• Jaana (9/5): - Rahulik, puhas, hubane, väga OK! Enne lahkumist tuli rahulolematu naaber, kes hakkas õpetama parlimiskorraldust parklas. Kuigi parkisime auto täpselt nii nagu olite märkinud maja ja prügikasti vahel, siis leidis tema, et olime siiski tema koha peale parkinud. Usun, et tegemist oli ülereageerimisega, sest kõik ülejäänud parkimiskohad olid vabad ja olukorda, kus poleks võimalik olnud teistel elanikel parkida ei olnud.

• Ilva (10/5): - The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood. 2 free parking spaces available, city center is easily accessible. Apartment was clean, quite sapcious and suitable for families. The kitchen was fully equipped. Check-in instruction received quickly and with an excellent description that made self-check-in very easy. Enjoyed staying there! The bathroom cabinets had been removed for maintenance, so there was only one mirror available in the entire apartment.

• Stefano (7/5): Cannot recommend unless they lower the price - Clean and quiet place, modern with nice sofa and tv. The second bed is a couch bed, very noisy and not really comfortable. Not enough cookware for 4 people, and the dishes don’t fit in the dishwasher. Price of the property was high. The location is far from everything and you need a car to move around.

• Jakub (7/5): Klidné a prostorné - Velice klidná lokalita blízko centra města a obchodů. Vyhrazená parkovací místa. Součástí ubytování je terasa. Byt je prostorný. Kombinace velkých oken a chybějící klimatizace je v teplých dnech docela nepříjemné. Navíc ať jsme dělali co jsme mohli, nedařilo se nám byt vyvětrat ani večer, když teploty klesly. Ale ta velká okna jsou v Estonsku asi populární, protože byly ve všech ubytování, kde jsme byli.

• Kriss (10/5): A great place for a family holiday - Very clean and modern apartment in Tartu. Quiet neighbourhood, not far from the center of city.
• Oliver (9/5): Nice and comfortable place for long weekend with family and kids! - Quiet neighbourhood near the city border. 45min walk to city center. Dining table for 6 persons- comfortable to have friends over for dinner and to travel with family and kids. Second bed was a fold out sofa in a very small room. It is not suitable for adults or children older than 10years. I hope they will get a decent bed into that room soon.

• Andrejs (9/5): Superb - One of the fold-out sofas emitted a series of bothersome creaks. Each time someone shifted their weight, the sound pierced the air. It was the kind of noise that made it difficult to relax. Clearly, the sofa had seen better days and needed some attention. Perhaps a bit of oil on the hinges would do the trick.

• Oksana (10/5): Exceptional - he apartments are located on the outskirts of the city in a new area. It was quiet and calm, there is a playground in the yard. Ideal for a holiday with children. The apartments were cozy and clean. The owner was very responsive. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Tartu. Everything was perfect.

Quite close to AHHA by car Looks like owner has optimised cleaning outsource and hasnt entered the appartament for a time. Some furniture was broken, everywhere were some dirt spots- dishes, higher places (at level of eyes) bugs in the lamps. Also had problems of draining water in shower.

The apartment is new and has real home feeling due to pleasant floors, very nice curtains and overall nice interior, very comfortable beds, very clean everything, very well equipped kitchen. Location is superb, it is such a quiet place so close to the center. Apartment has many large windows, we enjoyed perfect early morning sunrises and fantastic sunsets from living room and bedroom and on the terrace. Very good communication with hosts. We were 3, travelling with a small girl and it was just perfect, one room is so perfect for kids, very cosy, with sofa, lounge chair and coat hangers, she could make her own world.
