• Brenden (10/5): Great stay. Probably the best I’ve had in New York. - Great and helpful staff. Great location, everything was clean. The room was spacious. Nice lobby where you can sit and eat and watch some TV. Nothing really.

• Vanessa (9/5): Posizione ottima!!! - La struttura si trova sulla 37 che incrocia la 8, a due passi da Times square e dall empire nonché dalla 5. Inutile dire che intorno ci sono moltissimi negozi, ristoranti, fast food e bakery per la colazione. La struttura è ben organizzata, pulita, accogliente e dotata di ogni comfort. Hanno a disposizione anche un microonde alla reception, sempre disponibile, fondamentale per noi per poter scaldare l acqua del biberon alla bambina. Bar/ristorante disponibile in struttura. La colazione non era inclusa nella nostra tariffa. A quel prezzo l avrei inclusa.
• Marie (9/5): Idéal ! - L’hôtel est très bien placé près de Times Square, malgré le quartier bruyant l’hôtel est très calme. La chambre est spacieuse, le grand lit et le mini frigo dans la chambre sont des vrais plus ! Pour ma part, j’ai trouvé qu’il faisait plutôt froid dans la chambre.

• Sinziana Ioana (9/5): Good location, service could be improved - Good location in Midtown if you need to stay close to Penn Station, Hudson Yards, Times Square, Broadway, ESB, 5th Avenue, Bryant Park, etc. The room size was decent for New York, and the area felt safe even for me as a solo female traveler returning from Times Square around 1am. I also appreciated the smart TV that could connect to my phone and the free luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. I never received a response to my messages on Booking.com. The staff was not particularly friendly or welcoming, no smiles and not very helpful overall. I asked if it was possible to get a room on a higher floor, but I was told I would need to book a higher room category for that. I stayed on the 12th floor with a street view, but note anything below the 20th floor is probably too low to offer a great view. One more thing I personally did not like was the bathroom setup. I would have preferred a proper walk-in shower with a handheld shower head, but the room had a bathtub with a fixed overhead shower, which seems pretty typical in the US.

• Sebastian (10/5): Kann man machen - auch immer wieder - Das Hotel liegt zentral in Manhattan. Metro Stationen sind fußläufig erreichbar, Sehenswürdigkeiten sind aber auch mit kurzen und längeren Spaziergängen zu erreichen. Um das Hotel herum machen verschiedene Diners, Kiosks und Restaurants die Auswahl eines passenden Frühstücks, Lunchs oder Dinners schwierig. Wie von New York nicht anders zu erwarten, gibt es Möglichkeiten im Überfluss. Das Zimmer war super sauber, das Bett komfortabel und gemütlich. Das Bad war ebenfalls sehr sauber und wir waren rund um zufrieden. Der Preis für eine Übernachtung war für uns subjektiv sehr hoch, ist für New Yorker Verhältnisse aber vermutlich normal und angemessen weswegen dies Jammern auf hohem Niveau darstellt. Das Waschen unserer Wäsche wäre ebenfalls sehr teuer gewesen weswegen wir uns dagegen entschieden haben und dies in der nächsten Unterkunft erledigten.

• Sébastien (10/5): Séjour nickel - Hôtel idéalement situé, non loin de Time Square et de Penn Station (sous le Madison Square Garden), idéal pour prendre le train jusqu'à l'aéroport de Newark ou voyager en direction de l'ouest. Pour une nuit, le rapport qualité/prix était énorme tant la chambre est spacieuse et agréable. Le petit plus est le frigo à disposition. Le personnel vous fait savoir qu'il est disponible en cas de besoin, y compris lorsque vous vous posez à l'accueil de l'hôtel pour patienter. Prix élevés côté restauration et horaires un peu restreints, mais la zone pour se restaurer est très agréable, accessible hors horaires de restauration pour se poser, travailler sur son ordinateur, etc. À part ça, rien de négatif à signaler.

• Paige (10/5): The perfect place! - The hotel was situated in a convenient location, was very clean and had the best staff. They were attentive, caring, thoughtful, helpful, professional and so nice to chat with. The bistro had an array of delicious breakfast offerings and in the evening, a nice bar to relax at. The rooms were nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. And there was always hot water in the shower. We’ll definitely be returning.
