• Staceyjav84 (7/5): - Fab little apartment 2nd time staying here , ground floor location next to the pool, would stay again :) The electrics tripped out twice but he came out and fixed it quickly so other than that it was great

• KAREN (4/5): Wouldn’t recommend I’m afraid - Great location, however dirty dusty apartment with mould evident in bathroom, dirty floors, electrics not working or constantly tripping. Booking pictures are a catfish I’m afraid Incorrect address listed made it difficult to find. No communication from owner regarding key/ check in we just had to wing it. Electrics didn’t work, kitchen lights didn’t work, electric sockets didn’t work, microwave didn’t work, kettle didn’t work and tripped the meter, toaster took 10 mins to toast one slice. Couldn’t get in contact with owner regarding multiple issues we eventually had to contact Booking to resolve

No check-in information prior to arrival as there isn’t reception staff. Took a couple of phone calls and messages to get into the complex and apartment. No Wi-Fi code provided. Shower leaked at the side.

• Carla (3/5): Desorganización total con el casero… - La piscina del alojamiento No me gustó la luminosidad, los colchones eran muy incómodos, y sobre todo el trato con el “supuesto casero” y la entrada al piso, un desastre total, estuvimos una hora y media para ubicar a la persona y encima el último día se nos fue la luz y no lo solucionaron, experiencia regular, NO REPITIRIA

NO contact for keys OR number of apartment ( left for a long time on the street)on arrival after I messaged them to tell them my arrival time !!!

• Muriel (9/5): Assez contente avec ma famille. - L’établissement est très bien et même bien placé. Il y a de tout comme magasin, restaurant ect…. Rien à dire tout était très bien. Mêle la piscine était toujours propre.
• Marta (5/5): Ok for short stay or if u don’tlook for any amenities - The property is in a great location, very close to all the restaurants and bars. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. From the beginning, communication with the owner(s) was very difficult – I was contacted by three different phone numbers. I asked where the entrance was because I could not find the place with the name given on Booking.com. (The entrance is below the Irish bar, and I think the complex is called Los Ceranios or Geranios). Every time I turned on the washing machine, the power went out. The dishes were dirty and very limited ( it was 4 of us and we had 3 forks and 4 of everything else), there was a lot of mold in the bathroom, one fan in the bedroom was not working and the other one was broken in half and only blew towards the floor. I asked the owner for help, but received no response.

• Angela (7/5): very outdated and dirty - no kettle and not very clean dusty all over the bedroom and washer cut the power off wen we used it cutlery and pots pans and plates all mismatched and chipped messaged and complained and got told they would come sort it but that never happened pool was nice and friendly people on the complex would definatly stay on that complex again just not this apartment

• Brian (9/5): Good value apartment is a great location. - The apartments location is fantastic. Lovely pool & friendly neighbours. The reception staff to the complex are very nice people. There is no doubt the apartment itself could do with some tender loving care but for value for money the place was exceptional. New curtains & especially a new shower panel are much needed.
• Paul (6/5): Perfect location. - The property is in a fantastic location. I lived in Tenerife for 12 years in the 90’s 2000’s so knew the area well beforehand and was the main reason we chose here. The pool area was clean and tidy. The apt has plenty of space for a couple and a nice little outside terrace that leads straight to the pool area. Having an iron and ironing board was a bonus and the kitchen had everything you’d need if not just a bit on the old side. The reception staff were always very helpful. I expected it to be dated as I know the property quite well, but feel this particular apt has not moved with the times and felt like it hadn’t been improved much since it was built. The bedroom was the biggest let down, two single beds that both had mattresses which are desperately in need of changing. I had to take one of the cushions meant for the sunbeds to sleep on as a spring from my old mattress was digging in my back making it hard to sleep. The bedsheets have also seen better days. The curtains didn’t really do much and need replacing before they fall apart. The bathroom wasn’t terrible, but a new shower is needed. The bottom of the glass curtain of shower looked awful due to age. This place could be absolutely improved 100% with what would be little investment. Proper blinds that block out the light in the bedroom, brand new bed (or at least two new mattresses, new bedding and towels and a new shower unit would turn it from a 6/10 to a 9/10 and for what would be a relatively small investment, about €1500 tops.

• Sarah (5/5): Passable - Very good location and generally peaceful and quiet. apartment was reasonably modern but basic, with WiFi TV with just 3 or 4 English channels available. Good kitchen and a washing machine. Nice swimming pool just outside the front door. Easy to get to the beach and the shops and restaurants. Felt secure too. Sadly, the apartment was in a very poor condition cleaning wise. Shower was black mould all around the edges and the tile grouting. Bath mat was filthy. Floors were barely swept, with a layer of dust under the beds and furniture. Dust all along the skirting. Towels were ancient, thin and tatty. One bed had no bottom sheet only a mattress protector. No other bedding available if anyone was cold, just one sheet on the bed. I'm not sure if the owner realises the condition the apartment is being presented in, but it was very expensive for the state it was in, and would only take a small amount of effort to make this into a very acceptable place to stay. Have been coming to this area for 20 years and this was the worst place we have ever had regarding the cleanliness.

• Tinaab (9/5): Superb - Excellent apartment in hotel complex with large pool. The people were very friendly and helpful. Good location to walk down to the coast, near cafes and shops. The shower screen needed replacing.

• Eneas (1/5): Shocking accomodation so bad I refused to live in it . - This property is an absolute disgrace and looks nothing like the photos. I arrived 28th of September 2023 at around 8-39 pm was taken to the room by their non English speaking rep ! When the door was opened and went in I was absolutely horrified by the state of the place, it filthy and dark no air con and the bedroom looked like a prison cell. I refused to stay there but the had no other accommodation available. I then contacted booking.com and they washed their hands of the situation and said they had no responsibility re the booking it was the owners responsibility and at 9pm I would have to sort out my own accommodation at my expense and no chance of help or a refund and just go on to their site and try find other accommodation. Absolutely shocking treatment by booking.com who the hell allowed this to be rated at a 10 on the site. Now home and will be contacting trading standards about miss leading rating and miss selling 😡 It was disgusting
