- Ahmet (6/5): Çıkış işlemlerimizi yapan bayan personel ve oda dışında herşey çok iyi - Kahvaltısı oldukça iyiydi. Gerek çeşitlilik gerekse lezzet olarak çok beğendim. Kahvaltıda çalışan personel ilgili ve iyiydi. Giriş işlemlerimizi yapan personel ve özellikle kapıdaki dormenler çok iyiydi. Onlara teşekkür ederim Çıkış işlemimizi yapan bayan personel kaba ve suratsızdı. Otele hiç yakışmayan tavır ve davranışları oldu. Çıkış işlemleri sırasında ilaç almak için su istediğimizde çıkış yaptığımızı su veremeyeceğini söyledi. Suyu makineden 20 bahta alın dedi kaba bir şekilde. Saat 12:00 olduğu için odadan acele çıkmıştık ve sularınız odada kalmıştı. Resepsiyon çıkış işlemlerimizi yapan personel hariç diğer tüm personellere teşekkür ederiz

Habe direkt für nächste Woche noch einmal gebucht, da mich meine Reise über Bangkok führt. Pool mit 6 Liegen, reichte aus, war nicht überlaufen. Frühstück war teils Buffet und a la carte und für mich ausreichend.

El personal fue muy atento cuando olvidamos unos AirPods en el gimnasio y los guardaron en recepción. La ubicación no me gustó demasiado, aunque está cerca del transporte y de varios puntos de interés, según qué turismo o ambiente te guste no es el más adecuado para todos. El desayuno debería mejorar.

- Nima (9/5): - The location is perfect and it is perhaps what you want when visiting Bangkok. The hotel is situated in a quiet area just a few minutes' walk from Sukhumvit's nightlife and entertainment district. You get the best of both worlds: easy access to all the action while enjoying a peaceful environment to return to at night. The room was spacious and clean. All the amenities were in excellent condition. The staff are genuinely attentive and kind. I accidentally lost 500 baht from my pocket somewhere in the hotel, and one of the receptionists found it and returned it to me the next day. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask his name, but this act of honesty impressed me and speaks about the staff integrity. The hotel is very close to Nana BTS station, making it incredibly convenient to move around Bangkok. The location is also excellent for taxi pickups.
