• Madison (2/5): I would not stay here or recommend to anyone that I like - Comfortable bed, air conditioning, close to the Trevi fountain and restaurants at the door step but they’re all tourist traps. Small kitchen (sink and fridge kettle etc) good sized bathroom. There’s no reception so you can’t speak to staff directly, difficult to contact them and they ignore you when it’s convenient. We were not told a check in time and when I arrived the apartment was obviously not accessible the cleaner told us we could leave our bags so we did then we were locked out for the next 3 hours without our belongings as the staff wouldn’t allow early check in. We were told they’d fix our access but they just ignored us for three hours until 3pm check in while we sat on a stair case waiting for “access to be fixed”. We then weren’t sent our access code until 30mins post check in time. We were told after they spent three hours “fixing our access” that they “have to follow procedure” and that check in is 3pm. There was mould in the shower. The walls are paper thin so you hear everything the neighbours say and do. Every time they bump the wall they wake you up everytime they open their doors or windows again woken up. Our neighbours staying in the other apartment were smoking in the “non smoking” apartments we contacted the company and again difficult to contact so we got to smell that ALL night long our room filled with cigarette smoke because of the shared space outside our doors. They told us they would message them regarding this but it never stopped. Pretty pathetic as I’m pregnant and don’t really want to sleep in cigarette smoke when I paid for a non smoking room. When we left the apartment we were messaged asking if we were checking out early to let them know to speed up the process for the next guest, not that it matters when they won’t let you in before 3pm anyway. While the close proximity to Trevi fountain is a positive the fact that it is so close and restaurants at the door step means a very busy street, often you open your door and there are hundreds of people and it’s difficult to move around. For some reason the hot water would not work at 12pm during the day which lasted hours so no shower.

• Michal Zelny (9/5): - Mali sme problem pri eletronickom otvárani dverí pred samotným nástupom , ktoré bolo nerealizovateľné kvoli slabému mobilnemu internetu v našich telefonoch . Ubytujúci nám v tompto pomohol sa dostat do ubytovania nadialku , po nainštalovani WIFI už bežala aplikácia pre otváranie dverí bez problémov.
• CARLOS (7/5): Precioso, muy bien ubicado, pero... - Inmejorable ubicación y decorado con mucho estilo El colchón es malísimo, demasiado blando. Van pasando las horas y el peso de tu cuerpo se va hacia el centro. A mitad de la noche las sábanas ya están tan desencajadas que dejan ver el colchón. Con uno más firme y sábanas más grandes se soluciona el problema.
• Rocio (10/5): Lo recomiendo mucho por la cercanía a muchos sitios de interés , para visitar la fontana a las 6 de la mañana sin gente - Está súper cerca de la fontana a 3 minutos andando y en todo el centro Que deberían de poner más papel higiénico y le faltaba un poco de limpieza encontré pelos en l cocina debajo de la cafetera y estaba pegajoso

• Erika Marlen (7/5): YCH var en helt ok plass, men neppe et jeg vil anbefale eller velge på nytt. - Leiligheten lå veldig sentralt! Kort vei til alle severdigheter og flotte spisesteder, matbutikker og veskebutikker. Vi leide plassen for en uke, og hadde nytt godt av å få rene håndduker ihvertfall et par ganger. Da vi spurte fikk vi beskjed om å vaske selv, men med lite tørkefasciliteter ble det med den ene gangen. For øvrig luktet det nokså vondt fra badet. Dessuten ble vi ilagt et stort gebyr på over €100 for å sjekke inn etter 11pm, selv om tilgangen til stedet var via digital nøkkel.

• Anna-Lena (6/5): - Läget på lägenheten är kanon! Går alldeles utmärkt att gå till de mesta sevädheterna i Rom. Hyresvärden var mycket hjälpsam. Vi upplever att vissa faciliteter som utlovas i bokningen saknas som typ diskmaskin, pentry (kokplatta, torktumlare). Luftkontionering fungerade så där bra. Tvättmaskin finns men hur ska tvätten torkas? Städningen har mer att önska.

• Arda (9/5): - The room was very good location around Trevi, which is a very touristic part of the city. If you want to walk around the city you should choose this apartement. If you want calmness, this room not for you because the area is very crowded

• Viviana Estela (9/5): centrico 2 cuadras de la fontana, lindo luminoso moderno completo pintoresco y comodo, - la zona es muy centrica a 2 cuadras de la fontana di trevi, es a la calle c/ dos ventanas luminosas que dan a los restaurantes, comodo lindo limpio completo moderno C/ ascensor. es un poco ruidoso ya que estas en la via que da a la fontana , para llegar con auto olvídate solo con taxi es calle empedrada y muy comercial ,es con codigos de ingreso si no tenes buena señal y buen celular se complica para ingresar!

