• Pauline (4/5): - Le logement est situé dans un coin calme. Nous avons séjourné en famille dans ce logement entre le 27 et le 29 décembre 2025 et nous avons été déçus. L'appartement ne correspondait pas aux attentes véhiculées par la description. Celle-ci indiquait deux chambres séparées et une pièce à vivre alors que tous les lits sont situés dans la même pièce puisqu'une partie était sous-louée (fait communiqué après réservation et paiement). L'appartement n'était pas vraiment propre : de la poussière, des toiles d'araignée, des placards plein de miettes, une poêle encore pleine de graisse accumulée et non nettoyée, le micro-onde était sale et portait des traces d'aliments. Nous avions réservé pour quatre personnes et seuls trois lits étaient prêts, nous avons dû nous débrouiller pour trouver une quatrième couette, des draps et un oreiller puisque les propriétaires ne répondaient pas.

• Fiona (7/5): Was erg prettig - De Sauna was erg fijn vermelden dat je de postcode moet invoeren om daar te komen en niet de straatnaam zijn 3 straten met de zelfde naam in Keulen
• Snoeks (8/5): - De communicatie met de gastheren was uitstekend. We kregen van te voren duidelijke informatie en ook na aankomst werd gecheckt of we nog iets nodig hadden. Top!
• Cora (2/5): I would not recommend this property if you need to stay more than 1 night and more than 2 people and are desperate for a - The location - out of the hustle and bustle of the city Sauna - nice addition, even though we used it once only Cleanliness - multiple insects everywhere- silver fish and spiders, linen drawer looks like linen was just stuffed inside, no idea if it was clean or not. Cobwebs everywhere, looks like the place has not been properly cleaned for a long time. We did not use the second room - not usable as per other comments, therefore we converted the couch inside tha main flat into a bed. Landlords does not respond at all to messages sent on Booking.com, but they are very diligent to send messages on checkout times etc. Facilities - heating pipes runs openly through apartment with large, unfilled holes where it goes through the walls. No skirting on the floor in the bathroom and sauna, creating a space where insects and dirt can accumulate, windows from bathroom and toilet is completely see-through, opening up next to the walkway as you go around to the entrance of the flat. No lighting on the walkway towards the flat. Support beams of the Single bed in the apartment not fixed and at least 3 are missing, which caused my daughter to fall through the bed even when she was only turning around.
• Christine (2/5): - Nichts Die Wohnung ist eine Zumutung, wir kamen nach einer Veranstaltung erst 22.30 Uhr dort an.Die Wohnung war schmutzig, das einzelne kleine Zimmer war eine kleine kalte Kammer mit einem alten Sofa. Kein richtiges Bad,der Toilettendeckel locker, die Handtücher nicht ausreichend, Flecken auf dem Bettlaken.....usw. Wir sind lieber in der Nacht wieder 450 km nach Hause gefahren, als dort zu schlafen. Leider war das Geld schon abgebucht, wir haben alles dokumentiert und hoffen unser Geld erstattet zu bekommen.

• Ann-Christin (9/5): - Es war schön geräumig die sauna war auch super entspannend, bett sehr bequem. Leider gab es keinen Backofen, aber das war kein Problem, man konnte Brötchen auch mit den toaster ausbacken.
• Don Filippo (7/5): Geräumige Kellerwohnung in ruhiger Umgebung - - Privatparkplatz am Grundstück - ruhige Umgebung - bequemes Bett - TV - Programme - fehlende Dinge in der Küche (z. B. Schneidebrett, Geschirrtuch) - die "rausspringende" Türklinke - das unbequeme Sofa
• Waldemar (2/5): Enttäuscht von der Sauberkeit und Ausstattung, nur die Sauna haben wir genossen. - Die Sauna ist schön und groß Leider war die Wohnung sehr dreckig, auf dem Boden waren noch Flecken und sehr viel Staub. Die Regale ebenso nicht gewischt. Das schöne helle Sofa ist angeblich kurz vorher kaputtgegangen und es wurde ein sehr dreckiger Sessel als Ersatz abgestellt, somit musste einer von uns auf einer Matratze auf dem Fußboden schlafen. Bettlaken und Bettwäsche sahen teilweise ebenso aus, als wären sie schon benutzt worden. Hell war die Kellerwohnung keinesfalls wie angegeben und die Fotos entsprachen auch keinesfalls dem was wir vorgefunden haben. Heizungsrohre laufen durch das gesamte Wohnzimmer und sind mit einer Menge Spinnweben behangen. Bei unserer Ankunft mussten wir somit erst einmal fleißig staubsaugen, um unseren Aufenthalt nur annähernd gemütlich zu gestalten. Silberfische befinden sich im gesamten Bad und Duschbereich. Schade, den Preis ist diese Ferienwohnung leider nicht Wert.
