• Juliana (9/5): Perfeito! Ótima estadia em Sevilha. - A localização. A 10 minutos a pé das setas de Sevilha, numa zona bastante movimentada e segura. Apesar da zona ter bares, de noite não ouvimos qualquer tipo de barulho e conseguimos descansar tranquilamente. De manhã tem uma padaria mesmo perto do alojamento, o que foi ótimo para tomar o pequeno-almoco. Tudo bastante limpo e cheiroso! Recomendo muito. O sofá-cama podia ser um pouco mais confortável. A cama do quarto era incrível!

L'appartement était très propre à notre arrivée c'était agréable La literie n'est folle, nous n'avons pas bien dormi et surtout l'isolation phonique de l'appartement est mauvaise donc c'est très bruyant.

• Yuliya (5/5): - Great location in a lively and fun neighborhood with many places around. The apartment is well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment is on the ground floor, which makes it very dark inside. The floor was cold. The windows cannot be opened due to privacy concerns. There are cameras inside the apartment, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. The terrace feels like it’s at the bottom of a well and is not really usable, especially in rainy weather.

Comodidade, conforto Me sentir um pouco incomodado com as câmeras acredito que os donos da casa deveriam colocar uma funda ou o que seja para guardá-las eu me sentir vigiado isso não foi NADA LEGAL .. outro ponto foi o chuveiro 🚿 não estava esquentando a água muito bem e muitas vezes que eu tomei banho a água ficava literalmente FRIA me dava um coragem los demás estavam tudo bem
• Raul (8/5): Muy bueno para gente joven - La ubicación es perfecta Es un poco incómodo para viajar con niños pequeños, la única manera de que entre luz en el comedor es abrir una ventana que da al patio de comunidad, donde los vecinos pueden verte desde fuera. El sofá cama no es muy cómodo.
• Andre (9/5): - Appartamento carino e pulito, sono stati molto gentili a lasciarci le cialde di caffè, latte e zucchero, sicuramente utili appena svegli. Non ho usufruito della cucina ma credo abbia tutto il necessario. Un punto negativo, almeno per quanto mi riguarda, è che non c'è molta luce da fuori ed in più si fa fatica a trovare parcheggio, nonostante l'host abbia dato indicazioni per vari parcheggi.

• Jennifer (9/5): Good location in a friendly, walkable neighbourhood, - The apartment is right off a very social neighbourhood square, close to many bars and restaurants, and bus and taxi pick-up area. Our host, Mary, was most helpful in locating my phone which I left in a taxi which enabled us to collect it and continue our holiday. We can’t thank her enough for her consideration for our situation and her concern for her guests.

• Ingrid (8/5): Wil je een rustig verblijf in het centrum dan is dit een aanrader!! - Geweldige locatie in het centrum. In het gelijkvloers appartement was het zeer rustig wat dan ook zeer aangenaam was. Leuke patio.

• Iain (9/5): Great stay - we would definitly use this place again. - The location could not have been better. Its in the middle of a really cool and lively area called Alamedas de Hercules where friends and families gather in terraces and restaurants. It's a great buzz and atmosphere, but, once inside the door of the building you can't hear a thing from outside. So, it was perfect. We found it to be an excellent location for everything. Its not the historic centre therefore we did a bit of walking, but this zone gave us a glimpse of the real seville and we saw so much of the city.
• Jennie (10/5): A lovely, local place from which to explore Seville. - It was within walking distance of most attractions in Seville (if you don’t mind walking). Buses are close by & regular, too. Lots of cafes & bars. It would have been good to have an air conditioner in the bedroom. In 41 degree heat, we slept in the lounge room with the air conditioner on.

• Thomas (10/5): Es war für uns eine tolle Woche und wir würden zu jeder Zeit die Wohnung wieder buchen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin - Die zentrale Lage ist bestechend, eine sehr ruhige Wohnung die komplett ausgestattet ist. Sie ist sehr komfortabel und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Vor allem auch die Matratze im Bett war sehr bequem, hatte für uns die richtige Härte. Da gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.
• Agnieszka (9/5): - Das Apartment ist mitten in einer Gegend mit Bars und Restaurant, die Lage ist sehr gut. Trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig, da es im Innenhof liegt. Wir waren zwei Nächte zu viert dort und das hat gepasst, für längeren Aufenthalt würde ich es eher zwei Personen empfehlen.

• Sander (7/5): Not great location to be honest….And missing a relaxed Seville vibe - Because you have a whole appartment you can leave your stuff everywhere. Fully equiped appartament. Very good airco (but only in the living room). A very friendly and helpful hostes 30 min walk from the main city center…really too far… Appartament is on the 1st floor without any view or functional window…quite claustrophobic. Uncomfortable bed (like a stone). There is a simple ventilator in the bedroom. Patio is very small and closed by only walls. Appartament is located in nightlife location so lots of drunk and loud people at night. Not the best area for staying with kids.

It was also clean, well ventilated considering how hot it can reach! The host was always on hand to assist us with any questions or concerns, they were very accommodating. I’d solidly recommend anyone wanting to experience REAL Seville (where barely anyone speaks English), this is the place to get away from the majority of the typically commercialised areas. N/A.