• julie (5/5): - La situation géographique, le confort , l équipements et la propreté ainsi que ce calme malgré une rue très animée ... A notre arrivée nous avons eu des difficultés à ouvrir ces 3 portes ( une mauvaise connexion internet et la compréhension du fonctionnement)pour accéder à l appartement et mauvaise surprise le ménage n etait pas fait hors j avais eu la personne juste avant me confirmer notre heure d'arrivée, la femme de ménage est arrivée à 15h 20 mais à mis entre 1h 30 et 2h pour le nettoyage ça nous a fait perdre l après midi et la responsable m a dit qu elle me rembourse le ménage en dédommagement hors à ce jour rien n a été fait !! Je suis rentrée après une journée de visite et plus de batterie je ne pouvais donc pas ouvrir la porte de l appartement car c'est avec un lien internet seulement et derrière choses le dernier jour la personne qui apporte le linge propre et retire le linge sale est arrivé avant notre heure de départ à savoir 9h 45 nous n étions pas encore prêtes. Vraiment dommage car l appartement et l emplacement est exceptionnel !!!

Mas nada que atrapalhou nossos dias na acomodação .

Красивые апартаменты, очень удобные, есть все, что нужно В этом году поставили электронные замки, когда пропадал интернет войти было невозможно. Когда были ключи было удобнее. Выселение в 10, хотя по всей Италии путешествовали было в 11, а так же не было проблем если выезжали до 12. Заселение строго в 15, ни минутой раньше, хотя это правило, но опять же по опыту других объектов, не было проблем заселиться и в 14, если все готово

• The Wade's (10/5): A very convienent location to the Trevi fountain and all the wonders of Rome. A lively area of Rome - The location was amazing. Had an elavator up to our clean very large room. The keys and codes and wifi were combersome. The only place that wifi worked was just inside the room door.

• Matt Barnes (10/5): Butterfly flat near Trevi fountain - Loved that it was so close to a lot of things. Just a simple walk to Trevi fountain or the Pantheon. Little further to the Coloseum and the Forum, but easily walkable. Little busy (ie. noisy) at night for my wife, but not too bad.
• Kathryn (2/5): Wouldn’t stay here again. - Location Too hard to enter and that didn’t get any easier. Locking codes are way too long and usually take 2-3 goes to get it to unlock. No dishwasher, washing machine or kitchen products. A jar of coffee (clearly left by previous guests), but no sugar, no coffee pods for the machine and for 2 ppl staying 4 nights only 4 teabags, and 2 half used toilet rolls Air conditioner struggles to keep the room cool…it’s clearly old and who knows if filters have ever been cleaned. Hot water is barely more than lukewarm. Safe deposit box instructions so old and faded, can’t be read in the very dimly light area…so useless to say the least. Tv streaming is pointless when wifi can’t handle any streaming even on an iPad. Bed uncomfortable and pillows either too hard or too soft. When requested assistance to book a taxi to the station on check out, they said they couldn’t help. Room looks nice when first enter, but once settled in I could see just how dusty the room and bathroom is. Would never book with these guys again - no care factor from them whatsoever….my last stay in Florence checked in that we were happy regularly and helped with taxi bookings. Appalling premises and appalling hosts.

Best rumoerig vooral ‘s nachts door glascontainer oid die dagelijks geleegd wordt midden in de nacht en veegwagens.

• kathryn (7/5): Great for our 3 night stay but longer may have been difficult. Was annoyed about the tv and not compensated for not bei - Excellent location. Clean and comfortable bed. The owner let us enter early which was great due to arriving early. The lighting was terrible. The tv wasn’t functioning and when we informed the owner we were told that they had just found out but no attempt was made to rectify this during our stay. It’s great that there is a washing machine but no facilities to be able to dry your clothes after washing.

Floor under bed wasn’t cleaned and rubbish left under bed. No coffee pods provided for machine, I understand it is self catering but wasn’t aware of which pods to bring or buy so couldn’t use it. Apartment entry wasn’t ideal as had to make sure phones didn’t run out of battery in order to use the keyless entry via online link.

