- Khanh (10/5): - The location was great, walking distance to Woolworths, IGA, restaurants and two tram lines. The hosts allowed us a late check-out and let us store our luggage with no extra cost.

Little things like salt and pepper, gladwrap etc make such a difference. Also appreciated the car park. Would definitely stay there again. Toilet door (apt 33) needs lubricating as it jammed sometimes.

- Hsiao-Han (10/5): - The apartment is located just south of Melbourne’s city center, with very convenient access to public transportation. Walking distance to South Melbourne Market. There’s a park right next door, which is a lovely bonus.
The apartment itself was more spacious than we expected and came fully equipped with complete kitchen facilities. It truly provided everything a traveler could need during their stay, including a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and even a parking space. Overall, it was a fantastic experience! Highly recommended. N/A
- Terence (8/5): Central location with trams close by - Big rooms and good location for the Australian Open The Air conditioning in the bedrooms does not work, and so it was very hot and uncomfortable at night . Would not stay here in summer again

Having 2 bathrooms and toilets was the big advantage
Close to a main tram intersection and close to IGA and Woolies good food and easy parking. The curtains allowed a lot of light in
The door in the ensuite didn’t close completely and the rug was a hazard

Close to two tram stops and also the train station, so getting around is easy. There’s a park right at the end of the street, and you’ve also got a supermarket plus a small grocery/liquor store nearby. Super convenient spot overall.The tennis court is a great addition too — had a couple of hit-arounds there and even managed to lose my wallet on the court. It fell out of my pocket, and when I realised it was missing I checked the notice board downstairs. One of the residents had found it and handed it in to the property manager with everything still inside — cash, cards, the lot. Really nice to be staying somewhere with such honest residents. Definitely adds to the good vibe of the place. The lockbox was a little tricky to open the first time — it might be better positioned, or maybe a different style of lockbox would help. Extra seating in the lounge would also be a bonus. Even just a couple of comfortable easy chairs would make the space feel more complete.

- rkannan (10/5): Quiet and Convenient. - Host was clear about the access, and was very responsive. Unfortunately we had a van, but the parking had a clearance restriction of 2.1m which we did not think of. But it was not the host's problem. But was stresful to park the van around that area.

The tram stop was very close which made it easy to go in and out of the city. It was wonderful value too There were not many cafes or restaurants in the local area so you needed to head into the city by tram. The area was very industrial feel but it was not to far from city by tram

- Randolph (8/5): Very good - Great close to tram service. Easy to get around. The mat in the main room was a trip hazard. The tap in the sink with the bath kept dripping all the time.

Great communication from owners . We could not find a manual with information regarding appliance instructions ,rubbish disposal, local services, restaurants , this would have been handy but otherwise the apartment was great.
