It is a serviced apartment with a basic kitchenette, including a microwave and kettle. However, the television was outdated, and the room felt quite claustrophobic, especially while I was working. Overall, the experience was average, with the location being the main highlight.

The pool and gym were decent as well, although i could not find the time to fully explore them. Spare bed was not great, as the mattress was too thin. I would like a "do not disturb" sign as well, this was missing from my room.

I stayed there for 5 days, and housekeeping was provided daily, so the room was always clean. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay in a clean environment. The property is also near with the mall. It is very easy for us to shopping Nothing!

• Tony (7/5): - Ayant déjà effectué un séjour dans une suite au 43 ème étage, celle ci au 28 était forcément en dessous mais sinon de manière générale c'était bien avec un bon rapport qualité prix. Le melia par exemple est juste en face et propose des chambres similaires plus cher. La lumière de l'entrée ne s'éteint pas ( j'ai trouvé la solution avec le disjoncteur) le lit un peu dure et l'eau de la baignoire qui remonte un peu dans la cuisine. Apres c est quand même très bien pour le secteur.

• noktahcomma (10/5): Great location and affordable place if you want to stay at Bukit Bintang area - Mr Robinson and Mr Rana have served us during our stay. Check in and check out were easy and smooth. Mr Robinson has upgraded our room for FOC, we had a clear view of the TRX Tower. Housekeeping was available everyday, which was great. The suite has a kitchenette with basic utensils, which was very convenient for a long stay. Groceries is available at the mall, which is attached to the serviced suites. Public transportation was easy, it is connected to the MRL (Imbi Station). Definitely my top choice for my next visit to KL especially Bukit Bintang area! Everything was excellent!

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making the stay very relaxing. The check-in process was smooth and communication was easy. Overall, it offers great value for money. However, please note that the parking fees are quite high, so it’s advisable to check the charges in advance if you are driving.

Staff and good communications. Shopping mall is part of the site with good selection cafés & eateries! Bus stations 100 meters. Confusion: the building is not called Robinsons, he is the owner of one of the many apartments in a high rise tower block who rents it out to guests. So when looking for it or asking taxi drivers they have no idea where Robinsons is. The name of the tower block to look for is BERJAYA tower at Times Sq. Tap in kitchen was very loose, so careful when turning it on/off. Otherwise the kitchen as advertised.

• Christiane (10/5): Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Es war ein gut ausgestattetes, großzügiges Apartement in sehr guter Lage mit einem tollen Blick. Der wunderschöne Pool im 15. Stock kann auch benutzt werden. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfreich. Es war alles sauber und wird täglich geputzt. Wir haben es für einen super Preis gebucht. Die Klimaanlage hat ordentlich geblasen und deas Geräusch hat genervt, aber dafür war es auch echt schnell runtergekühlt.

• Denise (5/5): - Great location. Building is old and shows it age. Cigarette smell and musty odour in corridors and lift. If room air conditionin is off, there is also a musty smell in the room. Host did not specify payment in was to be made in cash. Service did not feels professional. I had to check out very early in the morning but the host did not want to come early so they made arrangements to meet me the night before to collect keys and return the RM100 deposit which meant we could not leave our room from the time we returned the key to our check out time.
