• Bettina (7/5): Nur zum Schlafen ok., wenn man nicht zu hohe Erwartungen hat. Lage ist prima. - Die Lage war sehr gut, hübsche typische Londoner Straße in einer ruhigen Gegend. Zur Underground-Station sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß, von dort ist man sehr schnell im Zentrum. Ebenfalls ist dort auch die Overground-Station, von der weitere Ziele zu erreichen sind. Die Zugänglichkeit war unkompliziert, wir konnten unser Gepäck vor Check-In Zeit abstellen. Das Bett war angenehm und bequem. Sehr flächenminimiert, ins Bett war der Einstieg nur einseitig möglich, keine Ablagemöglichkeit am Bett und für Koffer oder Taschen ist auch kein Ablageplatz vorhanden. Das Bad war ebenfalls sehr eng. Wirklich nervend war die Waschtischarmatur, die für das winzige Waschbecken nicht taugt, da sie bei zu weiter Öffnung des Hebels das Bad unter Wasser setzt. Das Fenster ist komplett mit Sichtschutzfolie beklebt, man kann also nicht raus schauen.

The distance between the wash basin and a shelf above it was less than 25cm so it was difficult to use water. No access to the backyard but maybe for security reasons.

• Sanya London (10/5): - As a single traveler, I am very happy to have found this single apartment with a patio. The weather did not allow me to use the patio, but it is certainly a good extension of the apartment. The apartment is small, but quite enough for everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is nicely and modernly equipped, in a great location between West Brompton and Fulham Broadway underground stations. It is also well connected by bus to the rest of London. There is the North End Road food market nearby, and a number of small independent shops. Lidl or Waitrose supermarkets are nearby. The apartment contains a single bed, a small bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is modernly equipped with a double hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. It is very clean and smells nice. The instructions for entering are simple and clear. The hosts are very helpful. I will definitely come back to them.
• Pidgorna (9/5): I had a good experience and would recommend this accommodation. - I had a very pleasant stay. The room was small, but it was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was excellent, with a metro station and shops nearby, which made it very convenient. I also had a bathroom available for my use. Although it was not inside the room but separate, it was clean and comfortable. The host was always easy to reach and ready to help. I was also able to leave my luggage before check-in, which was very convenient.

I liked the location of the place in which everything needed is within reachable distance. Very nice kitchen with facilities, including coffee and tea provided. The shower must definitely be upgraded somehow. Most of the time, I struggled to have hot and pressurised water. Plus, check-in and check-out times were a bit narrower than usual bookings - Check-In 15:00 and Check-Out 10:00.

• Mag Vec (7/5): Quartier vivant et bien desservi - Les propriétaires sont très réactifs et, même si l'on communique par messages, ils répondent à toutes les questions avec bienveillance. Aussi le quartier est très agréable et la ligne Fulham Broadway en zone 2 dessert tout le centre de Londres. Quartier vivant et pratique. L'appartement est propre, très petit mais assez fonctionnel. Idéal pour un court séjour. Il faut savoir que le C5 est au dernier étage d'une maison typiquement londonienne, avec des escaliers raides et étroits. La salle de bain est très très exiguë, la pression de la douche moindre le soir. Ce n'est pas un appartement pour des personnes grandes et costaudes.

• Karla (8/5): - El lugar estaba muy limpio, tiene de todo y es muy funcional a pesar del tamaño, que en mi caso era menos de 10m2, la estación de metro está a menos de 10 minutos y puedes llegar a caso todos lados en 15 minutos. La habitación era demasiado pequeña pero en realidad los problemas fueron que no tenía ventilación (la ventana no abre), no tiene closet ni donde dejar la maleta y el baño "privado" está fuera de la habitación junto a la puerta de otro cuarto, fue súper incómodo.

