• Jörg Ahrens (5/5): Abgelegt und Sanierungsstau. - Lage sehr zentral und gute ÖPNV Freundliche Übergabe Wohnung hat deutlichen Sanierungsbedarf. TERASSE: Stühle ohne Auflagen, Tisch unter 3 Tischdecken rostig, bei Regen lässt Markiese Wasser durch. Altes Laub auf den Kübeln. KÜCHE: Herd mit Kabelbindern notdürftig repariert, Kühltruhe nicht angeschlossen und als Küchenschrank verwendet. 1 Weinglas vorhanden, Max. 3 gleichartige Gläser, Plastikbecher. BAD: Dusche undicht zum Fussboden, Schimmel in den Fugen. WOHNRAUM: Musik/Radio ein CD Player. CDs, DVDs und sogar VHS Kassetten vorhanden. Haben Mini Bluetoothspeaker benutzt....Retro??? ALLGEMEINZUSTAND: Abgelebt, blätterte Farbe an Türzargen und Fenstern, Balkontür klemmt. Zusammengefasst: Für alles zusammen 262€ Pro Nacht auch für Mailand nicht tollerabel. Es wurde anscheinend über Jahre Geld damit verdient ohne zu Investieren. Bilder anbei ( gehen nur 4 Bilder....😬)

• Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - Mila and Andrea were amazing hosts! They were friendly, communicative, helpful and they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They were even willing to allow us some leeway to leave our luggage in the apartment a little later to help us out since we really only had a few hours on the morning of our departure to see some of the amazing sites in Milan. We would absolutely recommend this place to travellers! Thank-you for your kindness. Nothing!

• Gemma (10/5): Perfect. 100% recommended 😉👍🏻 - The Apartment is really nice and comfortable. Well located, near Dante Metro station, and about 15/20 minutes walk from The Duomo. The owners are super friendly and helpful. Definitely, the next time we’re in Milan, we’ll be back! Grazie Mila e Andrea, piacere! Coffee machine doesn’t work very well, and one the beds is a little bit uncomfortable, because the mattress is very hard. But both of these things, are easily resolvable

• Ayako (9/5): Superb - The location is in the nice residence area and is convenient to the city center by bus or subway. The host is a wonderful couple and they are kind and helpful.

• Grazia (10/5): Exceptional - This is a great flat: was really clean and incredibly close to the city centre! The terrace was probably my favourite bit: so charming with lots of greenery! :) The area is very quiet and has everything that you need around, so that is perfect! The owners were very lovely and understanding and communicated amazingly all the details of our stay and how to get our keys etc. A great flat in a fascinating area and the best hosts made for a wonderful experience! Everything was perfect!