• Mariana (8/5): Nice as central location, but still a lot of things to improve - Mi-a placut ca este foarte aproape de fontana di trevi, de terase cat si ca este foarte spatios. De asemenea mi-a placut lumina ca este foarte buna avand in vedere lumina naturala redusa Although at first glance it seems like a chic apartment, the cleanliness and finishing touches still need improvement considering the amount they ask for per night. Also, the mattress was very uncomfortable. And the duvet was covered in 2 sheets, not in proper linen. I missed a large mirror where I could fully admire myself after getting dressed. And the bathroom sink is very low and splashes very loudly. At 5 in the morning when the garbage trucks come to load the garbage from the terraces, expect to hear bottles thrown for 15 minutes every morning, even if the windows are closed. The day I arrived I had to write to the host how to check in, he also got the room wrong, and I had to insist on the wifi password, and when I left I sent a message and didn't even receive a goodbye.

• Nadia (7/5): Comfortable, convenient - Spacious condo. Very modern, renovated and comfortable bedding / washroom. Full kitchen available Location good Kitchen not equipped with anything like salt / pepper/ even oil. Had cutlery and plates/bowls Was a bit hard to ask for any accommodations Got to place by noon - they let us drop our luggage but the cleaners hadn’t cleaned yet and the previous guests were filthy. Even after we got the place didn’t feel as clean - floors felt dirty and bedding was annoying - not put together properly Staff did not give us the room even 10 minutes earlier despite letting them know I’m pregnant and was fatigued from my travels from Canada. Check out is at 10am- way too early if you have a late flight - again they were not accommodating for late check out- had to remind them again I am pregnant and need at least until 11 . Finally came to an agreement that we can stay until cleaners came - to their surprised we left before anyways

• Natia (8/5): Great location, basic comfort is there. - Location was excellent, very close to Trevi fountain, the facility was fine especially for one person. Appreciated washing machine as I was in Italy on a longish stay. Communication with the agent was fine. On first day of stay electricity went off due to malfunction of the key, so I stayed without electricity, it was fixed next day, it was hard as there is no natural sunlight much in the room and bathroom. Then the bed had problems with legs and I was slipping down due to it ,it was also fixed next day. Also you have to sort and throw your own garbage but there is not where to sort this garbage, no specific containers and room is small to have those bags all around. It takes time to find the garbage bins in neighbourhood even though instructions are clear where to find them. Table and chair are plastic, pretty and stylish though not super comfortable, where to store clothes as well too basic so for long stay I did not really feel comfortable. Overall I felt deceived due to these malfunctions, as there was always something to fix and the hosts did not even think to reimburse back for the major discomfort, that 3 days out of 6 I had to run after these communications and not plan according to my sightseeing needs. Even symbolic gesture would have been nice, but I guess they are confident they can find customers so they did not care.
• Uma (2/5): This property is nothing like the description on the website spoilt a long planned Christmas in Rome - The location was excellent It is hard to know where to start No curtains on the window Heated towel rail does not heat Not very clean dark and dingy Washing machine is not in the room but in a cleaners cupboard outside in the corridor There is no dryer for laundry The heating system did not work at all on the first night that we were there The locking system is scary as it does not always work being stuck outside in cold weather One of the physical keys actual broke luckily not in the lock The room is very small and honestly cannot be called a suite We did not say too much during our stay as we needed the staff to be available to open the door I really believe we deserve a refund as what was a long saved for trip to Rome was an absolute nightmare

Cramped kitchen with no egg cups ,washing machine was good but in a very small untidy store room cupboard.I had my own detergent but it might be a nice touch to have included a couple of sachets of detergent.

Very dusty, bad for allergies. Moldy shower, hair from previous guest left in shower. Glassware dirty, utensils just thrown in bottom of cupboard. Maintenance: No light in laundry cupboard. Had to run water for 10 minutes before hot water came through. One tiny rubbish bin. Expected more for what was paid.

