• Mohd Syafiq (10/5): Overall value for money. - Location is great. Walking distance to kg baru , saloma brigde n klcc . Facilities is fair . Swimming pool is fair . Kids pool is small
• Maria (6/5): Convenient location - It’s cheap considering how close you are to the Petrona Twin Towers. There is three convenience stores downstairs which is handy. A coffee kiosk, cafe, hairdresser and nail salon. The apartment itself is interestingly decorated. Pool and gym facilities are good. The bathroom pipes smell really bad - they need to be looked at.
• Roginia (10/5): - I honestly had a 10/10 stay at Estellar Apartment—the place was so clean it felt brand new, which is always my top priority. The location is perfect since you’re right in the heart of KL and just a quick walk from the LRT and KLCC, making it super easy to get around. On top of that, the host was amazing and so helpful; they responded to my messages instantly and made the whole check-in process a breeze. I felt totally taken care of and would definitely book here again!

• Denson (2/5): Bad experience - Nothing Poor maintenance. Started off with confusing check-in, fan controller with missing buttons, spoilt toilet seat and main door knob. At night, aircon in the bedroom dripping water and wet the floor.

• Naz (1/5): Very tired property badly in need of an update. I would not recommend this place to anyone. - We didn't stay as the apartment was in such bad shape. Pick up of keys was easy enough but the property description was definitely poor. I would not have given a property rating of greater than 3 for the state it was in. The property was in a bad shape. The mattress was stained. The bathroom smelled bad. It is in a very bad state of disrepair. Mould in the bathroom including the item that was used to store the toothbrushes. It was in such a bad state, we left.

• Nousseima (2/5): Ma pire expérience en Malaisie ! - Assez d’espace Ok pour aller aux Petronas 40 minutes d’attente pour le check-in. La gérante arrive totalement relax en m’appelant « darling » et me demande de remplir un papier. Aucune excuse, c’est détestable! Pour le reste, c’est de pire en pire. La télé ne marche pas, le sèche-linge ne marche, la porte du meuble de douche est cassée et vous tombe sur le pied à son ouverture, la lampe de chevet est cassée. Sans parler de l’équipement de la « salle de sport » ou un seul tapis de course est en état de marche. La clim fait un bruit monstre et il y a beaucoup de fourmis. La salle de bain sent mauvais. Il n’y a pas de restos proches, vous êtes au milieu des grands axes routiers. Et pour finir en beauté j’ai attendu 15 jours pour obtenir ma facture après avoir relancé 10 fois, fatiguant. Aucune information n’est transmise, ni pour l’utilisation de la douche et le bouton doit être actionné, ni rien du tout. Il faut sans cesse lui adresser un message. Quand je lui ai dit que le sèche linge ne fonctionne pas elle m’a répondue « Oh! ». Bref, c’est femme se la joue friendly et n’est pas professionnelle, le logement n’est pas à la hauteur et je suis repartie avec mon linge tout mouillé.

• Eveliina (9/5): Superb - The space was wide and clean, and difference of other residences we stayed at in KL, the lifts were always available and we did not have to wait at all. The residence has 24/7 supermarket in the lobby area, as well as some cafes that work during the day time. If you are looking for a room that has a view of KL, especially to see the city during the night, this residence does not have one. It is behind another apartment building where I think you can actually see twin towers etc. We however prioritized more the comfortable stay near twin towers.

• Niwu (6/5): Pleasant - Well located. There are supermarkets and a cafe on the ground floor. The landlady uses WhatsApp for communication - very responsive. 1. As a group of friends, we needed accommodation with at least three beds. Despite the advertisement stating two double beds and a sofa bed, the reality fell short as the "sofabed" turned out to be merely a three-seater sofa, barely accommodating a person of 1.65 meters in height. 2. Unfortunately we don't speak Malay. The staff's english also wasn't great so we had some issues sorting out the situation with the 'sofabed': Upon arrival, our request for bedding for the "sofabed" was met with insistence from the staff that we pay extra. After explaining the distinction between "bedding" and a "bed," the staff sought guidance from their superior. Eventually, another staff member arrived with only two blankets (the colorful ones in the photo), lacking bedsheets and a proper duvet. Fortunately, one member of our group was flexible enough to make due with a blanket. However, due to the sofa's unsanitary condition - with dust and crumbs between the cushions - a bedsheet was essential. Despite reluctance from the staff, we eventually received a bedsheet and blankets to make the "sofabed" somewhat sleepable. 3. Holes were evident throughout the apartment, on the wall beside the air conditioner, on a duvet, and on the bathroom doorframe. 4. The duvets were spotted with stains. 5. Accessing the building required passing through an automated gate in front of the elevator lobby. However, we were provided with only one access card for four people, resulting in a cumbersome process of tapping in one or two individuals at a time, tapping out, and repeating until everyone gained entry.

There are shops down the bottom of the suites so you can get food and groceries, and beauty services. Also has a pool and gym which I didn't have time to try out. Toilet and bathroom a bit cramped but manageable.

• Amirreza (7/5): It was good but not brilliant. - Our host Melanie was a nice person. The location was great and close to almost everything. There were two super markets in the main floor, which we could buy whatever we needed. There was also a money exchange in the main floor just in case, but the rate was not good. I believe Melanie has not noticed that her previous guests basically ruined her kitchen Appliances. The pan and pot were a disaster, basically not usable. The tea cups were not cleaned and we washed them multiple times remove the stains and germs. The cabinet in the bedroom needs to be replaced, because somebody splashed water in it, and the wood was rotted.