• Agnieszka (4/5): Terrifying experience - The location is very good – ​​almost in the city center, with several nice little cafes nearby. This was the main reason I chose to stay in this area. Other than that, the bed was quite comfortable. Unfortunately, I have to elaborate on this point. Firstly, the electronic door access panel kept getting stuck. I even have a video as proof that, despite entering the correct code, number 5 would automatically press without clicking, making it impossible to enter the correct code. The system had to refresh after several unsuccessful attempts, and only after a minute or two I could try again (at which point the door usually opened). It was the worst experience with this type of check-in – I'd never encountered such a problem before. The gentleman who was renting another room from the same owner also said he was struggling with the same problem and tried to help. How could they not replace the system when it was clearly faulty? This led to huge frustration, but I didn't want to contact the owner – the communication itself wasn't very pleasant… No matter what I wrote, I felt like an intruder, not welcomed at all. I also asked before arrival if it was possible to check in an hour earlier – I was told no, but you could leave your belongings. Finally, I informed the owner that we would check in at 3 PM (that was the earliest option). To my surprise, we arrived at 3 PM sharp, and the room still wasn't ready. I asked the cleaning man if he could give us a room because I wanted to shower after a long journey. He said that he hadn't cleaned the bathroom yet and that the previous guests hadn't left on time. I really didn't like this, but we had purchased tickets to the museum for 4 PM, so I just changed my clothes and had to leave. We left our belongings, and the employee continued cleaning. I can't imagine how this could have happened… I was very disappointed. Other than these issues, the overall stay was pretty average. For more than two nights, it wasn't entirely comfortable. The shower was a nightmare - it was difficult to get the water in a normal temperature (it was too hot or too cold).

Host did nothing about it then accused me of making it up! Turns out, there was a fishmonger a few doors down and I think this affected the drainage system.

• Dannie (8/5): I would stay here again only ask for a room further from street - The property was very convenient to tube and bus and plenty of shops, grocers, restaurants, etc. apartment was small but very neat and clean. I also feel it was worth the price. My only complaint was that at times it could be noisy. We were on ground floor and window next to street so heard everything passing on street and sidewalk.

• Clark Bryan (9/5): Will definitely stay here again and again. - Location is excellent. It’s not far from Fulham Broadway and West Brompton Tube Stations. There are so many shops, restaurants and convenience stores in the area. It’s very clean and the staff is very responsive. This is my third stay in this property. Nothing but I’m sure there are a few things that can be improved for a much better experience.

• Susanne (8/5): Great location for us, good value and easy check in and check out. - We wanted to stay near Craven Cottage for a football game and we were able to walk there from the apartment about 1.2 miles. The neighborhood is lively, supermarket nearby and several pubs, Wolfpack was our favorite pub. It’s also close to the Fulham Broadway underground station. The little kitchenette was a plus. It’s a bit on the small side and there are stairs that we had to get our luggage up to the unit we were given. The stairs are narrow, but there is a handrail, so we did fine. No place to store luggage in the room. The bathroom is very small.
• Marco (8/5): Ci tornerò sicuramente - Visti i prezzi per soggiornare una settimana a Londra direi che è l’appartamento con il miglior rapporto qualità prezzo. L’appartamento è molto pulito e nonostante fosse ad un piano inferiore rispetto al piano terra, era ugualmente ben illuminato e con finestre che danno sull’esterno. L’host molto gentile e quando ho avuto bisogno di un supporto con le prese della corrente, mi ha risposto prontamente e dato assistenza immediata. La posizione sicuramente il punto forte, la zona è tranquilla e si trova a 10 minuti a piedi da due stazioni metro, perciò nonostante sia leggermente fuori dal centro di Londra, si raggiunge tutto ciò che si vuole vedere facilmente con underground e overground. Per abitudine ho accusato un po la mancanza della finestra nel bagno ma in compenso c’è una ventola che funziona bene e stando poco in appartamento non è stato un grande problema. Unico piccolo difetto è il lavandino del bagno, che è molto scomodo da usare in quanto davvero piccolo, però essendoci il lavandino del piano cottura ci si può adattare.

• Fernanda (7/5): - The space is fair. The location is excellent. The unit was clean and very organized. This is the second that I stay in the flat. The shower this time wasn't the best. It was "weak" with the hot water. It seems it needs to be replaced.
• ANTON (7/5): - Excellent location in a good area of ​​Fulham. Quiet street, close to the tube and public transport. My apartment was tiny, though it had everything I needed At 190 cm tall, I found it a bit awkward to sleep on the bed; I slept diagonally. The only downside was the front door. It sagged and didn't close properly, so I wasn't sure it was completely closed when I went outside.
• Nkats (2/5): Uncomfortably small - The space was neat and clean. It was incredibly tiny and not a great fit for a 7-day stay. If you're staying for a night or two, you will be ok and you will have what you need, but it's otherwise sad and claustrophobic for as long as I had to stay. I had to use the toilet sitting sideways because of how tiny the toilet room actually is (5'5 frame at less than 60kg); a solution might have been to keep the door open but they snap right shut because they are designed to take as little space as possible. The only saving grace for the space is how well-kempt it was, but I would never stay again.

