Kara (8/5): Lovely well equipped apartment close to the excel - Clean, well equipped and central Location for a conference at the Excel. Felt safe and secure. Lovely balcony. Good bars and restaurants nearby and a handy Tesco express. Less than a 10 minute walk to the excel. Good communication with the management team. Only one set of keys for the property. It was very hot and only had one fan. As it was on the 16th floor it was very windy to leave the patio doors open.

Peter (6/5): Pleasant - Apartment was very clean & a good size with a living room, kitchen & bedroom. It had very quick access to the Excel. -For the first time in my life I was charged 40 GBP because I was arriving at 9.30pm, they charge for a late check-in. -The main let down was the bed, it looked like a double bed in images and in person but when you get in it's 2 twins with 2 different-sized mattresses. One was about 1 or 2 inches higher than the other, making it incredibly uncomfortable if you are lying over the halfway point. I had to choose a side of the bed to sleep on and not move.
