• Corinna (10/5): Perfect for relaxation, great hosts. - Beautifully situated at Palm-Mar in the south of the island. Very well maintained property and community. Quiet, which is perfect to relax. Heated pool at about 28°C. Good communication with the owners and easy self check-in and check-out. A bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge which is a nice treat. The apartment was very clean and most amenities were provided. Supermarket located just a 2 minute walk away and in about 10 minutes you get to boulevard next to the shore. WiFi worked good. Would definitely recommend this place. Thank you! The only point of improvement I found would be that the sun bed cushions could be cleaned or replaced as they were getting a bit mouldy.
• Hilde (8/5): Lovely appartement - Fijn zonnig appartement, mooi gemeubileerd en met complete inventaris. Centraal gelegen midden in het vakantiedorp Palm-Mar. We troffen bij aankomst een fles water, champagne en koffie aan. De badkamer is wat gedateerd (douchen in bad met douchegordijn). Het warm water is vrij snel op en het appartement heeft geen airco. Prima in februari, maar lijkt me erg warm in de zomer.

• Ruth (9/5): - La vecina del frente es bastante desagradable ha estado todas las noches pidiendo de malas formas que no hiciéramos ruido (situación que nunca pasó, solo salíamos a cenar fuera y hablar en un tono normal) No tiene nada que ver con la estancia que ha sido estupenda pero para próximos huésped que lo tengan en cuenta.

• Ásgerður (9/5): We had a great vacation - Great location, awesome patio, comfortable bed, nice shower, lovely swimming area No air conditioning and only a mirror in the bathroom
• Elaine (10/5): Had an enjoyable stay at this lovely apartment - Lovely apartment, very clean and well equipped with a very comfortable bed. The grounds of the complex are well maintained and kept tidy. A very peaceful complex with everyone respecting the ‘quiet’ time after 10pm. The pool area was never busy with only a few guests using it at any one time. Just round the corner from a supermarket and a short stroll to the sea front making it an ideal location. The welcome water and bubbly were appreciated, thank you! We would definitely return. A mirror in the bedroom would be welcomed and perhaps a couple of pool towels for use. These are suggestions only, not a negative.

• Edyta (10/5): Perfect place for some winter sun - Close to the beach and all important things like shop, restaurants, bars, car rentals. Only 15 min to the airport and major attractions like los Cristianos, Siam park. Fully functional kitchen so making your own meal was easy, very comfortable bed and spacious rooms. Heated pool was definitely a huge bonus. Lovely views and very helpful host. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back. Thank you for having us! Absolutely nothing.

• Karola (7/5): Nice but overpriced - Overall it was a nice stay, very sunny just like on the pictures. The pool was mostly quiet and used by old aged people. Nice area at Palm-Mar especially the sunset at the beach is worth to see. Washing machine and dishwasher are functioning properly. Sometimes it was noisy at night or in the early morning because of the neighbourhood. Cleaning was not appropriate as the first night I found a bunch of hairs in the bed, the toilet was not cleaned either just disappointing. There was only one toilet paper for the whole week and no garbage bag at all . No duvet cover and no spices for cooking. You have to buy everything for yourself and leave it there in the end of your vacation so that the next person can use it.
• Lina (10/5): Exceptional - The terrace is indeed very sunny, the grocery store is right around the corner, the parking on the street is free and usually you can find a parking spot with ease. There are hiking routes right behind the property and the ocean is just 10 minutes walk away. The area is very secure and quiet (although it might depend on the neighbors). Working from there is possible with comfort as restaurants are also right next to the grocery store. I grew to appreciate the apartment and Palm Mar more and more during the stay. There are 2 lounges / beach clubs and a couple of cocktail bars in the city, gym and a pilates studio open daily, a medical center and a car rental agency. It`s 15 minutes drive away from the airport and more touristic Christianos and Americas areas. The host is very helpful and always available. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a working dishwasher and a washing machine and many other devices. There is something to know about the beach - it is there and it is nice, there is a natural preservation zone you can go kayaking with a guide to. The beach area is comparatively small, with a sandy area where one could lay and walk into the ocean from, and a rocky one + a place to rent sun beds from. Important to keep in mind - the tides - the water levels get shallow in the low tide and grow to the optimal depth during the high tide hours (which gives good 4-8 hours to swim during the day, but timing is important). If it gets above 30 degrees, having an air-conditioning might be desirable.
• Anton (10/5): We very like this vacation. Apartment was big, clean, wonderful terrace, swimming pool (great for children). Near with a - Big terrace, coffee machine, swimming pool , a lot stores and restaurants near with apartments, closed territory no air conditioner (when opened windows and door - is Ok, but it would not hurt). No beach for swimming, but we using rent car and 15 minutes and you are on the best beach
