• Adac (6/5): - La verdad es que es un sitio bastante céntrico. La limpieza, no sé si fue casualidad. Peor encontramos... 1. Comida de bajado de las camas y cigarrillos. 2. La manta con cuál me arropé estaba. Sucias...no eran manchas solamente...era algo orgánico... Sangre? Heces? No sabemos pero estaba llenas. También es verdad que llamamos y nos cambiaron las sábanas al poco tiempo....nos refirieron que fue un problema de la empresa de lavado...pero ...los de limpieza del local no lo vieron? No era una mancha eran muchas

• Ana Isabel (1/5): Nefasto, por un supuesto error de logistica, al llegar estaba todo sucio de los anteriores huéspedes - Nada, al llegar estaba todo sucio de los anteriores huéspedes. Estaba sucio y todo sin hacer de los anteriores huéspedes. Llamamos y nos dijeron que había habido un problema de logística. Pedí que se me devolviera el dinero. 5 sin ascensor. Una zona muy chunga.

• Inza (8/5): Buenas ubicación. - La ubicación, está muy cerca del centro. El edificio, es muy viej hay que subir muchas escaleras para llegar a la puerta del 2⁰ piso, son como el doble.
• Fabregat Adsuara (1/5): VERGONZOSO - El olor La zona era muy mala había ocupas delante, la limpieza del piso dejaba mucho que desear había cigarros y colillas ; si vas en invierno la calefacción se apagaba sola y no se puede encender, no tiene ascensor y el termo gotea
• Cristian (8/5): Estancia muy buena! - Ubicación muy buena por ser céntrica, la zona por la noche puede impresionar algo, pero no parecía insegura. Piso pequeño pero más que suficiente para 4 personas. Con todo lo que necesitas. Pudimos descargar en la puerta y luego fuimos a buscar aparcamiento para el coche. La zona por la noche puede impresionar un poco por la gente con la que te encuentras, pero en general ningún inconveniente. Algunos útiles de cocina estaban sucios, pero los limpiamos antes de usarlos y listo.
• FERNANDO (7/5): - Estaba limpio, aunque tenía unos charcos de agua en el salón, que al recoger no volvieron a aparecer ( posiblemente fueran de fregar el suelo) El barrio donde está, había cierta inseguridad. El edificio es muy viejo y no está acondicionado, aunque el apartamento está totalmente reformado y demás, el resto no reformado desmerece
• Echevarria (7/5): Emplacement et propreté super, chauffage moyen... - Le calme, la propreté de l'appartement et l'entrée en autonomie Le fait que tout soit connecté que très clairement le chauffage se coupe tout seul dans la nuit, nous réveillant glacés et impossible de le rallumer. Ça c'est pas sympa du tout !

• Irenerm (6/5): - Está limpio, las camas cómodas y la ropa de cama bien. El agua sale bien de regulación caliente y fría. Tiene horno, microondas y lavavajillas. Muy centrico. Sartenes viejas y maltrechas. No hay unos mínimos como sal, azúcar, bolsas de basura o trapos de cocina. No hay tostador La cafetera es de cápsulas y no dejan cápsulas, ni hay una cafetera italiana para hacer café . El secador de pelo no tiene fuerza, sopla aire.

• mendoza nuñez (1/5): UNA ESTANCIA MUY DESAGRADABLE, PARA NO VOLVER NUNCA MAS. - Para ser sinceros NO ME GUSTÓ NADA DE NADA, TODO MUY MAL DURANTE ESTA ESTANCIA. La ubicación, malísima la peor zona de Zaragoza, el anuncio no cumple con lo que me he encontrado al llegar, entrada muy sucia, escaleras viejas y desgastadas patios asquerosos lllenos de mierda, hablando mal y sobre todo que el apartamento es una planta 2º- 1ª y en realidad es un quinto piso, ya que tiene dos plantas principal y dos plantas primeras y al quinto piso esta la planta segunda, una tortura para subir las escaleras y más subiendo con maletas una verdadera tortura subiendo por unas escaleras que dan asco. Siguiendo don el mismo tema no me gustó, nada pero si puedo decir que las sábanas estaban manchadasm algo tan higiénico como unas sabanas donde vas a dormir y las encuentras manchadas tengo fotos para demostrar todo lo que digo, igualmente el aire acondicionado no funciona solo ventilación y sale aire caliente, con lo que hemos pasado calor, el armario de la habitacion principal con llave y tienes que tener la ropa en unas perchas en un colgador, el mueble de la TV. tmanchado con marcas de cigarrillos, la zona de ducha en medio de la pared sobresale un cable eléctrico, con peligro por ser una zona húmeda, la habitación de los niños esta golpeada con dos agujeros en la pared y las paredes manchadas, en la cocina hay cubiertos de varias marcas y se nota de mucho uso, el trapo de la cocina para secado manchado de bolsas liquido lavavajillas y no sigo más porque no hay palabras de mi enfado en este apartamento, bien es verrdad que Booking, tenía que verificar también lo que alguila de sus propietarios pero bueno, entiendo que Booking no tiene culpa. En general el nombre - El Pilar como tu casa - pura mentira, en comparación mi casa gracias a Dios, no tiene nada que ver con este apartamento, muy desagradable mi estancia, no la recomiendo a nadie, si solo es un poco exigente.

