L’eau qui déborde ! … car recueil des cheveux non nettoyés sous la plaque d’écoulement des eaux usées Douchette usagée et matériel défectueux Le manque de matériel pour la petite petite petite kitchenette ! Micro ondes à nettoyer intérieurement ! Un peu plus de nettoyage mettrait en valeur cet appartement ! … Le prix ne correspond pas à l’attente du client même si c’est pour une œuvre africaine !
• COLOMAR (8/5): Un bel endroit, un personnel accueillant mais cher pour ce que c’est…. - L’emplacement et le calme La douche étroite et à moitié cassée.
• ralf (7/5): Sehr gute Lage, Blick auf die Gracht, zweckmässige ökologisch orientierte Unterkunft, gutes Konzept. - Historisches Haus, sehr schön gelegen. Die Lage des Appartements ist sehr gut, nur zwei Metrostationen zur Centraal Station und somit leicht erreichbar mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Die Schlüsselübergabe in einem Schlüsselfach war unkompliziert, der Kontakt zum Ansprechpartner war tadellos. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Beschreibung des ecolicious concepts hat uns gefallen. Es gab Kaffeekaspeln und Teebeutel und Zucker, sowie Teller und Besteck für ein selbstgemachtes Frühstück. Die Einrichtung ist kreativ, große Fenster geben einen schönen Blick auf die Gracht. Das Appartement erschien auf den Bildern auf der Webseite größer als es tatsächlich war, es hat aber soweit gereicht. Die kleine Küchenecke war mit Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher ausgestattet und mit einer leider etwas schmutzigen Mikrowelle, die wir aber nicht brauchten. Zum Geschirrspülen war Spülmittel verfügbar, jedoch kein Spültuch. Geschirrspülen erfolgt am Waschbecken im Badezimmer.
• Lena (6/5): Gute Lage, jedoch auch einige Mängel - Die Aussicht und Lage ist ein riesiger Pluspunkt! Leider gibt es einige Mängel, die in der Anzeige nicht erwähnt werden bzw. falsch verstanden werden können. Zum Einen sind beide Fenster leicht undicht, sodass es Nachts durchaus kühl werden kann. Die Küchenzeile besteht lediglich aus einer Mikrowelle, etwas Besteck und einem Kühlschrank, sodass wir jede Mahlzeit (ausgenommen Frühstück) in der Stadt verbringen mussten. Im Bad zieht die Lüftung nicht gut, auch die Ablage in der Dusche hat starken Rost. Leider war schon bei unserer Ankunft der Boden an ein paar Stellen mit Haaren bedeckt.

• BTown Steve (10/5): We had a great trip - Great location within 1/2 hour walk of the station and the main tourist spots in central Amsterdam, plus a Metro stop within a few hundred yards. Nice, peaceful location. We didn't spend too much time at the property tbh - we were out enjoying the sights of the city. It was a bit small - fine for a few nights, but I couldn't live there for an extended period.

Hummmmm Owner of the property was abscent for any issue we faced. Basically nonavailable. BOOKING.COM sent a lock box code for the room key which was incorrect. It required several hours to get the correct code for entrance to the room. And the help of our taxi driver. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor in less than 5 mins.; causing a slippery hazzard. Landlord was unavailab.le for assistance. This room is not suitable for seniors.....or handicaped.

• Olivya (7/5): Amazing! - The location is absolutely perfect! The place is lovley, not noisy at all. The only thing I would say is that, if you are British then either take your own towels or buy one out there. The towels provided were like microfiber dusters and didn't dry you. There wasn't anywhere to dry the towels so they were wet for the whole stay which wasn't pleasant. And was very cold some mornings. Apart from those two things the place is excellent.

• Jeff (10/5): Amsterdam canal charm. - The canal side location is wonderful with easy, walking access all around the city. Hubert will pick you up and drop you off right at your door which is very nice. Overall it was a charming getaway in old Amsterdam. I highly recommend this little flat for those who enjoy the feeling of staying in a lovely flat - borrowed from a friend.
