• Aydin (9/5): - Die Wohnung war sauber außer einige kleine Verschleiß die Boden und Bad aber sonst soweit Parkmöglichkeit vor Ort sehr schlecht Bitte vorab prüfen und organisieren Um in die Stadt zu gelangen sind es nur mit der Bahn drei Haltestellen sehr gut gelegen gut zu empfehlen Keine Parkmöglichkeit

• Khaliliya (10/5): - היינו משפחה עם חמשה נפשות, המקום מרווח וענקי נקי ומסודר ומאובזר טוב מאוד, המיקום שלו מרכזי לכל האטרקציות במרכז מילאנו, הכל בהליכה, אפשר לחוש ולנשום את מילאנו בכל שעות היום והלילה. קצת התקשינו בשיק אין, הואיל והכל היה דרך הואטס אפ, הייתי מעדיף אם היתה אפשרות לתקשורת יותר אישית, למזלנו הסתדרנו בשלושה הלילות בהן שהינו שם, אבל אם היינן צריכים משהו, יש רק ואטסאפ וזה לא תמיד יעיל ישיר וזמין.

• Mazin (8/5): - Great location The apartment was clean and great space Building lock system was not working on arrival Cleaning instructions have to be reviewed ( we are supposed to take out the trash before check out but there were no garbage bags available for us to do that and they still insist that we take it out until i told them that it cant be done )

Host doesn't care. - Location is good Massive daily and onoing construction in neighboring apartments starting early in the morning which made our apartment literally shake. Most probably those apartments are also operated by the company managing the apartment we rented! On top of that, the rain shower head in the bathroom was installed wrongly so it could not be used. And the regular shower head would also not stay in position so you must hold it in your hands while showering. Definitely not worth the money!
• Mark (8/5): Roomy apartment in a great location. - Location location location is superb and it’s a large 3 room 2 bathroom apartment. Quiet area but very close to Duomo Window shutters are good. 2nd bathroom is a little tired but if you don’t need it the main bathroom is excellent and large.

• Rahul (9/5): Superb - The location was perfect, very close to the Duomo and the metro station. Even the bus stop and tram stops are at a wall of a few minutes each. The service team is responsive and very helpful. I appreciate how they were very accommodating for our requests.
• Cristina (10/5): I will definitely come back to stay in this lovely property when coming to Milan again, the photos and location shown is - The location is very good, the apartment itself is in good condition and the property looks very nice and clean. For security, I suggest the main door of property should have fixed a chain lock or a barrel bolt as means of additional security, only one single key lock is not enough.

You can boil yourself if you want to + Baby cot + Kitchen was pretty good equipped + Warm apartment + Good wi-fi + Good for families with kids - A lot of exaggerated rules all over the place (like don't wait in the hallway or keep your phones at a low volume) - High fees: 150e for a set of lost keys (this is exaggerated for sure) and 50e if somehow you don't sort the waste well - Broken windows crack in one room - A lot of dust near furniture - Baby cot was king of broken / bad condition - The paint on the walls were bad - Bad smell in half of the appartment
• Tracey (8/5): Great for a short stay - Location was fantastic just a short stroll to the duomo cathedral and shops. Apartment is spacious and beds were comfy. Loved this apartment. Need to provide bigger cups for tea they just had expresso cups. Lots of rules including no music, talk quietly but this would be that the floors must be thin as heard conversations from neighbours upstairs. no clear instructions on where the recycling bins are. A bit of a smell from the en-suite.
• Chin (7/5): Needs a service man - Location. 2 big bedrooms with double beds The toilet seat was moving, the shower drain did not empty, the hand basin did not empty and the toilet was blocked, nearly over filled. I had to plunge it. There was no hot water in one bathroom. The kettle was not working. The remote for the air conditioner :heater didn’t work - flat battery.

• Katrine (2/5): The appartment had a strong smell of sewer. Not a pleasent stay. - The location was ok. Close to the main street. It was easy to acccess the appartment and the customer service replied to my emails without delay. The rooms looked clean. There was a strong smell of sewer in the appartment. It was obvious that it was not a new issue as there were many empty air fresheners in every room.
• Lujain (6/5): Pleasant - Location , safety , elevator , had dishwasher , quite , good location near good stores. Small apartment, wood floors make noise when you walk on it , kitchen dirty , and no coffee cups , difficult to access because of street closures, far from Duomo .

• Mona (8/5): Great location for vacation stay in Milano - Great location. We booked the entire floor with 5 bedrooms. The flat was clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. The original entry possession was terrible. We almost did not get into a flat because we did not have three of the ppls pass port information( they had not arrived with us and were arriving late or the next day. It took us over an hour and a half to argue over text with...who ever.. it was that cheated with us. It was very frustrating when you traveled a long way and paid in full the rent price. We had to share towels when showering as we did not have enough for all 7 of us??
