• Cacci (6/5): Ár, érték arányban megfelelő de nem kell csodákat várni. - A közelben van egy nagy bevásárlóközpont. Metróval viszonylag hamar be lehet jutni a városba. A lakásban van mikró, törülköző, előttünk ki lett takarítva. A nappaliban lévő ágy kényelmetlen. Valahányszor valaki bevágja az ajtót a lépcsőházban, mintha beszakadna a lakás bejárati ajtaja. A takarókon nincs huzat, kétlem, hogy minden vendég után ki van mosva. A bejutás nem ment egyszerűen. Állítólag kellett volna kapnom egy videót amiben benne voltak az információk de én azt előzetesen nem kaptam meg. Valóban 16.00 órát adtam meg előzetesen bejelentkezési időpontnak, délelőtt jeleztem, hogy korábban oda tudunk érni, visszaírtak, hogy 15.00 órától elfoglalható a szállás. Ehhez képest 16.30 után tudtunk bejutni, mert a takarítás nem készült el. Megértem, de akkor nem kell 15.00 órát visszajelezni. Kommunikáció csak whatsuppon vagy booking belső üzenetben történt. Pedig meg van jelölve, hogy telefonon elérhetőek. A menedzserek nem tartózkodnak a helyszínen, sőt valószínűleg még az országban sem. Távozás után azt írták eltörtünk egy tükröt. Nem történt ilyen. Később elismerték, hogy félreértésről volt szó. Javaslom ha ennyire nem bíznak a vendégekben biztosítsák a személyes átadás, átvétel lehetőségét.

• Alberto (5/5): Así no se trata a los clientes - Supermercado a 5 min andando. Metro a 10 min y 15 min al centro. Apartamento limpio Falta de elementos de cocina para 4 personas. Faltaban vasos de agua, platos, cubiertos, cucharillas, pinzas.. Se reclamó pero ni caso. Azulejos rotos al lado de ventanas, armarios con estantes caídos, etc. Está bien hacer dinero pero hay que ser decente y cuidar un poco las cosas

• Bruno Filipe (10/5): - De modo geral, a casa tem boas condições para uma família de 4 pessoas e está bem equipada. É confortável e tem uma bonita decoração. A forma como é atribuído o acesso ao apartamento. Foi através de um link que não consegui abrir e tive dificuldades para entrar no apartamento. O acesso ao apartamento deveria ser mais simplificado. Devia também ter panos de limpeza na cozinha pra limpar as mãos e a bancada.

• Guest (8/5): Ambiente familiar, seguro y comodo para alojarte con familia y niños pequeños - La ubicacion cerca al metro Bicoca, tenia un supermercado al costado. Pudimos aparcar el coche fuera sin problema alguno, no hubo necesidad de alquilar un parking, justo al costado del supermercado existe una zona de parking gratuito, fue seguro y siempre habia lugar. Para ir al centro de la ciudad lo mejor es dejar el coche y tomar el metro, la conexion es rapida y no hay problema. Contaba con WIFI gratis y la calefaccion a una temperatura adecuada.

Usluge prijave gostiju vrše putem posrednika koji su izrazito grubi i neprofesionalni u komunikaciji. Zbog njihove greške platio sam boravišne pristojbe za suprugu koja nije boravila u Milanu. Odbili su vratiti novac, iako je u pitanju bila njihova greška. Iako je stan lijep, iako imaju dvije primjetne mane: dosta gljivica u kupaonici, prozori u cijelom stanu su jako loši.

Very nice quiet building. Didn't have anywhere to put used towels, a basket would be nice. No shower toiletries provided would have been nice to have.

• Michał (9/5): Świetnie wyposażone mieszkanie blisko do środków komunikacji miejskiej. - Dobra lokalizacja przede wszystkim. Blisko do autobusu i stacji metra. Świetna obsługa, Pan Stefano wyjaśnił czytelnie cały proces zameldowania i wymeldowania. Dużo udogodnień, pralka, żelazko, piekarnik. Funkcjonalna łazienka z dużym prysznicem. Kuchnia mała ale na kilkudniowy pobyt wystarczająca.

• Djordje (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was amazing. Stefano was an excellent host; he gave us a warm welcome, and he gave us recommendations for the restaurants and other activities. The apartment was clean and above our expectations.

The apartment was clean, equipped with everything you need. Everything was very good. Stefano was kind and helpful. The buttons on the TV remote control was not working all of them but it was not important for us. Was not Wifi, but not problem, because we have mobile net.

• Esa (10/5): We had a wonderful time, the apartment is nice and the host is super generous. - We had a wonderful stay at Stefano's place. The location was nice, a short walk from metro and right next to a grocery store. The apartment was tidy and spacious enough for our company of four. Stefano was the most generous host and gave us a lot of tips where to visit and where to eat. We ended up eating only at the places that Stefano recommended and were really happy with everything. A real italian experience! We will definitely book the place again when we visit Milan the next time.

The location was perfect, being nearby the metro station in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Plus, having a market nearby was incredibly convenient. And most importantly, Stefan was an amazing and super friendly host :)

We didn’t have any problems. Host was also very nice and helpful. He handed us over the keys and explained everything, answered our all questions. Overall , would recommend this place.
• Cristina (10/5): Great stay, great host. We want to comeback soon. - The location of the apartament was near the subway ( 7 min. ) and you can access rapidly the center. Also, the supermarket is situated at 2 min from the flat. The host came to greet us when we arrived and whenever we had a question he responded very fast. It was a very pleasing staying and we don’t regret our choice. The flat is situated at 1st floor and you might have hear some noises from outside if you are not used to it. For us, it wasn’t much of a problem.

We lived in an apartment in winter, it was warm. Each room has air conditioning (heat and cold) 3. Consumables: coffee, sugar, spices, toilet paper, soap and shower gel, bottled water, washing powder. The owner left presents for us for Christmas 4. The apartment has a microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, iron, vacuum cleaner 5. All windows have shutters to reduce sunlight 6. The owner met us personally for checking in and checking out 7. The owner quickly answers questions via WhatsApp, is always in touch, helps with all questions. Exceptionally good communication with the owner 8. The apartment is quiet, it is away from the road, the house has an enclosed courtyard 9. Comfortable bed 10. The apartment was clean, clean and fresh bed linen and towels. 11. Stefano speaks English 12. Fast internet We will be happy to return to these apartments next time we are in Milan. Thanks a lot to Stefano :) I hope the sofa in the living room will be replaced someday Thanks to the extra mattress provided by the owner, it was comfortable and soft to sleep on the sofa. But when the sofa was folded down, it was uncomfortable to sit on. But in the living room there are wonderful comfortable chairs around the table. And the sofa did not spoil the impression of the apartment at all

• Evellyn (10/5): Exceptional - I liked how clean it was, the sizes of rooms was great, the bathroom was also great. The location was fantastic, you can travel with bus or train to the center. It wasn't easy to take the keys on arrival, the method with the calling wasn't working. The front door of the apartment was hard to open from the outside with the key, you can check it for the next guests.
