. La persiana de la habitación de los niños se cayó nada más llegar.

• Zoltan (8/5): Reptérközeli szállás. - Az Androidos tv-re tudtam tükrözni a telefonom. Így a saját tv csatornáimat nézhettem. Bár csak ketten voltunk az apartmanban, a közös fűrdőszobához. Így nem probléma. De 5 szoba van. Kb 10 férőhellyel már akár sorbanállás is lehetne a wc-n. A konyhaszinten is van wc. Oda lehet szaladni.
