- Mohamed (1/5): تجربة لن تتكرر - - الايجابيات : 1- قربها الشديد من البوليفارد. 2- حول الموقع "بعض الخدمات" 3- الغرفة جيدة و فيها كل شي تحتاجه. - السلبيات : 1- لا يوجد عوازل صوت و كنت اسمع ازعاج اطفال من الدور العلوي واغاني مصرية من الغرفة المجاورة. 2- اشتكيت على منسق الشقق "ظنيت" انه سيغير الغرفة و مع الاسف لم يتم ذلك. 3- طلبت مسبقًا من منسق الشقق في بوكنج دور علوي و تم تجاهل طلبي. 4- يوجد رائحة كريهة جدًا عند المدخل ، و الغرفة في الدور السفلي لا يوجد بها شباك.!! 5- يوجد صوت مزعج من باب الغرفة عند كل مرة افتح الباب. 6- اذا وصلت متأخر فلن تجد احد تتواصل معه. (منسق الشقق مقفل جواله) 7- صعب تحصل موقف للسيارة. 8- تغطية شركة الاتصال ضعيفة للانترنت. (بصعوبة يفتح قوقل ماب من غرفتي) 9- سخان الماء في دورة المياة "اعزكم الله" يعمل باقل القليل و الماء بارد.. 10- يوجد تهريب ماء في السيب المؤدي للغرفة ، مزعج في كل مرة تريد الذهاب لسيارتك. 11- حجزت 4 ليالي بقيمة مقاربة لفندق 5 نجوم في موقع بعيد عن البوليفارد لثقتي في تقيمات الناس في بوكنج و يشهد الله على كل كلمة كتبتها. . # الخلاصة : اذا السلبيات لا تهمك فنصيحة لا تفوت الموقع و لكن خذ معك معطر جو ، انا بصراحة عندي "أرق" و صعوبة في النوم و ندمت لقدومي لهذا المكان.

- Dosti (8/5): Good location, easy check in. Basic facilities can be improved. - Easy check in, walkable to boulevard (we came specifically to attend an event there). Close to food options. Basic facilities were missing like toilet paper and a trash bag in the bins. The bathroom smelled very bad and the smell was in the entire room when we came.
- Ayoob (10/5): Exceptional - Very responsive to requests and queries. Clean and walk distance from both city walk and world walk. The cost of rent was superb.