• Maria - Choquita (8/5): - La ubicación. La.cama de matrimonio muy cómoda. La amabilidad de la persona que gestionaba el apartamento. No había pancha y rápidamente se ofrecieron a traer una nueva. A la persona que durmió en el sofá le resultó bastante incómodo Las personas que durmieron en la habitación de 2 camas, se quejaron de que las sábanas olían a humedad.

• Adrian (7/5): Slightly above average - Very comfortable beds, washing machine, very good location, quite spacious for 3 people. Broken blinds in one bedroom, broken backs of chairs, the cloth storage boxes were dirty, a musty smell in the flat. Some pictures were stacked on the side, not hung up - the place felt a bit neglected. The apartment is described as being on the ‘second’ floor, but is actually a lot higher than that. Many visitors have commented about this. It should be clearly communicated by the owner to all future guests where the apartment is situated. It also describes there being free on-street parking, but the streets were always parked up and we were not staying during peak season. Parking is extremely expensive in Zaragoza (14-20 euros a day)

• Emilia (7/5): Not perfectly clean, bugs - Good location from old town, but a bit far from the train station. Washing machine was good. The apartment was a bit dirty: there were dead bugs here and there. I got two bite marks during one night so there might have been some bugs there which felt uncomfortable. The light in the bathroom was too bright and blueish. The apartment was small.

• Christiane (8/5): Very good - We enjoyed watching the parade which runs through the street on Palm Sunday evening. Apartment has everything you need and the location is walking distance to the main attractions. Secure parking available. There were 62 steps to get up for six flights of steps, 10 per flight. Steps are around 5 to 10 cm high. We were lucky we arrived before the parade began otherwise would have been difficult to get access to apartment. Something to bear in mind if you're traveling around Palm Sunday. Parking was a few minutes walk away but in a secure location.

• Eszter (5/5): Not for big families - The apartment generally was nice and well equipped. Supposed to be on the 2nd floor but you have to go up 6 levels on the stairs. We were with 4 kids and a lot of heavy bags, wasn't comfortable... Just like the apartment for a family of 6... There was a double bed in one of the rooms, a sofa in the living room that we couldn't open and a single bed on a narrow room that we could open (but it hits the wall).The AC in the living room didn't work. There is a washing machine but no place to tend the clothes. (There is only a pair of rope opening the kitchen window but it's very dirty and your clothes can fall down.) The parking place is not close (400 m). The streets are very narrow, the parking place (garage) too, very difficult with a bigger car like ours. The street/area was a bit strange... didn't feel so comfortable with it... kids (like 5-8 years old) running and playing outside alone at midnight... The street smells bad (urine).

• Fern (7/5): Very nice place for reasonable price if you know what to expect - Helpful communication. Very good value for price. Clean nice apartment. All worked out great once we figured everything out. Up 6 flights. Needed clearer instructions on identifying apartment and accessong key. 2nd bedroom very small with trundle bed filling space wall to wall when open. Had trouble finding parking spot a few blocks away but got good help over the phone. Very narrow street made it hard to unload luggage.
• Andrew (8/5): Great location but some frustrations! I think we were an outlier though. The staff was very helpful! - The location was great and the place was very clean. The wself check in was difficult since the instructions said it was on the 2nd floor but was actually up 6 levels/flights of stairs. Parking was about a 7 minute walk towards the center of town, so if you ask for the parking spot, know that there really isn’t a good spot to park on the street in front of the apartment to drop things off. You may be carrying everything from the parking garage. That was difficult with 4 kids, suitcases, baby crib, and a stroller. Also, the WIFI wouldn’t work for us no matter what we did.
• Maria (9/5): Overall very comfortable and enjoyable. Good bakery and cafes nearby - Modern bright and clean. Comfy beds. Useful to have the parming space in the next street. Hanging space or hooks would be useful in the smaller bedroom as would mirrors in bith bedrooms. An additional small towel per person and a hairdryer would also be welcome. The street itself was a little scruffy with rubbish and can feel a little unsafe later on.
• Michael (9/5): Peaceful stay in the heart of Saragossa. - The apartment is well maintained and does not show (yet) signs of frequent occupation by careless travelers. It is well suited for 2-4 people, we wouldn't recommend to stay there with 6 persons, though technically possible. It is situated in a fairly quiet street, which especially in summer should be of a big advantage, given the noise level usually experienced in locations closer to the center. Still, most places of interest in the city are in walking distance. The availability of an underground parking some 100 m away is a big plus, but getting anything bigger than a Golf-sized car into its parking slot might become a challenge! Communication (in English) with the owner was excellent, and small problems were quickly solved Access to the building is always via an app on the mobile phone. Thus, it is recommended to save the link on at least two phones, in case you find yourself in front of the door without your mobile phone (forgotten, lost, stolen). There would be no way to enter the building (unless another tenant opens the door for you!).
• Heesoo (10/5): Exceptional - Quiet but close to the town centre, nice size smart tv for entertainment, a free parking space for a small car! We only stayed for a night but if I visit zaragoza again for a longer period of time, I would definitely stay here since the kitchen is equipped with everything and supermarkets are very near. Also the host was very kind! None that I did not like about this property. No lift (escalator) but we carried our luggage without any problem.
