- Oula (9/5): Nice new apartment, with a nice view. - Very new and well equipped apartment. Nice view from the window. The bed was very small for two people. Yes, you can fit two people, but not very comfortably. Also the paid parking was a bit surprise (I was expecting free private parking).

- Khalid (9/5): - Amazing location and best lake view specially floor 6. Apartment is so cozy and comfortable. Easy access to public transportation, quiet and friendly environment. There’s not air conditioning in this summertime is so hot, the apartment needs air conditioning or fan.

- Meiju (9/5): Superb - Clean, bright and nicely furnished with good access to the city centre. Quiet, nice views. It's nice to have a dishwasher and a washing machine, even though the former left dishes pretty wet and the latter ran for hours. Netflix was nice too! The bed is not a full double bed and there are no hangers for your clothes. If you want an ideal setup for watching TV, you may have to move furniture around and then move it back.

- Ike (9/5): Modern, practical flat with great location and good value - The location of the flat was very conveniently accessible by car and the host company was very proactive regarding long term parking arrangements since we stayed there for a month (also, their information sent prior to arrival regarding location, access etc. was generally very informative) The flat was very new and well equipped, the location was good also regarding walks to Pyynikki and Pispala and even to city centre and tram stop was very near, too. Lakeview was very nice from the 6th floor. This is actually not a "negative surprise" since it was "as advertised" i.e as described in the photos but please note that the bed is not Queen or King sized if that's what you desire to have.
- Mikołaj (10/5): Highly recommend - Amazing view. Big windows. Quiet. Nice designed. Good coffee machine. Well equipped. Cozy flat. Tram stop located in short distance from the property. Road near property made of loose small stones. That’s why it is hard to get there with large suitcases.
