• Lynette (9/5): I would stay again if I knew something would be done about straight away. - Very friendly staff at the restaurant We had some very noisy neighbours one night and rang reception and complained early in the night and again at 2am and nothing changed. Complained again at breakfast and then something was done.

• Madeline (1/5): I checked into this accomodation last night and to say I’m absolutely appalled at the state of it is - I checked into this accomodation last night and to say I’m absolutely appalled at the state of it is an understatement. The fridge is mouldy, the washing machine is full of hair, bed sheets are stained yellow, toaster is disgusting and there is dust and other particulars everywhere like this place has not been cleaned at all. It is horrifying to say the least. I chose this booking as it looked the cleanest and nicest place to stay, it was by far not the cheapest. However for the price I have paid and considering ‘luxury’ is in the name of the listing, I would expect at the bare minimum that it is clean and free of mould and hair from previous guests. I feel that I have paid top dollar for a luxury accomodation and have received a budget and unclean accomodation.

Loved the view from the balcony especially at night when City lights visible, reflecting on the water. Confusion regarding check out time. Also link sent via email, outlining contract, detaills of our responsibilities as Guests was deleted. We did as we always do prior to leaving a holiday rental, stripped beds & put all dirty towels in shower tray

Facilities of the accommodation are good, they meet the descriptions of a luxury accommodation. Opening the mail box for the keys was challenging particularly in the dark. Signage at the swimming pool should be big to avoid possible accidents when youths dive in shallow water of the swimming pool.

The host was helpful and quick to respond when we had a question. Having the restaurant downstairs was very convenient after long, busy days. It would have been helpful to have a bit of information eg about the closest supermarket, though google did help there! Also about the use of the coffee pod machine.

The special touches of having hair shampoo and conditioner, moisturizer, milk, tea and coffee, and washing powder/liquid was very good. Makes staying in the apartment very welcoming. knowing that if there were any issues you were only a phone call away. no concerns noted
• Fitzgerald (7/5): overall pretty good - but sometimes its the small things that count ! - Had to muck around for 15mins trying to get access to keys, not a pleasant start - the location for keys was very poorly lit so even when we finally got the code it was very hard to enter it into the little combination lock 2 of the 3 air conditioning controllers had flat batteries - this was a pain in the Butt Wanted to watch some local TV but TV wouldn't allow local Free to air channels
