No le falta un detalle, está equipado con todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa. Un punto muy a favor es el parking, ya que la entrada y salida con el coche es súper cómoda, algo que se agradece mucho. Además, la ubicación es excelente, está muy bien situado y a un paso del centro. ¡Totalmente recomendable!
• Clemens (10/5): Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in guter Ausgangslage für eine Stadtbesichtigung oder Ausfüge in die Umgebung - Die Unterkunft mit großzügiger Tiefgarage war trotz der Straße vor dem Haus sehr ruhig. Das Appartement war sehr groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Betten komfortabel. Ein- & Auschecken war aufgrund der außergewöhnlichen Informationen mit Erklär-Video vom Vermieter kein Problem.

• Fernando (8/5): Excelente relación calidad/precio - Muy cómodo y muy bien equipado. Todas las cosas detalladas y explicadas con carteles (se nota que tienen experiencia). Además muy céntrico La estructura del edificio es un poco ¿caótica? No sé si por allí se construye así pero los accesos al parking, a la calle, a las zonas comunes y al apartamento necesitaban de una explicación. El anfitrión proporciona un enlace a un video en YouTube que, al principio, me pareció innecesario. Cuando llegamos a la propiedad entendimos que el video era conocimiento arcano que había que ver de principio a fin y asimilar. 😅
• María (9/5): Muy bien en general - La ubicación, la atención del dueño y lo aislado del ruido que está Los utensilios de cocina estaban sucios de los anteriores, con comida pegada y el horno no es el de la foto, es muy pequeño, si tenéis pensado meter algo grande como íbamos nosotros, tenedlo en cuenta. Lo demás todo muy limpio

If you don’t watch the video they send you’ll never find it or get in. It’s a multi step process that, compared to other properties, is quite convoluted.

• Ana María (7/5): - El apartamento tenía todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Además la ubicación era perfecta para no depender del vehículo, casco histórico y supermercados cerca. La elevada temperatura del apartamento, a pesar de que cuenta con aire acondicionado en el salón y ventiladores en las habitaciones, fue bastante difícil conciliar el sueño.

• Ka (7/5): The owner is very nice to arrange late check out the car park. It is unable to have a good sleep without air conditionin - It included a free parking and the location is good. There is no air conditioning in the rooms. It is very very hot.
• Matthias (9/5): a very nice place to stay - this is a very nice place. you can walk to the center from there and it is easy to find. all was super clean and comfy. all thumbs up. we also appreciated that we had free parking, when we saw the parking situation in town. the kitchen is equipped with all basic tools you need. communication with the owner was quick and nice via booking.com. check-in super easy, nothing to complain. we had a friday night when there was some really bad noise on the road throughout the night. some youngsters had a show-off in front of the bars how big and noisy their motorcycles are (perhaps the only big thing these guys can offer :-)))))). the night before (thursday) was really quiet. no idea what‘s going on on a saturday night.

• Guy (8/5): Paseo imperial review - Very nice and clean apartment. The rooms were very comfortable. It is in a great location close to restaurants and the downtown of Arcos de la Frontera. It is difficult to find the apartment in the complex. We received the information late after check in, which made our check in difficult. Ask or search for the U-Tube video about the check-in.
• Andreas (8/5): Good Apartment with underground carpark - Spacious Apartment close to the old part of Arcos with a underground carpark. The carpark is quite narrow as many spanish carparks. All instructions we're send upfront on how to access the building. Aircondition in the living room and fans in the bedrooms. It was quiet in the bedrooms but you could hear everything from the hallway in the living room.

• Luis (4/5): Disappointing - The size of the apartment and the fact that it was so clean. We were promised breakfast (it was a breakfast included booking appointment), and when asking the host how did it work wih the breakfast we said they didn't have one, although promoting it on booking.
