- Bertram (8/5): Travel Mendoza December 2023 - Friendly owner. No problems with the booking, handover, payment. The location was relatively good if you don't want to be directly in the city. Apartment ok so far, with minimal minor flaws. We found the price-performance ratio to be good. Nice large terrace. No air conditioning, therefore very warm in the rooms (the biggest point). Minor weaknesses in the rooms, such as somewhat worn and outdated equipment and some areas that need a bit of work. However, these are minor issues and can be rectified with little effort. You always have to see this in the context of the price of the overnight stay. We could hardly sleep on two nights because of the student party outside and the massive disturbance of the peace. However, I did not rate this here as it is not a permanent problem.
- Terry (8/5): Very good - Nice location not walking distance bus just block away. but close to city center close to my favorite restaurant. Big kitchen nice bedroom very small bathroom. Host very nice and helpful.
