• Geraldine (9/5): Fabulous. - Comfortable with lovely furnishings. The bed was comfortable and we loved being able to walk to the shops for groceries and coffee every morning. Kitchen was well equipped. Not much to not like. We would have liked to have a bottle opener and some kitchen paper towel.

The cleanliness of the property. The house is fully equipped with what you would need in a holiday stay. The property is close to the city centre, about 8-10min walk in a quiet neighbourhood. Bedroom: clean linen, extra pillows and blankets, towels and doonas and tv. Bathroom: provide enough toilet papers, shampoos and conditioner, hair dryer, bath mat, etc. even supplies travel size shampoo, conditioner and body wash which came in handy for beach trips. Kitchen: fully stock pots, pans, dinner ware, glass wear,etc. Living room: good seatings, clean, pleasing decor. Dining room: clean and nice set up. Laundry: dryer and washer, even provided washing liquid. Bonuses: pantry stocked with basic essentials. Airfryer, coffee machines, rice cooker, water filter jug, etc. Spa and communal areas set up with BBQ, fridge, seatings and tv. Two outdoors area to enjoy. BBQ, tv, seatings, dining, etc. Nothing.

• Dominika (10/5): Cute little cottage - A cute little cottage, one of three units. A lounge, kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and laundry. Clean, very well equipped, cosy. It was a perfect place for our short family trip to KI.

Hot shower and copious supples of soaps, shampoo and cobditionwr. The lounge could have been a little firmer but still comfortable for a short stay.

Location was great for an extended stay on the island. The bedding and towels were top-class. Spa is a bonus, and I can see it being used more often in better weather than we had. • Venkata (10/5): We got everything, actually more than what we required such as kitchen utensils, laundry and BBQ. - Beds are so comfy. We had the best sleep throughout those 2 days. It may be related to the bathroom, but overall, it is good. A few things, like the shower space, are concise.

Smelt and looked beautiful on arrival was a really welcoming experience after many hours of travelling The bed was a little wobbly and the mattress is very firm but still all comfortable enough for a holiday

Also love the style of the place and lay out plenty of space and loved the outdoor area. Only thing I could say is maybe have some sort of grippy matt on the bathroom floor and in the shower as tiles where very slippery.
• Shubhir (2/5): If you can’t find a good property this can be your last resort. - Property’s location was good but wasn’t clean. The bed was noising, bedding was dirty and had heaps of stains. Outdoor mini bar had someone stale meat left in it.

• Peter (5/5): We did enjoy our stay on Kangaroo Island - We had difficulty finding the code as it was not sent to phone as a SMS. Like all our other accommodation stays on this road trip. It was only lucky that the door to the accommodation was left open. I didn't like that beds didn't have a top sheet. Only Dooner's. I always have both top and bottom sheets. This effected my having a restful sleep.

We enjoyed the comfy lounge area in the evenings and the large televisions were great. The kitchen had everything we needed and the new stove and oven were an added bonus. We both slept really well. The beds and pillows were comfy. The extra large bath towels were also great. The on site parking was convenient. And the location was perfect for our trip. We had a great stay and will definitely stay again when we next visit beautiful Kangaroo Island! Highly Recommended We had no concerns with the property, met all our needs.
• Jayanti (8/5): All together it was a really nice stay. - Hot tub was the best experience and kitchen and laundry was good as well. Mozzie bite despite the insect repellent as when we walked in to the property the doors were left open by the person I guess whoever is managing and maintaining the property in between guests check in and she said it was for fresh air for us but I felt like it was unsafe thing to do.

• Ruth (5/5): It's ok - Property is large enough for 2 adults and a few kids so travelling without kids we found we had plenty of space to spread out. If you were travelling with a family it would represent good value for money. Accommodation is basic but adequate. Kingscote is a pretty small place so location is fine Communication from hosts was also very good. Biggest negative is around cleanliness. Stovetop was grotty and fridge was dirty. I had to stop myself from cleaning it for them. Maintenance issues also abound especially with the doors. Worn towels could also use replacing. Gives the vibe of everything done on the cheap.

We had everything we needed to cook our type of food. Comfortable lounge, clean bathroom and bed linen BBQ and bar fridge were filthy. Quite a few cobwebs and dust on the floor under furniture.
