- MarkusVa (3/5): - Die Lage Das Appartment und die Ausstatung sind in die Jahre bekommen. Bei einer Anreise I'm Dezember gegen 19h00 darf man erwarten, dass das für das Management zuständige Team daran denkt, die Klimaanlage in einer sehr kalten Wohnung vorher einzuschalten. Am vorletzten Tag hat der Warmwasserboiler Wasser verloren und der einzige Eimer im Appartement musste während der Nacht alle 2 Stunden geleert werden. Vom Handwerkerteam, welches am nächsten Tag um 11h00 kam, haben wir erfahren, dass der zweite Warmwasserboiler schon seit längeren defekt ist. Wir hatten somit 2 Tage kein warmes Wasser. Und wurden dafür 5% Kompensation auf den Gesamtpreis angeboten, ca 60 €, was wir als lächerlich ablehnten.

- Ashley (10/5): Amazing just unfortunate about the shower issue but other then lovely property - The decor is lovely and the space you really feel like your in Marbella Had to share one shower due to a small leak in the master bedroom. When issues did occur they were sorted out quickly within a couple hours