• Radka (10/5): Small but cozy - The accommodation is small but cozy. The kitchenette is well equipped – dishwashing liquid, soap, a sponge, kitchen towels, and trash bags are all provided. The bathroom is sufficient. Everything is clean. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. If we return to London in the future, we would definitely choose the same accommodation again.
• SHIN (6/5): It’s close to the city centre, so I think it’s good value for business stays. - good location, easy access to waitrose and sainsbury I thought it would be nice if there were a few more items of crockery.　I wouldn’t mind paying extra if the accommodation had a washing machine or similar facilities.

• Cheng yi (9/5): Recommended - Very great location and worth the price. The facilities of microwave and cooking utensils are really useful for me. The toilet is at a separated area, not in the room. Not a very big problem, just have to walk a little to access it and a little inconvenient there. One more point is the window is matted and couldn’t be opened, it can be a little suffocating in that small room without a view.

Alem da localização tem facil acesso a toda a Londres. O banheiro, achamos um pouco pequeno, mas funcionava para o nosso dia a dia. so tinhamos dificuldade em fazer manter a temperatura da agua.

• Carlos (7/5): Apartamento en pleno Fulham con buen servicio - Muy bien ubicado y bueno para estancias cortas. Está en pleno Fulham en una zona muy vibrante. El equipo de limpieza es muy puntual y hace una gran labor. Está muy cerca de cuatro supermercados distintos. El patio es amplio. El equipo contesta rápido mensajes. El espacio puede resultar muy pequeño para estancias largas aunque es un trade-off. La lavandería más cercana está a 10 min andando aunque poseen plancha y tabla.
• Boris (9/5): Three-day-stay in London - Just a few steps from the apartment there is a McDonald's, several other restaurants (Greek, Indian, etc.), a Lidl, and small independent grocery shops. There are also 2–3 underground stations nearby, providing a direct connection to central London. The property itself is pretty quiet, located in a residential area. However, one night during our stay the Thames emergency service appeared under our window (likely due to a minor water leak – nothing serious; it happens). It seems to be a safe location. The hosts are very kind and caring. The instructions are very clear. You also receive a photo-based instruction manual before your stay, along with all the necessary information before arrival. The apartment/studio is located in a terraced house. Inside, you have your own shower with a typical water-heating device. The kitchen includes a microwave and hobs (but no oven). I would prefer to have two blankets. I'm not used to share one with a partner:)
• Elena (8/5): Barrio auténtico, poco turístico y habitaciones- estudios cómodas y agradables. - Me he sentido muy a gusto en el estudio. He echado en falta una mesita para poder comer y estudiar pero entiendo que son espacios bastante pequeños. A pesar de eso volveré sin duda por la atención que tuve en cada momento y cómo resolvieron un problema que hubo con la luz del baño, realojandome en un estudio superior hasta,que la incidencia estuvo resuelta. El barrio es seguro y con múltiples supermercados, tiendas, pubs, cine. Bien comunicado, a unos 45 minutos en metro de cualquier zona central de Londres . El tamaño de los estudios un poco pequeño, pero aún así estuve bien. Como todas estas casas, sin ascensor y escaleras estrechas. Simplemente hay que saber que es así.

La literie n'est pas très confortable. La couette est fine est très petite. La pression dans la douche est très mauvaise. Quelques taches "propres" sur le linge de lit.

• Dilek (8/5): Memnun kaldık. Teşekkürler - Konumu çok rahattı hem otobüs hem de metro için. Market, kafe ve res imkanı çok rahattı. Stüdyo daire olarak geçiyor ancak bir yatak odası kadardı. Tahminimden çok küçüktü. Ama genel olarak temizlik ve eşyaların odanın demir başı temiz ve iyiydi.

• Shakayra (8/5): Modern, clean and well located - Modern and clean place, only a few minutes away from the train station which was very convenient. It was easy to check in. Everything was well equipped which made you feel right at home. It was a challenge to get the suitcase up the stairs. The bathroom was a lot smaller than expected. Found a way to make it work though.

