• Agustina (8/5): Buen alojamiento para unos días - Muy buenas instalaciones en el edificio. Piscina, gimnasio y lavadero. Tremendamente luminoso. Buena ducha. Tiene todo lo que se necesita para unas vacaciones Nada grave pero para mejorar: - el freezer estaba lleno hasta la puerta de hielo, no se podía usar - asadera y sartén sucias de comida anterior - no hay más almohadas ni ropa de cama - las cortinas no sirven de black out, desde la 7am en adelante es pura luz - si bien funciona así por seguridad, depende completamente de que la portería te abra las dos puertas del edificio. Una vez no estaba el portero y teníamos que salir apurados, por suerte encontramos un amable vecino que nos abrió para salir. - no tiene aire acondicionado

• Julia (10/5): Cozy, safe studio close to all the fun areas in Santiago! - Nice sized room with a comfortable bed and nice towels. Shower was hot quickly and stayed hot. Staff buzzes you in and out 24 hours a day. You may need ear plugs and/or an eye mask as garbage is collected late at night and the apartment receives morning light. The kitchen had decent supplies and I loved sitting on the balcony each evening. The internet went out one morning, but I contacted the owner and by the time I returned, it was fixed. The gym is small but it has free weights, four cycles, some medicine balls, a Smith press, some TRX bands, and a step up cube. The washers and dryers are all digital on an app, bring your own supplies. It’s a quick 15 min walk to the popular Lastarria area using the metro to cross under the busy street. And it’s a 30 min walk to the fun Italia barrio. I would definitely rent here again! A few things need to be replaced or adjusted and the owner is aware and taking care of those things. Otherwise, everything was great!
