• Sara (10/5): Cómo estar en casa - Todo maravilloso, la localización, el patio, la casa… la playa cerca, el entorno muy tranquilo y bonito. Tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar y para estar como en casa. Nos recibieron con un desayuno de bienvenida y eso es un gran detalle. Ha sido como estar en casa

• Helena (8/5): Bien en general salvo la limpieza. - Nos gustó que era espacioso, el jardín particular, la buena calefacción y que tenía parking privado. La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. Pelusas y polvo por el suelo y restos de migas por la encimera y fregaplatos. Se lo comunicamos al dueño e incluso le mandamos vídeos y fotos como prueba. Pero nadie vino ni a limpiarlo ni a comprobarlo, lo tuvimos que limpiar nosotros.

• Michel (9/5): Apartamento recomendable sin dudarlo. - El sitio es fantástico, aunque está alejado del núcleo urbano y cerca de las playas de la Maruca y Virgen del Mar. El apartamento es muy agradable y acogedor, con todo lo necesario. Es moderno y cómodo y hasta tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos una botellita y uvas para pasar la Nochevieja!!! La cama y las almohadas son cómodas, tengo problemas de espalda y dormí bien. Lo tendré en cuenta cuando vuelva a Santander. No tengo quejas, estuvimos muy a gusto.

• Fernando (7/5): Tranquilo para dormir - Incluye productos de limpieza y ducha, el jardín , la tranquilidad, el baño ,el lavavajillas , la lavadora y la temperatura del apartamento en invierno muy agradable.También dispone de barbacoa. No dispone de horno, batidora,.. Las almohadas duras con mucho relleno, el sofá necesita ser limpiada la tapiceria. El lugar donde esta ubicado no dispone de aceras, es peligroso para pasear con niños porque pasan los coches muy rápido.

• Kevin (6/5): - Al ingresar notamos mucho olor a humedad, la cocina podría estar mejor equipada, y la tv de la habitación no funciona bien, ya tiene sus años, lo demás bien, estaba limpio todo, el jardín verde y el estacionamiento muy bien

• olga (10/5): Villa Santander - En si todo, estaba muy bien, era muy cómodo, el jardín que tiene es precioso lastima que por el mal tiempo no pudimos utilizarlo, la amabilidad de la dueña muy atenta en todo, el recibimiento que tuvimos, la tranquilidad que hay al estar apartado del centro cien por cien lo recomiendo Que teníamos que depender del coche para todo, y el apartamento en si estaba limpio pero encontré que la parte de la cocina no estaba al cien por cien limpia había restos de grasa en campana, accesorios de cocina mal fregados pero nada que no se pueda solucionar pusimos lavavajillas y punto

• Susan (8/5): Lovely apartment. - Facilities were good the bed was comfortable. Clean towels. Great shower. It is a beautiful apartment although noise due to neighbour's dogs barking. But as we went out each day not such a big problem. Bus stop we discovered right outside the apartment on the hour into Santander central about 20 mins. People were lovely and so helpful. Fruit and cake were left in the kitchen.nice touch. There's a little Cafe nearby ran by Chinese family they are lovely. Beach 800 metres from the apartment but a bit early in the season. A couple of things could be improved on. The settee needs freshening and the furry throws on the settee (bed settee?)need washing smelt really sweaty. The microwave plate had dried food on it and the salad bowl had mould in it. Probably from the last visitors. However. It is a lovely apartment just felt these little things wouid help.

• Martinus (9/5): Superb - New and modern apartment. Good location: close to Santander and close to the shores West of the city. Friendly owner who left us some fruits and veggies of her garden. Nothing. Only the dogs from the neighbors made a lot of noise. Don’t know if they were permanent residents or vacationers.
• Vane-uk (8/5): Great location for peace and quiet - Very nice quiet location, close to bus stop or 10 min drive to central Santander, I walked to "el Sardinero" and it took over half hour, it was a lovely walk. It looks very new and clean, bed and sofa were comfortable and shower had good pressure. Kitchen was functional with hob, filter coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, full size fridge and microwave. It had plates, cutlery and crockery. Nearby you can find nice restaurants and if you like walking it's paradise There's a couple of details I think it could be improved, towels were small, a reading light in the bedroom should be added and in the bathroom more towel hooks or a rod would be nice to have but overall I really enjoyed my stay and I'd come back. Nothing that had a real impact on my stay
