Una semana antes de nuestra llegada, el alojamiento nos informó de un cambio en el apartamento. El nuevo estaba un poco más alejado de nuestros puntos de interés, pero no fue un inconveniente. Como compensación, nos ofrecieron un apartamento premium, bebidas de cortesía y check-in anticipado a las 11:00. Sin embargo, al llegar a las 11:10 no pudimos acceder al apartamento. Tras contactar con el alojamiento y mostrar el mensaje del check-in anticipado, enviaron a una persona que nos permitió dejar el equipaje, aunque no pudimos entrar completamente hasta las 15:00. El apartamento estaba limpio, era cómodo y bien ubicado. Algunos detalles menores a mejorar: solo había dos rollos de papel higiénico para cuatro personas (cuatro noches) y no había gel ni champú. Por suerte, había supermercados cerca. Debido al calor, el alojamiento amablemente nos proporcionó un ventilador, lo cual agradecimos. A pesar de algunos pequeños detalles, quedamos satisfechos con la estancia. Review: Positive Stay with Minor Issues Overall, we had a positive experience. A week before arrival, the property informed us of a change in the apartment. The new one was slightly farther from our points of interest, but we didn’t mind. As compensation, they offered a premium apartment, complimentary drinks, and early check-in at 11:00 AM. However, when we arrived at 11:10, we couldn’t access the apartment. After contacting the property and sharing the message about early check-in, a staff member arrived, allowing us to leave our luggage, but we couldn't fully enter until 3:00 PM. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well located. Some minor improvements: only two toilet paper rolls were provided for four people (four nights), and no shower gel or shampoo was available. Thankfully, supermarkets were nearby. Como puntos de mejoras, la cocina tiene unos ventanales muy grande que dan a una zona interior de oficinas y otros apartamentos, y como la cocina esta comunicada con el salón comedor, con sofá cama, ofrece poca intimidad.

• Steven (8/5): - The communal lobby and stairs are bare and rough. The lift is ancient and not for the claustrophobic. Apartment 3 on the third floor was clean, very spacious and a great place to stay. I slept very well. Inside the apartment is in need of maintenance with a panel missing in the kitchen and walls need repainting. Overall I would stay again. The area around the apartment is good.

• Danielle (1/5): was not a nice experience, was cold and run down was made to feel humiliated by accusing me of stealing. - good area and let me have a later checkout time. lack of cleanliness, dust, coffee cup marks on the side counter in the kitchen, lack of security with a window that would nor close and had no blinds or a curtain to cover, heating was faulty, hair in the bed heating and wouldn’t work. And they accused me of stealing towels and a bath robe!! very unprofessional do NOT recommend unfortunately i couldn’t get more photos of the faults.

On the top floor so quite some stairs but I didn’t mind as it felt safe and meant it was a bit more quiet. A great base for a short stay. Big enough for a few friends to stay comfortably. And a good location to get around. Comfortables beds and pillows which is a nice change from most . Window in the bathroom had other windows looking in - did not feel private when in shower. Needs frosting or a curtain. Decoration is a little sparse so it feels a bit empty/unfinished. They were a bit slow in responding and I had to ask for the code multiple times via messaging and finally got an answer via WhatsApp. It was okay but could have been more responsive.

• Jade (8/5): Very good - Price for apartment was brilliant. Location was good, apartment was clean, restaurants close by and a 7 minute walk to tube station. Area was nice and quiet, even though there’s local restaurants, we didn’t hear any noise during night. Easily accessible elevator to get to the apartment also and communication with host was good. Only downside was there isn’t anywhere to put luggage before check in or after checkout, unless you use local luggage facilities, be prepared to carry your luggage around with you.
