In accordance with Community rules and aiming for good coexistence between guests and neighbors, at least one member of your group must be over 25 years old to stay in this apartment.
No Smoking: Please notice that this is a strictly nonsmoking apartment.
The apartment is fitted with smoke detectors.
No Parties: Strictly no parties are allowed in this apartment as the apartment is located in a residential building. If you are coming to party, please book somewhere else.
No noise at night: No excessive noise is allowed after 21/9PM as the apartment is located in a residential building.
Late check-ins: If you arrive outside of normal hours, please note that there is a late check-in fee. If you arrive after 21/9pm the fee is 50€.
If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80€ fee will apply.
Please keep in mind that if you book last minute (less than 24 hours before your arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to our availability and will be after 4:00 PM.
Passport information: It is required by law to register all people staying in any tourist accommodations by their full name, birth date, and passport number. We will therefore request you to provide us with this information before your arrival.
For stays 28 days and over the following rules apply:
1) The included monthly amount that can be spend on supplies is €150, this includes water, gas and electricity. For example, if you stay 3 months, you will have €450 to spend in the entire period. If you spend more you will have to pay the difference at the end of the contract period.
2) A deposit will be charged that is calculated based on the duration of your stay. For 1-3 months reservations the deposit is €450, for 3-6 months reservations the deposit is €800 and for 6-11 months reservations the deposit is 1 monthly rent. The deposit will be refunded 30-45 days after the stay.
3) A rental contract will have to be signed prior to arrival.
4) We require a mandatory monthly cleaning that is NOT included in the price. The cost for each monthly cleaning is €60 and will be a day of your choosing, it will last 3 hours. This is a way to ensure that our flat is kept clean and in good condition.
5) We will personally welcome you at the apartment.

- Lucía (6/5): Mala calidad relación precio - La ubicación y la cocina está bien. En general está sucio. Sábanas y toallas con manchas y no olían a limpio. Las ventanas sucias. Paredes con humedades. No hay aire acondicionado en el salón.

W kuchni i łazience mrowki. W jednej łazience tylko ciepła woda. Brak kawy i herbaty w mieszkaniu. Dla osób,które przylatują późno proszę pamiętać o opallacie dodatkowej 50 euro. W innych miejscach zameldowanie odbywa się bez pośredniego przekazania kluczy.

- Youssef (9/5): - The hygiene and cleanness, the house was very well equipped, spacious, and the location is close to all the important places in the city, great value for money. Nothing to dislike, the house provided all the comfort necessary for a memorable stay.
- Santana (5/5): Ideal para familias pero falta de limpieza - Lo más que nos gustó fue lo amplio que es el alojamiento La casa estaba muy sucia, cuando llegamos al alojamiento no había nadie para darnos las llaves, las camas eran incómodas y solo hay aire acondicionado en dos habitaciones el resto de la casa no tenía aire, dejaron dos ventiladores y uno estaba roto.

- Kacper (9/5): - Przestronne mieszkanie, dobrze wyposażone. Dużym atutem jest klimatyzacja w dwóch pokojach. W kuchni wszystko co potrzebne. Dwie łazienki również na plus.Lokalizacja nie najgorsza. Konieczność oczekiwania na agenta w celu przekazania kluczy, lepszym rozwiązaniem byłaby skrytka. Trzeba uważać na windy, bo raz się zacięła i utknęliśmy między piętrami.
- Derek (8/5): Would recommend - We made this booking quite late in the day and were not able to book anywhere more central, however a taxi to the centre of the old town was only about 5 euros and buses stopped within 100 meters so all in all the location was not a problem. The appartment is in a tower block. The entrance was very nice, clean and modern, the landings on each floor were quite old and dated however tha appartment was clean and very modern and bright. I would definately consider staying there again when visiting Malaga The bedrooms only had bright lights which may be a problem if one occupant wants to sleep and the other wants to stay up and read. However this could be solved by the provision of bedside lights