Very well isolated, even though you are in the center of Rome, you don’t hear anything. • James (10/5): Comfortable stay in a good location. - The location was great; within a few minutes walk of Trevi fountain and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shopping. Also, the apartment was clean and fairly well renovated. The bed was also a good size and comfortable. It was a bit of a challenge getting into the apartment (it felt a little like an escape room trying to unlock all of the doors and find the keys). But, it was fun and we were able to get it on our own. Also just a note that the washing machine and iron are shared with the other apartment next to you.
• Vanessa (8/5): Great overall - Good room. Renovated and modern. Great AC, room darkening curtains, water pressure, bed, fridge, and espresso maker. Right in the middle of restaurants and a walk away from the Trevi Fountain. Also walkable to the Colusseum and many other incredible buildings. For curly hair girls - there is a hairdryer with a diffuser! They made me pay the city tax on my credit card instead of cash so then I ended up having to pay more in bank fees. The floor was dirty and should have been washed.
• Chris (7/5): Great locations, apartment is amazing and spacious however it needs a very deep clean to bring the facility back into or - The location was great right near The Trevi Fountain and amazing restaurants My only downfall with the apartment would be that it was so dusty.. we turned the aircon on and underneath it was a wardrobe. It blew all the dust across the room and we couldn’t get rid of it even with all the windows open, we checked ontop of the wardrobe and there was thick layer of dust, leaded to a sore throat and sore eyes but I am allergic to dust so it couldn’t be fine for others

• Peter (9/5): HIGHLY RECOMMEND - INCREDIBLE LOCATION + AMAZING HOSTS - Location was incredible! The host was very accommodating. The space was big and more than what we needed. The bed was HUGE and the unit had all the essentials with plenty of towels. Incredible accommodation for an incredible price. This was an absolute steal. The place could be a little cleaner but the main areas were relatively clean. There was some dust on the shelves throughout but nothing crazy. We are just clean freaks. There was some leftover trash from the previous turnover and the bathroom could use a little deep clean but nothing to fuss over.
• Julie (9/5): The best place to stay in the heart of Rome. - The location is truly the best. We stayed for 6 nights and walked everywhere, to the Vatican, Colosseum, Campo de Fiori, Pantheon, Villa Borghese, you name it! The area around the apartment is right in the hustle and bustle of Rome’s centre and being able to escape to the air conditioned apt during the heat of the afternoons for a siesta suited our travel pace. Better to tour Rome early morning and evenings to avoid the heat and crowds and this place is great for that! It is a fabulous place, very spacious for my daughter and I. A few things like a dish towel, sponge, and dish soap were not there on arrival but I messaged the host and they were delivered within 48hrs. They could also use some hooks to hang up the shower towels but really this is a minor thing. The internet is fine so not sure why it receives a low rating for it.

• Birgit (8/5): Nice flat for a short stay at Rome but really busy area around. - Nice flat with small and useful kitchen, good bed, friendly and helpful stuff. Good walking distance to do a lot of sightseeing in the beautiful city of Rome. Personally we must say we chose the apartment without being aware the area next to Trevi Fountain being one of the most overcrowded areas of the inner city… in the end we didn’t like the large amount of people in front of the house, it was very noisy till the late evening because of the variety of restaurants in the street sharing also their taste of dinner with the whole area which made it uncomfortable to aerate the room properly. Unfortunately we found the apartment not very clean, had to wipe the floor (very dusty), throw away a bottle of one of our ancestors and do the dishes before using anything in the kitchen (visible remains of coffee/food). After that we felt well in the apartment that was really lovely.
• Gabriela (7/5): It was ok. - The key was in a little box outside the door, easy to get, and easy to open the doors. The code submitted worked perfectly and it was the same code to leave the key at the end of our stay. It worked perfectly. The location was excellent, however it was a little foo tar from the metro station, but walking distance to Trevi Fountain. I would suggest giving the guest a sponge and dish soap, it seemed to me that the utensils and coffee mugs were dirty and no soap to wash them. I did not use any of that because my impression was that they were dirty. I would strongly suggest to add a mirror somewhere outside the bathroom, so two people can get ready at the same time. There was an iron but no ironing board? we managed to iron on the bed. The washer is shared with the other bedroom and every time I opened it, it had wet clothes in it. I wasn't able to use the washer. It does not say that the washer is a shared one. The coffee maker did not work. properly, water spilled all over the counter.

• Danielle (9/5): Superb - The location was excellent, and the staff were very informative and easily contactable via whats app. The Apartment was modern and the bed very comfortable, with all amenities as expected. Lack of light in the room, we found it very dark and the lighting unatural.

• Armin (7/5): Good value for money at the time of our booking. - Location is the biggest advantage of this property. All tourist must visits and sees are walking distance from the property. Location is the biggest disadvantage of this property. If you want a good nights sleep be aware that due to its location there is a lot of foot traffic and hence noise. Even though the facilities are newly renovated, the windows are old and the renovation wasn't done with the highest standards in mind.
