• Rosemarie (6/5): - Leider wurden während unseres Aufenthaltes immer noch umfangreiche Bauarbeiten an der Fassade durchgeführt, die sich leider schon seit dem Herbst hinziehen, so dass wir den Balkon nicht nutzen konnten und auch etwas Schwierigkeiten mit der Belüftung der Wohnung hatten. Wir hoffen, dass diese Arbeiten bei einem erneuten Aufenthalt abgeschlossen sind.
• Tatiana (10/5): Very nice and comfortable place - It was very comfortable, cozy, close to bus and train stations, you have Lidl just few meters away, you can walk for ten minutes and find a bunch of restaurants, the place was very clean and with plenty of space I don’t think there was something I didn’t like
• Eva (4/5): Exhausting!! - Landlord was very helpful, left milk and water in the appartment as requested. He responded to emails very quickly. He allowed us to stay on for an extra couple of hours as we had an evening flight home. Appartment was very conveniently situated - a few yards from 701 bus stop in one direction, a few yards from 721 in another direction and very close to the U bahn station so getting around was very easy. Appartment was much smaller than expected. It was not equipped for week long stays. No chest of drawers - only under bed storage. Tiny hanging space in small cupboard for clothes. Only place to sit and watch Tv was on the bed as the sofa / bed was a long side the tv and no room to move it. No cork screw, no wine glasses, no beer glasses. Only one cereal bowl - lucky my husband does not eat breakfast! The bacony was small but well shaded by an awning - a pity it had not been weeded and the ash tray had not been emptied. The real problem was the noise, particularly at night, made worse by the hot weather and having to leave the patio door open. We got the two tone warning from the level crossing every 15 minutes until very late at night and from early morning. Plus a clock chiming a short distance away every 15 minutes. The major unbearable problem for us was the bells from the tower accross the road. 7 am every morning except Sunday for almost 4 minutes, Sunday a lay in and not until 10.00! Then repeated again at other times of the day. They are so loud and just a noise not even a tune. Every night we were repeatedly woken up and kept awake by the level crossing and the trains, knowing that the bells would come again and wake us up at 7 am.
• Журиков (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment has everything what you need for comfortable stay, so you don't have to care where to prepare your food or wash your clothes. The room is very clean and cosy, with big window, which makes everything only better. It's not so bad , but there is no hdmi cable for TV.
• Nina (10/5): My second time staying in an apartment. - Best option in Böblingen. The location is great, the apartment is cozy, the host is attentive, and your stay is guaranteed to be comfortable.

• Nino (10/5): Good choice - Nicely renovated, comfortable bed and well prepared small kitchen – I appreciated the coffee and tea. Host was super responsive and it was all great. I’d stay again. If that's possible, having a cooling system would be great.