• Mian (8/5): Personal Experience at Boutique Studio at 12 Halford Road - The studio was comfortable to live. I like that there is a toaster to make my sandwich. The bathroom and the toilet are cleaned and easy to use. The kitchen was modern build and easy to do my dishes. The door of the toliet is extremely annoying. Furthermore, the toilet room is so small whereby I can fit in. The door is also extremely difficult to close or open because it works on chains that make them open or close automatically. I wish that I am able to close or open the toilet doors without a problem, but it feels like I am struggling to get them closed or open once I was in the toilet.

(4/5): Convenient location but I’d only suggest staying here if you truly have no better option. - - The price is definitely attractive compared to other options in the area but you quickly understand why it’s cheaper - Excellent location ; about 8 minutes’ walk from Fulham Broadway (District Line), very convenient for getting around - The room had a microwave, mini fridge, and a few pieces of cutlery, which were handy - Wi-Fi worked well, with decent speeds - Good number of power outlets - Room and kitchenette were clean on arrival - Bed was okay comfort-wise, I’m 6ft and it was just enough - If you’re prioritising budget and location above everything else, this place can work. But be aware of the serious privacy and noise issues. Personally I’d treat this as a last-resort booking if you run out of better options. This property basically offers no real sense of privacy. I was given the Studio A3 and my room door had a huge gap at the bottom, which didn’t feel secure and also allowed every bit of noise (and light) to travel straight in and out. The walls and doors are extremely thin, so you can hear absolutely everything happening around you ; conversations, bathrooms, showers, and even very personal moments. Sleep was genuinely terrible purely because of the constant noise, so if you do stay here I’d strongly suggest buying earplugs and a sleeping mask from Boots. Because the rooms are so close together, every time someone entered their code to unlock their door, it honestly sounded like they were trying to get into mine. At one point, a cleaner actually unlocked and opened my door while I was inside because management had mistakenly marked the room as empty. He apologised, but it was really uncomfortable and I imagine this would feel even worse for a female guest. To make things worse, there’s a loud automatic air freshener that sprays every few minutes. Not only does it give the room an overpowering toilet-style smell, but the constant “psssht” noise becomes annoying very quickly. The bathroom itself is extremely cramped and positioned right next to the entrance, so you can hear everything from the corridor and honestly people outside could probably hear the shower too. The sink was also almost unusable because it’s tiny and blocked by a glass shelf placed directly above the tap. I understand that the hospitality market is complicated in London but come on guys, you could do much better.

• DE LA ROQUE (10/5): Parfait, je recommande. - Tout était parfait. Le logement est fonctionnel et très propre. Explications très détaillées pour un chek-in et un chek-up en autonomie, ce qui est bien appréciable. J'ai apprécié le ménage en milieu de séjour et la proximité du métro à 8 mn à pied du studio. Il y a de nombreux commerçants et restaurants juste à côté. Logement très calme. Juste la couette un peu juste pour deux personnes

In quattro giorni non è stato possibile fare una doccia calda, nemmeno molto veloce. Segnalato il problema alla struttura, non abbiamo ricevuto adeguata assistenza. Aggiungo che nessuno ci ha richiesto/controllato i documenti...

The toilet door does not close when you sit down and you have to hold it with your feet. If you are claustrophobic that will not be for you. No wardrobe.
• Elizabeth (10/5): Clean, quiet, very practical - The flat had everything I needed for a week-long solo stay and was surprisingly quiet for being in a building with multiple units—I'm a light sleeper and had no trouble with noise here. Everything was clean and in good condition, and the hosts were quick to respond when I had questions. The location is in easy walking distance of shops and several tube stations with easy access to central London. Overall this was a great value and I would definitely stay here again! No complaints. If you're not used to this type of apartment you might find the space small, but as a base for being out sightseeing most of the day anyway I thought it was great.

• Renner (10/5): Trotz der mangelnden Sauberkeit haben wir uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. - Die Wohnung war klein aber trotzdem sehr gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet. Sie war neu eingerichtet und super modern. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, als wir Fragen hatten. Auch die Lage war super und sehr ruhig. Nur 10min von der U-Bahn entfernt. Das einzig Unangenehme war, dass es leider nicht sauber gereinigt wurde. Vorallem im Bad fiel es sehr auf. Leider war die Toilette noch vom vorherigen Gast verschmutzt.
