• moroz.0994436224 (9/5): - Расположение отличное, в 1 минуте от пляжа. Вокруг рестораны, магазины и всё необходимое. Невероятный храм святого Лазаря в 3 минутах от отеля. В номере чисто, всё понятно и удобно. В нашем номере был очень неудобная софа, придавлены пружины, после сна очень болит спина. Это огорчило наше пребывание. И ещё, если бы было моющее средство для посуды - было бы удобнее.

• Lusine Sahakyan (3/5): - Overall, the location was good One of the Worst Stays I’ve Ever Had Unfortunately, my experience at this apartment was very disappointing from start to finish. The problems began even before my arrival. I had booked the apartment for two guests (my sister and me) and requested an extra blanket. The host tried to charge extra for it, even though providing linen and blankets for booked guests should be standard. After a rather unpleasant conversation, they finally agreed to include it without additional charges. When we arrived, things only got worse. The building is located between two large construction sites, making it noisy and dusty all the time. Inside, the apartment was far from clean — there were hairs all over the floor, on the linens, and even on the blankets. The towels were stained, and the floor clearly hadn’t been vacuumed properly (we even found dirty socks left behind!). The host never answered phone calls, so we had to contact them via WhatsApp. I sent photos and videos showing the condition of the apartment. They brought new blankets that night, left them at the door, and claimed to have cleaned — but they hadn’t. The next day, after more messages, a cleaner came again while we were there. They changed the linens and towels (from mismatched sets, but at least they were clean), yet they didn’t even have a vacuum — they just swept and mopped, which wasn’t enough. Overall, the apartment was poorly maintained, communication with the host was frustrating, and the location was extremely inconvenient due to the constant noise and dust. If you don’t want to spend your vacation arguing for basic cleanliness, I strongly recommend booking somewhere else.
• Martine (6/5): - Appartement spacieux proche du centre-ville Nous aurions aimé un contact humain pendant notre séjour, les seuls contacts que nous ayons eu avec le propriétaire ont été via WhatsApp. D'autre part l'appartement se trouve au milieu des travaux il est donc difficile d'accès,poussièreux et bruyant. Les portes des meubles sont un peu vieillissantes et ferment mal, et la cuisine est équipée à minim, peu de couverts par exemple. .

Út felújítás van az apartman előtt elég elsétálni rajta akarmibe lemegyünk tiszta por lessz az épület előtt már.. zuhanykabin ajtaja kivan csúszva a sinből egy csavarhuzoval vissza lehetne tenni nem értem miért nem csinaljak meg .. az bejárati ajtoba alig lehetet belenyomni a kulcsot en kertem egy kis olajat a munkásoknak hogy bele lehessen dugni a kulcsot.. na meg a tisztaság... nem nagyon takarítanak itt pl takaró foltos ... hűtőt alig találtuk meg úgy elvan dugva a szekrénybe..

The apartment is ideally located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the nearby shops, restaurants, and beautiful beach just a short walk away. The space was spotless, modern, and well-equipped, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met and offering helpful local tips. I felt right at home and would highly recommend Kitieos Apartment to anyone looking for a perfect stay in Larnaca!

• Sarah (7/5): Clean, convenient, and comfortable, but a little sparsely appointed. - Clean apartment (other than a minor ant problem), comfortable furnishings, easy to follow instructions, helpful hosts. I stayed here with my daughter. I assumed it would be clear by her age on the reservation that we were not a couple. However, there was only one set of linens in the apartment. We didn't really mind sharing a bed, but when it got chilly at night we had no extra blankets (or even sheets) to layer on us. A few other items were either sparse or not supplied. For example, we were given one roll of toilet and no paper towels or napkins for the kitchen. This wasn't a huge deal, but I hadn't factored in having to go shopping late on a Friday afternoon when stores were beginning to close. One other important issue, the listing clearly says the apartment includes a jacuzzi tub. There was no bathtub at all in the apartment, jacuzzi or otherwise.