• Alan (9/5): We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. Lovely apartment and good value - It was modern, spacious and very clean. The location was good too, close to lots of restaurants and bars. Giovanna met us at the property and was extremely helpful. Communication was great between myself and Mary/Giovanna. There was noise at night with other people coming and going from their apartments. However, this cannot be helped I guess in a multi apartment building.
• Jessica (9/5): Lovely little flat in the heart of the best area! - First of all let me say the location is excellent!!! Right in the middle of the bars and restaurant where you really get a feel for Andalusian culture. That being said, once you entered the apartment it is so quiet and peaceful you’d have joined a party was going on outside the door. In addition,the flat is well maintained; it is so clean. Hot water takes a long time to come on. Also, the flat doesn’t get any sunlight because of the way it is positioned in the holding so the pictures are a bit misleading!

• Mai (9/5): Superb - - Very central, with a lot of opportunities to eat or drink nearby, to the touristic places you need to walk around 20-30 minutes (cathedral, alcazar, placa de espanha) -We were super lucky and have found a parking directly in the street of calle mata, where you don‘t need to pay -super friendly owner -Flat was rather humid and air quality is not so good, towels don‘t dry so easily
• Alex (9/5): A lovely apartment in a good location reasonably priced. - The patio was a bonus, well equipped. Nice to be met with someone who gave lists of local advice and booking a taxi for us on leaving, Brief guidelines on dials of microwave, operating the shower, how to operate the extractor fan, and where to put the rubbish would have been useful. But this did not spoil the enjoyment of our stay and we worked it out in time.

The information book provided by Mary was really useful - it could just do with an additional line to cover where to take rubbish.
• Sofia (10/5): Great apartment in Sevilla center - Nice apartment with all comforts to stay in the main bar/restaurant area of Sevilla. Mary was also very sweet and made sure we have a pleasant stay. Even though it's next to lots of bars, the apartment is soundproof.
• Anandika (9/5): Lovely apartment and lovely host - Lovely apartment with all the facilities. Host was lovely and we communicated through what’s app. About 15 minutes walking distance to the city centre.
• Kefu (9/5): Super clean and cozy apartment, heartful host - The apartment was super clean and cozy, well-equipped with all the amenities required for short term living - the mobile heaters were very useful since it was a chill during our stay, the TV was installed with video apps: Youtube, Netflix etc. The host was very heartful and responsive to the message. There was a file in the room prepared by the host provides a great orientation to guest for the accommodation and recommendation of restaurants, activities, one day trip to nearby etc. - very helpful. The apartment is located in the north side of old town, very convenient to get food and groceries. There were various options of Tapas bars and restaurants open until mid-night, and also Carrefour express and vegetable market. The top touristic attractions: Cathedral of Sevilla, Royal Alcazar of Seville., are in walking distance of 20-30 mins, not super close, but we enjoyed walking through the old city to discover interesting shops. In general, we have enjoyed the stay in the apartment and Sevilla, would definitely recommend and stay again. Parking was a problem - probably like in every old town in Europe. The said free parking is on the nearby road C.Torneo, which is a busy main road of 6 lanes with a narrow parking lane on each side. It was difficult to park in the intensive traffic and always fully parked along several kilo-meters. We spent more than one hour and could not find one available parking lot. Finally there was one space but with a man standing on it and trying to 'sell' it for some money. At the end, we gave up parking in the old town, and parked the car at ALDI in an industrial area on the other side of the city, we used Uber during our stay in Sevilla.

• Michael (10/5): It would be very hard indeed to beat this lovely little apartment. - This is a self-catering property, there are several mini-supermarkets nearby and a great many bars and restaurants as well. Mary provides a great booklet with recommendations in both the local area and further afield. Very difficult to find anything. We only had to ask Mary one thing 'where do we take the garbage to, at the end of the stay". An addendum to her excellent booklet would help with that.

• Anne (9/5): We enjoyed out stay and will be back when it is less hot! - The host Mary was very responsive and check in was super easy with someone meeting us and showing us around. The flat had everything we needed including a kitchen with all cooking utensils and a fridge/ freezer- important for ice cubes and drinks. Although the flat is small we had enough space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers and the sofa was comfy. Air con and fan in bedroom both worked very well and the flat did not get too hot despite the heat wave. We especially appreciated being able to leave our luggage and checking out late, so we did not have to travel in the hottest hours, thank you so much Mary! The flat is quiet and we enjoyed the lively neighbourhood at night. It's about 20min walk to the Giralda and shops and a market a close by. Due to the extreme heat in August we did not get to use the patio. To encourage more travellers to recycle, information about what and how to recycle would be great (Mary provided this immediately when we asked)
• Koeun (9/5): Great! - a little bit distance from center of seville but it was not too far to get there by walking. so it was not only quite but also easy to go attractions kind of Catedral or Espana square. and Mary was so kind, she took care of me and excuse my circumstances. it is well organized with machines like washing machine and refrigerator. it was ground floor, so i can not open the window for all day. but it was not problem for me. but who are wanting to stay here, it’s better to know that before coming here.

Also, there are lots of good restaurants and cute cafes nearby. The entire apartment is so modern and clean. I really enjoyed my stay. The hostess Mary is very responsive and kind. On top of this the sound insulation of the building is great and there was no noise at all! The apartment has a really nice inner terrace, perfect to relax. Highly recommended.

Thank you very much. The flat is a little bit darker than expected. We love to rent flat so we don't have to eat at the restaurant every day ( maybe we are an exception!) so it would be cool to have basic ingredients such as salt, pepper or oil 😉

I am delighted with the apartment. above all, great location. apartment clean and tidy equipped with the most necessary appliances. comfortable bed . Although the apartment is next to pubs and a square with a lot of traffic, the apartment is quiet and pleasant. for this wonderful mezzanine!! For sure if I am in Seville I will want to come back here again.
