Roberta (8/5): L'hotel con più nomi - Questa struttura è molto grande è abbastanza collegata, la stanza era comoda per poter cucinare i prezzi del supermercato erano economici e si poteva mangiare fuori spendendo poco. Erano presenti diverse piscine molto curate. Lo staff animazione è molto preparato. Il beach resort è molto bello e il ristorante ben fornito e ho potuto festeggiare il compleanno con torta e i camerieri sono stati carinissimi. La struttura comprende diversi hotel e non si capisce qual'é quello che prenoti. La stanza che mi hanno dato all'inizio non era quella che avevo prenotato. Solo in un secondo tempo mi hanno dato una stanza migliore e solo dopo mi hanno dato una tessera per accedere alla spiaggia e alla navetta per la spiaggia. La pulizia della stanza non viene effettuata e se la richiedi mettono scuse che non sei in stanza e non vengono. La carta igienica mi è stata fornita all'inizio e poi nulla , anche l'asciugamano una sola perché ho insistito e lo stesso le lenzuola non sono previste. La spiaggia che viene menzionata come di fronte all'hotel in realtà non è accessibile e l'altra sta a 2km e 500mt e si può andare con navetta. Il centro non si trova a 6 km ma a 10-12.

Farah (1/5): Bad - good thing is the security and many swimming pools for the kids and it has a private beach you can go there by bus 1- i asked for the 2 beds chalet they gave me a one bed chalet and i had to sleep on a VERY disgusting dirty sofa bed 2- the chalet didn’t have soap, tissues, towels, or any hygienic tools 3- there was very loud music at night until mid night 4- the bathroom was so bad and it didn’t have any ventilation and the shower was broke 5- when you open the electric oven the water of the kitchen becomes electric! 6 - the door lock was broken we were stuck inside and out many times until they fixed it 7- the door knob of the room was broken
