• Carol (9/5): - The staff are super helpful. The recent renovation is attractive. The addition of a lounge with coffee and tea is an excellent addition. The new smart tvs need to be smart. Streaming apps have been deleted. The balcony had no chair to sit on, and there was no table and chairs in the one bedroom so no way to actually use the balcony.
• Lim (8/5): Great will stay again. - The Gardens Mall entrance and TWG is just next to the hotel entrance. Super convenient! Bellboy are super attentive, friendly and helpful. Nothing but hotel receptionist can be better trained in communication and conversational skills.

Lots of ants crawling around the rooms, not only kitchen area, but also lounge and bedrooms. It’s a serious issues that need to be taken care of serious action.

I would definitely recommend it! - We love the location with an easy access to any direction in KL plus all the shops and foods is just within the reach. A beautiful view of the city from the apartment we stayed and a bonus to watch the fireworks on the new year. It was a great experience for us. We enjoyed the stay very much. We would definitely come back if we visit KL again. The transport system with LRT to klcc might not as convenient if we don’t drive. Didn’t expect the stove was broken. But they fixed it quick.

• Jeryl Tan (5/5): Basic accommodation no flair! - I like the location of the hotel as it is located beside the mall. The convenience of walking to find ample of restaurants and the choices makes our life very easy. I dont like the carpark and the jam, it is horrible trying to drive into a carpark let alone trying to find a space to park the car. The rooms are basic and without any nice touches especially for the price that we had paid.

To get to the more action-packed part, I just have to go across. The apartment is well equipped and spacious. The front desk is most helpful. We booked 3 units and they tried to put us close together. Because of their efforts, we bonded well and popped into each other's apartment. Special shoutout to a staff who came to open a bottle of Prosecco on Christmas eve celebration. It's perfect!

• 浪子旅人 (9/5): 舒服，干净。 - 房间舒适。空间大。绝对性价比。楼下就是Garden mall。出入方便。 泊车绝对是最大的烦恼。开车去的旅友记得把车停在primer park或5@6U。如果泊在mid valley 或 Zon B 绝对不方便。兜了整小时才知道停车场在酒店后方。 Exclusive Residences Lounge Access里没什么东西。就是提供咖啡和汽水。不值得。

• Keng Hooi (9/5): Good apartment and value for money. - Very good location central in KL, easy access to PJ and other parts of KL. LRT station just downstairs, huge MidValley mall across the walkway. Parking is available and inexpensive RM$15 per day. The apartment is nice and suitable for family with young kids. The bed in bedroom2 is small for 2 adults. It can get heavy traffic during peak hour, stuck in very heavy traffic at 6:30pm trying to drive out of the area.

• Waiman (8/5): Very much enjoyed our stay . The concierge staff are very friendly. Will come to stay again - The staff were very friendly especially the concierges. We stayed in Oct 23 in the sister hotel St Giles Garden Hotel and our stay this time in St Giles Garden Residences was far better . Our room was very large with kitchen and a beautiful balcony . The pool is large with beautiful views. There were some stains on the laminate flooring and some slight stains in the bathroom tiles .

• Sarhan (9/5): - Apartment clean and well maintenained. Staff are cery helpful and helpful. The swimming pool area is aged, and need better maintenance and better facilities, i.e. missing parasol and lack of deck chairs.

Location is fantastic being next to 2 malls with plenty if good dining options I stayed at St Giles multiple times but the last time they requested for a deposit. However I could not sign for my breakfast despite having a deposit with the property!
• Loges P (8/5): Only recommended if you are not driving your own car. - Location is quite central. Beds are comfortable. There is a washing machine and dryer on each floor. There is no allocated parking spaces for hotel guests. Would not recommend if you are driving your own car here. Quite difficult to get parking as it shares parking with the mall. Also takes a long time getting through the roads around the mall to access the parking.

• Shu Shan (7/5): - Location is superb for family with kids as it is just next to the gardens mall. The apartment is spacious and come with fully equipped kitchen. There is free self service laundry as well. The lounge is a plus as it serves fruits, juices, snacks and coffee, we love to stop over at the lounge to have some fruits and drinks before we head out. Bed is a bit on the hard side.
