• kelly (6/5): Great location but unfortunately misleading when it came to accessing the unit - Good location, functional kitchen & primary room was spacious My husband and I were traveling with my mother-in-law. She was comfortable with three flights of stairs, but this amounted to roughly 90 steps, far more than a standard three-storey walk-up. I feel this is quite misleading and could put guests in a difficult position during their holiday. The shower heads and sink both were having issues with water flow due to hard water build up in the faucets (they need to be cleaned) and there was some mold in the one shower. Would recommend providing more towels and a better kitchen towel.

• MARIA TERESA (9/5): Apartamento muy limpio y muy bien situado - Apartamento amplio, muy limpio y muy bien situado, se puede ir andando perfectamente a todos los sitios mas destacados de Roma. No hay ascensor, es un tercero, hay que subir algunas escaleras, para nosotros no supuso ningún problema pero igual para gente con movilidad reducida o niños pequeños es mas complicado.

• Rachael (10/5): Fantastic penthouse - Everything except the stairs. It’s a beautiful apartment close to piazza Navona. Has a working washing machine and was great for two couples to share with full kitchen. There are 4 flights of stairs which if you just take them slow aren’t to bad but after walking all day on uneven roads in Rome it could really be not your favorite part of the day. The stairs

Due camere matrimoniali comode, due bagni, cucina accessoriata e molti servizi a disposizione. Check in on line e accesso a distanza facile, con istruzioni dettagliate Molte scale...anche se è il prezzo da pagare per avere la vista sui tetti di Roma. Problemi con la caldaia che emetteva un rumore infernale quando era acceso il riscaldamento o l'acqua calda. Cattivo odore nel bagno in camera.

La posizione perfetta, a pochi passi da Piazza Navona nel cuore del centro di Roma. Nell'appartamento c'è tutto il necessario. Il segnale wifi è buono nel salotto, ma non raggiunge bene le altre stanze. Metterei delle tende anche alla finestra della stanza più piccola.
• Karin (8/5): - Close to attractions. The shower did not drain quick enough. So, your standing in water the entire time you are taking a shower. Patio in master bedroom is not a patio. Could not set out there.

In my opinion, the property’s pricing should take its level of accessibility into account, and here the accessibility is very limited. The water pressure in the shower was very weak. There was also a lack of lighting in the master bedroom.
• Chris (10/5): Great location in a great city - Great location, very clean, air con was well needed and kept us comfortable! Balcony is a lovely extra. Just be aware of the stairs, wasn’t a problem for us but anyone with mobility problems would simply not be able to do it.
• Paul (10/5): Huge apartment in excellent location - Location was excellent. Equidistant from both the Vatican and Colosseum. Piazza Navona was a 2 minute walk. Taxi and bus routes were directly outside and the tourist bus stops were less than 5-10 mins walk. Apartment was spotless in terms of cleanliness. It was incredibly spacious with very good size bedrooms and very generous kitchen. All in all a great stay, would highly recommend. There was nothing we disliked about the apartment. The only thing to note is the stairs. There's no lift so getting your luggage and shopping up and down is a bit of work. However... Saying that it's a very small price to pay for the space and comfort of the apartment. You spend most of your time out adventuring anyway.

Limpio, con aire acondicionado y suficientes elementos de cocina. No hay ascensor y subir a la cuarta planta por escaleras fue agotador.

• Andy (10/5): 4 new travelers will return - This was our first time to Rome so location was a big factor in where we stayed. The Penthouse Fiammetta a Piazza Navona was the prefect spot for our family. All of the sights we wanted to see were within a 30-45 minute walk.Space was a other contributing factor in deciding where to stay and have two bedrooms and two full bath along with a full kitchen and livingroom gave us pleanty of space to relax. Everyone mentions the stairs and yes after a long day of walking those stairs can seem unbearable. But in the grand scheme of thinga it is very minor.

• Andrina (9/5): Excellent location and spacious apartment - Great location. Most of the major sights are 19-15 minutes walk. Colosseum and Vatican were 25-30 minutes walk which was fine for us and our teenage kids. Spacious apartment with separate sleeping areas and two bathrooms which was handy. Had to walk up five flights of stairs with luggage, which was a bit tricky. We managed but could be an issue for some. Lighting in main bedroom wasn’t that great and the couches in the living area weren’t the most comfortable. Very minor issues and in no way ruined our stay.

• David (7/5): Nice stay, great location, a huke upstairs - Well insulated windows, keeps the cold out and the outdoor noise. The building was secure, safe & quiet. Spacious but not a luggage rack so suitcases have to just be in your room, which is not a big deal. Hot running water, cold water drinkable. Host responded quickly to messages and provided easy to follow check in/out instructions. Centrally located but gets loud at night, unable to open windows. No kitchen towels, only provided 2 paper towels. No coffee maker. A little unprepared for the stairs, so plan to carry luggage. Crib wasn't on site for our arrival, but did come quickly. Sofas not that comfortable, especially for kids.

The check in online was a total pain, slow, not explained well, poor website, annoying
• Lacramioara (9/5): weekend with friends - Location, view. Piazza Navona is around the corner, there are lots of restaurants and shops around. The living area, one of the bedrooms (with the independent bathroom, across living) and kitchen are comfortable, the second bedroom, the one with the ensuite bathroom is smaller and darker. The balcony accommodates only 2 people, not 4.

• Ramya (8/5): We enjoyed our stay. - The apartment is well maintained and modern. We had a comfortable stay and location was convenient. It’s on the 4th floor, we were exhausted hauling our luggage as there is no elevator.
• Patricia (4/5): Won’t be back - location and close to taxi stand 82 steps to apartment so obviously terrible for young families or elderly! Apartment overrun with red ants and when I asked about spray to kill them I was told I could buy some. Even then, red ants everywhere!!! Terrible!!! And be prepared that the electrical might go out if you have too many things plugged in then YOU have to walk down 82 steps to trip the switch.

• Asya (8/5): Very good - Great location just behind piazza Navona, walking distance to major attractions, very close to a bus stop. Clean a very quiet apartment, perfect to relax and have a good sleep. Wasn’t made clear that photo ID is required to check in. No coffee capsules. Some coffee would have been nice at least for the first morning. You have to start manually the heating every time as it was set-up to summer mode, which is not very pleasant in December.

• Sooyoung (7/5): Pent house with great location. - Location is great. It is just around the corner of the Piazza Navona. Also you can find taxi's and buses easily at Piazza Fiammetta. A/C works well which was essential in the hot summer days in Rome. Staffs are very friendly with full of informations and guidelines to the house. There is no elevator so after the whole day trip it was uneasy to go up to the house. Especially when you are with parents, they can be hindered by many stairs.

• Florian (9/5): Great place to stay! - The appartement is ideally located near t Piazza Navona and we've been able to do everything we wanted just by walking. The bedrooms are really nice, with a cute view from the balcony of the main one. Privacy is excellent: the building in front of the apartment is slightly lower and from the windows we only see nice carvings and a roof. The interactions with the guests have been efficient and really courteous : )
