• Athanasia (8/5): Very good - The floor was very dirty. I had to throw away my daughter's socks. Otherwise everything was OK.
• Мария (10/5): Lovely accommodation with a nice host - The apartment was very clean and comfortable, really close to Nelson Mandela forum where we attended a concert. It was so convenient and equipped with everything you may need. The self check-in was an absolutely fantastic option and you don’t have to bother about late arrival or early check-out. The key instructions were very detailed and the host was really nice and helpful. The bathroom was very modern, attractive and clean. Last but not least the price was very reasonable for a place like Florence. There is a fantastic pub nearby where we also had a wonderful time. Definitely recommend it.
• Andris (10/5): Worth to book - Modern, fashionable & functional. Great for families. Good communication with the hosts. Liked the design — part of the Florence experience. A few Italian socket standards with the three-pin Italian plug have not worked for some European type devices, we haven't had an adapter, never thought about that.
• Beata (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was nice and clean, the beds were comfortable. We got into the apartment without any problems, the self check-in worked all right. We parked our car in front of the apartment, but the area was pretty full of cars and we were worried about it because of the standing in white lines, those are for residents. For guest there are the blue lines, but paid during the day.

• Chris (10/5): Exceptional - The host was absolutely amazing. The apartment was very secure and very large for the area. We enjoyed our 2 night stay. The free street parking was a little bit of a mess, but we found it within a block or 2 each night.
• Nolan (10/5): A very cozy and modern apartment with excellent facilities. Although we only stayed for 1 night, we felt really comforta - It lived up to the name “Modern”. Was very clean. I felt that it is located on quite a busy street. I struggled to find parking.
