Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, please write this request and your company details in the Ask a question box. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Otherwise, they will need to submit a signed release form along with a copy of the parent's or legal guardian's passport. The property can provide a template of the authorization form upon request. Only temporary bookings are accepted; short stays are not permitted. The property is not rented for tourist purposes, as these are temporary rentals. Please note that this property IS NOT A TOURIST APARTMENT. Tenants must sign a temporary rental contract upon arrival. This contract respects all the terms of your reservation and does not impose any additional responsibility beyond the terms and conditions of your booking. Rental cribs are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request this by contacting the host prior to your arrival. Please note that if your arrival date is the same as the day you made your reservation, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for your check-in before 5:30 PM.
