• francesca (7/5): Soggiorno tranquillo, qualche miglioria da apportare. - Grande gentilezza e disponibilità dei ragazzi che si occupano del check in e check out. Ci e’ stato gentilmente consentito di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out. Posizione ottima a due passi dalla stazione Tiburtina, in un complesso tranquillo di case. Arredamento nuovo e moderno. Zona servita da ristoranti nelle vicinanze. La stanza con il letto singolo non ha alla finestra né serranda/persiana né almeno una tenda oscurante , per cui si dorme in piena luce oltre che senza privacy dalle abitazioni di fronte. Anche nell’ambiente giorno dove c’è un divano letto eventualmente da utilizzare, solo una delle due finestre ha la serranda (nell camera matrimoniale invece ok)

• luca (6/5): Beautiful apartement with some critical issues to be improved - The apartment is newly restructured. It is beautiful, agreable and potentially very confortable. The personnel was very nice and always ready to help. The central heating did not work. Ok we could use the air conditioner on warming mode, but there is no conditioner in the bathroom. The towels remained wet. And it was cold in the bathroom. In addition, when two air conditioners were working at the same time the electricity fell down. So, we could keep only one conditioner open, which was not enough. In addition, it was not possible to have a double of the keys, which for me is a problem. An additional slight issue is that the apartement was not equipped to make the separate collection of waste.

• Aurora (7/5): Gradevole soggiorno - Posizione ottima, aria condizionata in ogni stanza, cucina bella e nuova, staff gentile e disponibile , luminosità, arredamento moderno. Acqua calda della doccia andava ad intermittenza, mancavano le tapparelle in soggiorno, mancava il microonde, muffa a chiazze sul soffitto in bagno.
• Lubica (10/5): Exceptional - Very good location, pleasant welcome (thank you Alessandro), spacious apartment with two bedrooms, the whole apartment is modernly renovated and equipped, the kitchen has everything we needed for a week stay, the Tiburtina FS metro stop is about 6 minutes' walk away and shops are nearby. Icing on the cake - washing machine, which we appreciated with small children The reconstruction of the facade of the entire inner block is currently underway, so the entire building has timbering and non-transparent gilt around - despite this it does not affect the quality of the accommodation. I can imagine that after the reconstruction the quality of accommodation will increase even more.

• Rácz-balog (10/5): Good location,spacious apartment. - The owner was waiting for us at the property, and got the keys at 11.30 so we could explore Rome without our suitcases. The air con was on which was an extra bonus in the heat. The rooms were good sized,the sofa bed was comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Good location ,only a couple of Minutes walk from tiburtina station and big supermarkets. Ideal With children as it’s a quiet area. -
• Antonio (8/5): Very good - The flat has been recently renewed to a high standard. Very close to Tiburtina train station, metro and buses, Direct connections to most attractions in Rome. The sorrounding are is not great. There are a lot of construction works around.

• Mohammad (9/5): Highly recommend for families and big group of people, if you wanna stay away from noisy center - Beautiful interior and private area for the apartment with friendly neighborhood, very comfortable beds and good facilities It's a pretty far location from the center of Rome and it takes 10+ stations of bus/metro to get there, but metro is nearby which is not bad

• Brenda (8/5): Great location if you want to stay off the center - The apartment was comfortable, AC in every room, wifi was great, beds were comfortable, washer was great. My sister LOVED the bathroom mirror, great lighting. Alessandro, who met us at the apartment when we arrived, was great. He walked us through everything in the apartment. The apartment is a short walk from metro station and Tiburtina station about 2 blocks away. There's the Cotral bus right outside Tiburtina station that takes you to Fiumicino airport that only took 35 minutes to airport with a stop in Termini station, it saved us a taxi ride to the airport at 430am. It takes about 10 minutes to get to city center from this apartment once you get on the metro. The first few days we were there, the water pressure for the shower was horrible, and the only way we could get hot water consistently for a shower was to leave the bathroom sink running. They eventually sent someone to fix it, and it worked great for the last 2 days we were there. The bathroom door does not lock. We just made sure to only close the door when we were using it so that no one would walk into the bathroom when someone else was using it. There was also some plumbing issue with the unit above us that left one of our towels soaking wet, the bathroom floor wet, and the walls with water damage, just an unfortunate situation that had nothing to do with our rental but it did affect us.
• Avishag (10/5): Exceptional - The host met us at the entrance to the building with the keys. He showed us through everything! The entrance to the building, the location of the apartment in the building, the structure of the apartment and what is inside it. Every question we had was answered through Booking or Whatsapp quickly and with dedication. Moreover, its close to 2 diffrent lines of metro and the train so coimg from and to the airport was easy and also moving around rome was way easier! highly recommended!
• Eric (8/5): Nice apartment but dreadful entrance hall. - it was modern and clean and close to the station and Metro. the exterior of the building had me horrified on arrival. currently a building site with very old buildings being renovate. On entering the building through a very old metal door the stairwell resembles a Dickensian slum! Dark, dingy, musty and definitely had me wanting to turn and flee. On entering the apartment it was a revelation but I think people should be aware that the frontage and hallway are off putting.
• Moayad (8/5): good overall stay - quite area near to bologna station ( 8-10 ) min near to Rome tiburtina ( train to airports ) No slippers No water / tea packets as other booking places ☺️ Fees for late check-in !! No elevators ( for elderly peaple )

• Ralph (6/5): Pleasant - The location to grocery store, train station and therefore taxis Room was not vacated by previous tenants who were still there when we arrived for check in which was very awkward. Therefore apartment not cleaned until later that day. Coffee maker and room heaters for second bedroom and kitchen area didn't work. No response to email sent in. Because of construction and renovations we had no clear idea of which building we were headed to. Had to call and then wait for check in staff. However apartment was well furnished and gave us the 2 bedrooms we needed at a reasonable price.
• Dudi300 (7/5): Pretty good apartment for a short getaway. - Even though the check-in time was 3pm, we were admitted much earlier. There was no dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tablets in the apartment, no one responded to the notification about their absence.

• Emile (9/5): Very nice place to stay in a residential neighborhood of Rome, very close to public transport. - Excellent location in a residential neighborhood. Very close to public transportation. Several restaurants nearby, also several shops. Appartement recently redecorated, everything brand new. I felt at home there. The plumbing of the bathroom is not functioning adequately. It needs to be looked at, as I was standing in 3 cm of water everyday in the shower. Same as to the sink in the bathroom. The neighbors dog kept us awake one night.
